Your statement that miners of yore did not waste time removing waste and overburden and went directly for the ore would have many folks believe that the entire mountain is then made up of gold and silver bearing ore,so we can just take a pick axe and shovel and load up that wheel barrow that is shown in one of the pics and haul it down to the mill and wait at the other end to pick up our gold and silver bars....this is totally preposterous and misleading new investors that read message boards....in don't matter where you find the ore there will always be waste rock and overburden to get to it and that waste rock and overburden is stored in piles until mining in the section is complete and then it is replaced in the reclaimation process....now to claim that upon inspection of the said piles you can tell that they are made up of 100% ore is one of the most fraudulent and misleading representations ever put forward on this board because that is impossible unless you have been able to somehow see inside the pile or have taken the time to dig tri dementionally through the whole pile.....I will stand behind my statement that there is waste rock and overburden contained in those piles unless they are true tailings at an old mill site....as I see it...

Yes Location, location, location... a great percentage of the 100 attendees were locals out and about and for a free meal, why not?...now these folks most likely do not even have a trading account and are well enough informed about all the historical meanderings on the mountain to just stay out of it anyway.....thats one reason that 100 attendees will not have an effect on the share price....however, the company chose not to supply the public with any solid numbers regarding production amounts or grades....most investors were looking for these numbers no matter what they were, good or bad the investors wanted something and the company gave fluff.....now some one said that the waste and over burden would cover the piles, well I think the locals know that the waste and overburden is always removed first and would in fact be at the bottom of the piles, thereby it will be shown after the top portion is removed.....there are 2 sides to the spectrum and much of what has been said since the shareholders meeting has only been of a positive nature and by very few people.....it would be nice if we could hear from some of the high percentage of locals that were in attendance with thier perspective and of course thier many years of living in the area and getting a glimpse of the real mountain picture value.....until the company is willing to provide truth to the market, the market will answer negatively....as I see it...

Nope, can't say that I am....I am basically a computor illiterate as I am older and mostly self taught....I have only been on Ihub for 2 yrs and can just reply and post messages and pay my dues....I wish I could do more, such as pass on info from other research I do, but I don't know how and don't have time....I have an asst that does most of my computor work and you will see her postings from time to time as I ask them to be placed.....when you pass info on BRD to me, if I don't know how to research it I do have some one who looks into it....it is harder to learn more as a person gets older and is losing brain cells everyday instead of gaining them.....now where did I put my coffee...as I see it..

It has always been quiet for the potential.Great PR today, lots of info....15000 metres of drilling completed..4th rig..all these tidbits tell me that BRD is a great Co. of the future...they are well on the move despite the hedge and financing terms to get the mill up....as I see it...

I have also been in Apollo ( Brigus) since long before the mill at Black Fox and I also believe we are looking at a bright future...just get that hedge cleared off the books and maybe open the next mill in Saskatchewan and we can be looking at some nice profits....now as long as they don't get themselves into some other high risk ventures that end up hurting us at a time when we can be proving up and perhaps JV on some of the good properties they already own....they sure do have some nice opportunities to work on....should be one of the intermediates in a few years...as I see it....

I am sorry if that post may have looked like it was directed at you specifically.....however in your reply you have stated that you had your shares in certificates so you would NOT be tempted to sell....my post was more directed at those that have been compensated to promote SFMI and there does appear to be many on this board....the evidence is overwhelming just by the number of repeated posts of the same nature day after day....this also helps the company to continue to hide the real facts from the public....any time I see a hidden agenda it raises a huge red flag, and SFMI is most certainly hiding serious info from the public.....no photos insde the Mill!!!! What??? there is no reason to hide that info from the public...red flag, huge one...as I see it...

Sounded like maybe some second thoughts about SFMI.....I have noticed a great number of folks posting on the SFMI board and making strong recommendations towards others to advise friends and relatives to get involved in SFMI....almost sounds like one of those MLM or pyramid marketing schemes...investors know the rules and advising friends and relatives to get involed in one of your choices is at the top of the No No list....this is the fastest way to end up with no friends and relatives.....or perhaps there are other reasons for these folks to promote this startegy.....anyone who followed and had aquaitances buying in the run to .468 are probably having some difficulty explaining the lack of info from the company and the secrets of the bucket of concentrate.....after all this time they would have thought maybe truck loads of concentrate.....I know if I paid .468 per share I would have felt cheated and especially to know only half truths again that will have me stuck for another year at least before there is any possibility of recovery....and most likely never, as even with any metals recovery,it will all end up in managements pockets anyway.....I would be looking for that friend with my baseball bat in hand......of course if it is a tough sell the forces mustbe gathered and promos and comms are in order to move it,thats obvious....as I see it...

Oh,boy.....I think perhaps you may be just a few miles behind on your DD on this one my friend.....I don't think any of us has the time or fingers to explain that to you on the board.....It would be best if you go back and do some DD and read up on the court Docs.....Hope this helps...As I see it....

It is not often that a person can not but shares at the ask....I mean after all if I am asking .14 for my shares, then should you not be able to buy all that I am offering at .14......if at some point I change my mind and ask .135 then you should be able to buy at that price......now I maintain that if the ask is in fact .14 and I put my order in at .14 then I should be filled up to the limits of the ask....now if I have bought all the shares available at .14 then the ask should move up to the next level, or the next asking price, no matter if it is .145 or .245.....it is what a seller will sell for and what a buyer is willing to pay...I just can't see the ask at .14 and there are no shares available at .14....the only stoppage would be if all orders were AON and none of them matched the available lots.....something MM fishy for the past few days with SHSH...it is just as easy to go with a dayorder than to go AON....the dayorder will allow you to get some if thay are available.....can't remember last time I used AON and I pay high trade comms, cause I am one of those famous canucks,LOL....as I see it....

You could have something there, I know HL has been giving me a pain in the neck for a long while(just hope the pain don't move lower)....SHSH is a little different, being that they just got going again here in APR...it will take a few quarters to show some numbers and then I think we will see the share values going up much better...right now they are moving slowly and just on fundamentals that is a good thing...I am just concerned about not being able to buy at the ask...I do want to get a few more at this level....I have got some everyday for the last 3 days but then there was that fill today at 25000 and thats mopre than my 3 day total....upsets me...

How much is enough???...thats a huge question nowadays....does anyone know how much of anything is really enough???.....The Govt's of most G8 countries don't even know there is such a thing as a million dollar number anymore, everything is done in billions and trillions.....next question...does anyone know how much a TRILLION is????.....next question....will you need these things when you retire (perhaps they will print trillion dollar notes)....next question...will you, your children or grand children even retire,or worse yet will you and your decendents ever work??? Things to ponder..Hmmmm...no you do not have enough...and neither do I, so buy some more before Hangalong gets it all....zing....as I see it...

No reason for arrogance in your first post ever on Ihub, we appreciate everyones opinion as long as they are respectful and do not have tasteless little remarks added to the end.....this board has been the best board on Ihub for posters that show respect and just discuss the company...I think that is the first tasteless post I have saw on this board in the 2 years I have been here....TRXAQ & TRXBQ are still trading and they will be trading for some time yet....this is a CH11 and there can be many twists and turns yet before it is all over....as I see it...

Not happy!!!!! How does a trader get 500 shares at .1320..thats what..66 bucks....I pay 42.95 per trade cause I am a Canuck and we don't have any of the discount brokerages...that don't matter anyway....what I can't understand is why would someone just buy 500 shares, what can he/she do with 500 shares....MM's playing games for sure....SHSH would run if those jerks would let it, but they are just holding it back for some unknown reason right now...I am still in there and I can't get a fill, yet .1320 goes by at 500....unbelievable, they are just sitting on them....let it go...as I see it....

"This case is unusual because it does seem that there is equity for the shareholders""
For those of us that were here from the start....yes there most certainly was equity for the shareholders when they filed ch11...there was shareholder equity to the tune of almost 1/2 a billion dollars.....just that, through the process the thieves have got most of that....the ch11 process was moving along in a swift and normal process until the U.S Govt stepped in and wanted the biggest share without any previous stake...I think they are still the biggest roadblock in the case.....but they sure helped some folks get rich (lawyers and accts) on the backs of shareholders....as I see it....

Knowledge & experience??? in the pennies... don't count on it, everyone of these things plays out differently...they are all highly risky...if I were to give one piece of advice when playing pennies that would be that once you hit that buy button, you have lost your money, the only way you will ever see it again is when you hit the sell....so there in lies the fun, knowing when to hit buy and sell...I am not saying that we can't make money in the pennies, it is just a challenge and I have also hit some very good ones....I did have to add 3 more monitors and for an old dude that knows zip about computors, 5 monitors can make me a little dumber at times...LOL I have only been in 3 rooms of my house for the last year or more, but I have found my game and my fun, at least for now...GLTA dontcha just love that silver whooo yaaa....

yes we have known for many years now that silver is extremely undervalued in comparision to other metals or the fiat currencies....I don't think I will be around to see those projected evaluations, however they are inevitiable at some point, now that could very well be a lot sooner than many believe...all we have to do is take an in depth look at just a few of the indicators and it is plain to see that silver has to move up to much higher prices as demand increases....there is increasing demand in industrial applications, medical applications (will be huge), even jewelery and personally I think investor demand will be one of the biggest ones as at this time there is a very small percentage of the population that actually own or even know about silver, but the asian Govt's are in the midst of importing and getting thier people to invest right now...silver will be in great demand by investors in the next 2 years....I just ran that number in my calculator x's my bullion and I ended up with quite a few 0's... guess I will buy more...as I see it...

Dent,I will tell you why I got into pennies....I had messed around partime since the late 70s and early 80s when I picked up some pretty good money in silver when the hunt boys tried thier stunt..I just put it all in some blue chippers with good divis and done a few trades over many years.....then in 1998 I retired and started trading full time....there were some pretty decent times and I got in with a lot of other folks that knew a few things and helped me a great deal...a little over 2 years ago things changed almost overnight....there was no way to make a trades on the big boards, literally evrything was heading south...so some of us started trading pennies, we just basically used the same strategies we had always used....there were many opportunities to get in and out and pick up some very healthy percentages in a few days...but wow was it ever hectic and nerve racking at first....there were just so many more trades to make, also there were the scams and the loses that go with them....it took a few months to get used to the difference, but wow what fun, I am having more fun than I ever had...I still trade the big boards if there is an opportunity, but I spend 70 to 90 hrs a week just because it is so much fun....I also like the Qs and I have always had silver, only now it is all bullion,no more paper....if I had not started playing pennies, I most likely would be sitting doing very little, maybe buying a little silver here and there...I am sure there are many different reasons folks play the pennies and I think most are having a lot of fun doing it....as I see it....
Paid
I expect we will get a huge run here very soon .....they have both been under valued for far to long....don't know why more folks are not noticing these silver stocks or even into bullion for that matter.....I would think every cat, dog, horse and monkey would be chasing this stuff, maybe thats just me.....as I see it...

I would have to assume from your response that you have personally inspected the piles on the mountain all the way from top to bottom..... I will stand by my statement as my viewpoint and it is as true as any other statement posted in regards to the actual contents of the piles on the mountain.....I will also stand by my numbers as quoted as to revenue and burn rates....perhaps there is a misunderstanding about the $48000 that number only cover other directors and administrative, it has nothing to do with the mill itself, and I do believe that number to be lowballed, IR would be included in that as it would fall under admin.....I am going to have to leave this board again as it is just to much of a waste of time for me.....all of these PMs that I feel an obligation to respond to....quite simply I just don't have the time and it is basically the same argumentive crap that has been going on forever....I will leave with one last statement...nah forget it, I don't have any more time....as I see it...

Believe what your own intellect will allow you to, but those numbers came directly from the very people who attended the meetings......now are you saying they are somehow misleading the sharehloders yet again, or are you the only one that has the real numbers....now I am not sure who I should trust if all of the information presented to the shareholders was in fact just a bunch more untruths as in all the previous PR's from the company....one thing would be nice and that would be if you could present your posts in a more respectable manner instead of always having to add the childish lttle comments as a sign off.....that only instills confidance in my inclinations to believe the posters with a more mature attitude.....you can read the posts from yesterday and today and you will find all of my numbers have been presented by posters that did attend the meetings....as I see it...

Okay lets just go with info that was returned from the share holders meeting.....they are processing at 36tpd with an average grade of 5.1grams per ton so just in round numbers that equates to a recovery of 6 ounces of gold per day and with Au/Ag ratios said to be 14/1 they would also have another 84 ounces of silver...lets just send that to the smelter one time per month...now assuming the mill now operates 24/7 365 we can average 25 production days per month....ok smelter charges are typically in the 15% range for smaller shipments, so at even 1300 dollar gold we have 150X$1105=$165750 +2100x$17.85=$37485 for a total of $203235.00per month -transportation, so we can look at say approx $195,000.00 as long as trans is not to far....ok $83,000+$10,000 to GHDC, $34,000 to the Quillian family, other directors and administration plus cooperate expense ,, estimated at$48,000 ....just those expenses come to $175,000 , now that leaves $20,000 each month to pay at least 17 other employees and buy fuel and pay maintainence costs as well as pay the contractors working on the mountain, there are many other costs that arise from time to time....now if you will notice I have tried to keep the sales numbers as high and at premium rates, while the fixed and variable expenses are low....this $586,000.00 per year IR and consulting fees or what ever that is supposed to be is not included....just by these few calculations it is plain to see that SFMI has some serious flaws in thier plans to fund the mountain exploration from the tailings piles....this is all info direct from folks who attended the meeting and as it was presented by the company.....it is the way it is and it is also the way I see it...
Paid
Nice steady moves in the last few trading sessions.....this can continue for some time yet, after all we do have to get over $2.00 just to get back to the levels prior to the merger news...however I really don't see anything in the way now, so it should not be a problem by eoy.....as I see it....Paid
Little bit of loving coming to USSIF today....looks like the start of a good week...as I see it...

Wow I would reconsider some of those postulations at this time, much of what you have just told the board is in direct violation of SEC regulations....there is just some things that you can not do to make folks believe in unproven facts.....it is more than obvious that it is not even hearsay.....smoldering???....lets face the real truth, even if they had numerous 1000lb buckets of concentrate on site, there is no lender that I am aware of that will loan money on unsecured concentrate, with no possible way of knowing what the metal contents of the concentrate are, it could be all black sand.....the concentrate would have to be sent to a smelter to recover the precious metals and even then the lender would most likely take those in possesion before lending against them....so its time to cut the BS,cause we all know the only way this operation is beiong funded is from constant dilution....a small delegation of shareholders and local folks were shown only what the company wanted them to see and questions were not answered to the satisfaction of those that did attend the SHM....any of the knowledgeable folks that did ask questions were left to decide if they should jump ship, and by the early trading volume it looks like many of them did just that...as I see it...

I don't think they are really going to be able to play it much this week...shares are held more tightly now than ever...as I see it...

Now we find the o/s count to be at 293 million and that is up from 173million just a few short months back....120million in dilution, yes I can see they have funds for the operation at this time, however at the current burn rate with no revenue there will soon be more new shares...I am notone to say I told you so, but if anyone were to read my posts from before the shareholder meeting and the last NR you will find that 95% of the things I have said have now been proven to be correct....and what I am about to say will turn out to be correct as well....if SFMI can not find a way to ramp up thier processing rates to at the very least 700tpd they have zero chance of success....at the current burn rates and because of the stucturing of the companies 700tpd with a average grade of at least 16 to 18gpt they will just barely break even and that is if they do not skim along the way....there has never been an operation that has made a profit from tailings....now these huge piles may have some ore that shows acceptable grades, however once they get a little ways into the piles they will find that it is mostly waste and overburden...I am sure at this time that is why they have been having so much trouble dialing in the mill, because of the waste and over burden that is in the piles that were brought down from the mountain....it is not as if it has not happened before...you can bet much of these things are known and that is why the companies are structured the way they are....some will leave with alot of money....very unlikely to be the shareholders...as I see it
Paid
The analysts report is just info fed to them by SFMI and is based on assumptions, it does however bring out a lot of info that tells us how we have been hoodwinked by false and misleading PR's and info from the company all along...it is evident that the operations will continue to be paid for with heavy dilution of the stock and that my friends comes directly out of the shareholders pockets....I don't know of any finacial instution that is going to lend out money with buckets of black sand as collateral....how will they be able to detemine the value unless it is sent to the smelter for gold recovery....that is total BS, much the same as most of the previous reports from the company, such as processing 140tpd and recoveries of 2.5 ounces per ton...the recoveries in the report are showing 5.1 grams/t, thats only 1/6 of an ounce....how much of this stuff can we believe....look at the consultant fees!!!! which one of the Quillians is getting paid consultant fees....I know of one report that mentioned the daughter....I mean, cmon thats a lot of money for what, also paid with dilution by the shareholders...not me I am not buying into any of this....as I see it...
Paid
Firstly the production costs of $50/ton is way off.....so far they have zero revenue and over 4 months of production costs, so in my books thats in excess of $50/ton.....now of the top comes $83000 + $10000 to Ghdc for every month they are in production...next there is paycheques to the Quillian family of $34000/mon and paycheques to other board members and admistration personel....are you still with me....ok then we have paycheques to truck drivers, heavy equipment operators, lab techs, contractors and mill workers....ok there is fuel costs, remember this mill has its own gen sets for power....maintainence costs...supplies and wharehouse rental.....I am just getting started, I cna go into the admin costs and other costs associated with running a company......$50/ton???? I don't think so....they do not own or have a clain to the poorman mine....you use a term to describe the piles of unprocessed ore, or over burden or whatever is on the mountain....that is actually the correct word for what will happen to SFMI stock in the coming week,it will go into a tailspin and be a long time recovering....asI see it
Paid
Very very sensible solution, however it does take many millions of those tiny little flecks to make 1 ounce of gold and the flecks are the only thing that goes into the gold bars at the smelter, all the other fine black sands are just that, sand and thats why the term concentrate.....sure it would have been a show to watch the flecks mixed with the other heavy particles moving off the shaker table...the real story is that in each of those huge collection buckets, there is probably very little real gold and with the low daily tonnage being processed, they probably do not yet have enough concentrate to warrant a shipment to a smelter.....I have never heard of a smelter accepting it by the bucket full....anyway if they ever do start shipping I think the smelter contract will be a material event and a PR will be issued stating such event.....and so we wait...as I see it....
Paid
There is one thing seriously wrong with what you are saying,SFMI does not own the rights to War Eagle Mountain, they have some claims on the mountain but they most certainly do not own the Mountain....also I think gold has a much better chance of reaching $1500/oz than SFMI has of ever reaching $1.00/share....this next week will tell us how the market feels about all the untruths in previous PR's and the lack of experience running the company and mill....I think even the cheerleaders had to know that at some point in time the real truth had to come out.....well my friends, now we all know, management has been far from truthfull and they also do not have an experienced mill manager....months ago folks asked for a resume from the mill Manager, the company would never provide one cause they were well aware of his short comings even upon hiring him...but all of this has come out at the SHM and now it is time that many will revaluate thier positions and we can expect a huge sell off in the coming week...as I see it...

Precious metals are covered under NAFTA and there is no duties or tariffs between Canada and the U.S.....as far as coin with a face value it would be classed the same as cash.....now The Tulving Company is the one with the restriction about bullion remaining in the U.S....I don't know what thier full reasons are but that is how they explained it to me....like I said I don't care cause thier minimum purchase requirements are out of my range anyway and as far as pricing, I found some 100 ounce at +.29 so that is better than them anyway, or it was when I talked to them,if I remember they were at +.49 at that time.... as you all know I don't like the bigger bars and would prefer to buy all mine under 10 ounce size so I am always shopping....I did order some of those 100's this last time but only because of the deal and trying to beat esculation....this next week could very well be the week of the silver story....as I see it...
Paid
Its quite some time since I talked to them, but I got the distinct impression that they wanted all the precious metals to remain in the U.S just in case the sh*t hits the fan, so I just hung up and have never called back....things may have changed...don't know, don't care cause I can never meet thier minimun anyway....I will just putter away as I have been...I will get mine...

I am sure glad I didn't waste $2000.00 to attend the shareholders meeting....I can invest that in 100 ounces of silver bullion, that has real value....I have read all the posts from all who did attend on this and other boards....my take just from the overall message that has been returned is that it was at best a very good brainwashing for some, however there are many who hold millions of shares who have returned a very different viewpoint..... my own viewpoint here means nothing and I am not going to repeat or repost other folks opinions.....the only thing I will say is that they have presented many untruths in previous PRs and that in itself will be what I use as a guide in future news from the Company....my game in SFMI may be hugely different than many of the over hyped folks that have not shown up today....I will continue to sit on the sidelines and watch for my opportunities if they should arise and I am quite sure I am going to get a good one next week....a a matter of fact I hope we all make a lot of money in SFMI,we may just have different ways of doing it....as I see it...

Orca, Yes I know of them, they do not fit in with my buying and storage strategy's. They will not ship the bullion out of the continental U.S I would have to buy minimum of 20,000 ozs and then have it stored in one of thier approved facilities in the U.S. Number 1 I don't even have 20,000 ozs yet number 2 I want my bullion where I can get my hands on it.....number 3 I would love to be able to buy 20,000 ozs at a time, but thats not me.....you must be thinking of Hangalong LOL GO SILVER $$$$$21+++++

I have a question then...at the time prior to the hopper system being operational they were telling us that the mill operational and capable of processing 140 TPD can you or anyone else who was on tour tell us how they were feeding the mill at that time or how did they know what the capabilities were or if in fact at that time was the mill even operational.....an answer to this question would surely garner some credibility for the statements released in that PR. I am sure many folks have questions that do go back a month or 2 0r even longer.....one thing we have to keep in mind and that is that some folks have paid as high as .468 for shares in SFMI based on some of the info presented by the company a few months ago.....I know I would be somewhat concerned if I was was holding shares that I paid those prices for and then find that they are only processing 36TPD and not selling any concentrates at this juncture.....as I see it...
