Yes - I also believe that if a dividend it paid or stock split then the warrants will be adjusted too (i.e. strike price will go down).
Don't worry he was/is being compensated very well for the deal with the devil.
Anyone know if Chemtura is planning on re-installing the dividend any time soon?
Well I guess it looks like just you and me now.
There should be no one surprised here. The end game was already written 2-3 years ago.
Anyone still holding warrants or stock here, besides myself?
Happy Holidays!
Happy Holidays. One of the things I like about the company is the low share float and some of the companies that own this stock. Lanxess has approximately 2M shares. Google lanxess and you should see rather quickly why they have a position is Gevo. Hoping to sell some losers in the new year and will definetly be taking a positon here.
People sound surprised here. We are basically getting "0" when all is said and done.
Phillip are you long on this stock or a day trader? I am looking to go long on this stock? I work at an Ethanol Plant (ICM built) and am familiar with Gevo's process. I think the potential here is unlimited? Any thoughts? If you are long on this stock then I will continue to post and check in daily.
Thanks
Nice day today. Soon we will be below when the "great" news was announced earlier this week. What a joke this. I guess it was one last time for mm's to make some money.
Time will tell
Ouch - Here we go again!
Well theres $2800.00 pissed down the drain.
Wow, What a finish today.
Looks like we will be testing new lows in the coming weeks.
No trades today?
sub 5 cents today?
Holy cow, the warrants nose dived on Friday. Anyone know whats going on? Thought that they just released good numbers? What gives?
I bet were under a penny this week. Cannot beleive that I bought this POS.
I hope not either. My purchase price was 15 cents almost two years ago. I just hope to get my money back.
I think your dreaming.
Hello Natomas
What does this mean for warrant holders like me?
"Tronox shareholders will exchange their shares for shares in the new entity as well as $12.50 per share to return cash generated by Tronox between the deal announcement and the anticipated closing in the first half of next year."
Any ideaa/advise? Should I convert my warrants for shares before this happens?
Thanks
Wow -17.6 million shares traded today out of 25.7 million shares outstanding. 68 percent of the shares traded today.
How generous of the CEO. Don't worry he'll make it up later, if he has not already now. What about us old shareholders, we get nothing.

Down 25 percent today. WOW. Wonder who sold today ?????????
Yeah, Up one day, down the next, up the next day and down the day after that.
The 1 year chart of this POS is unbelievable. Looks like I will never make my money back.
sub 2 pennys right around the corner.
How long until this puppy goes BK?
Nice finish today!
Don't forget that alot of them bought shares at a price higher then where we stand today. Maybe they have a bunch of options where the strike price is much higher then it is today. Heck the stock is down a #1.00 today. IMO they should have given the 50 million to old shareholders. Mr R is a big joke.
He probably sold on the last big run-up that he was pumping.
Another article to read. Hope this one comes true

When is Joel Noel going to drive this higher? I need to get out of this crap stock.
This made me laugh:
"Working on parallel tracks, the team moved swiftly to repair operations, tackle daunting legal claims and fortify the company's financial condition. Just nineteen months after the filing, Chemtura emerged from bankruptcy in November 2010 under a plan that repaid creditors 100 percent and recouped roughly $60 million for pre-petition equity holders. For Q1 2011, the company reported gross profit of $161 million, up from $139 million in 2010, which represented, in each case, 23 percent of net sales. Very nice finish today. lol This stock is amazing.
When the big boys are ready to move it, they will.
