This reminds me of an old sitcom, "All in the Family." I must admit her credentials for running a business are much more impressive than either Seymour or Diwan. Now, let's see if they will let her apply her business skills to a company that has sorely lacked them.
Amen to that!!!!!
I wasn't suggesting that my favorite option is a buyout. I fervently hope NNVC can go it alone or seek a partner that will leave NNVC in control.
We're back to counting the number of angels that can stand on the head of a pin.
One doesn't have to tender their shares.
Surely, any deal would include a hefty profit participation by NNVC.
I couldn't agree more. Speed is of the essence and is a commodity that has been in short supply at NNVC.
Hopefully, NNVC will have a press release when the FLUCIDEs are sent to the clinic in Indiana.
Perhaps your computer has experienced a cyber attack from China.
If we're all just spectators here, then why are you so critical of NNVC and the other spectators?
And what have you done?
I'm ciding with you on this one, Condon.
Weedie, you'd better hang on to one of those vans. You're going to need somewhere to store the money you get for your gazillion NNVC shares.
Someone just dumped 200,000 shares. Looks as if it was programmed for exactly 12 noon. What's up? Manipulation or someone preparing to load up for forthcoming good news. Or, God forbid, the release of bad news.
Fidelity is showing a bid for 90,000 shares.
After that statement you probably wouldn't get a very warm reception in Hawaii.
You got it.
Reasonable assumptions and expectations in my opinion.
Thanks for your continued optimism.
I think you're speaking of percentages while the Docs are speaking of orders of magnitude.
I'm glad to see you and malibuman haven't lost your eternal optimism. (sarcasm)
Is Dr. Seymour speaking of TOX testing or Phase 1 human testing?
Doc Feelgood, is it your opinion that safe and effective vaccines cannot be created for the viruses on which NNVC is working?
That heat the NNVC Docs are feeling on the back of their necks is the hot breath of competition in virus vaccines.
I don't remember exactly, but it was to the effect that the Shelton lab would not be able to scale up to the magnitude of viricides needed for mass production.
Dr. Seymour has indicated that NNVC will partner with a large pharmaceutical house to manufacture larger quantities of viricides. In that case your profit number should start with 10% to 20% of gross sales as royalty payments. If one assumes $5 Billion in sales, then you are looking at $500 million to a billion. This would be almost pure profit. Also assume 250 million shares outstanding and per share profits are $2 to 4$. At a P/E of 25 you get a share price of $50 to $100. 25 would be a very low P/E for a company with potential sales of $50 billion.
Wasn't Hamlet a Dane? To be or not to be? That is the question.
There is no dilution or accretion of a stock until it is sold. Those who have not sold have not experienced either, yet.
Dr. Seymour has stated on more than one occasion that the materials for the tox studies will be manufactured in the current lab. The same facility that produced materials for 5,000 animal tests.
The Docs need to be looking over their shoulder and pick up the pace a bit.
As I understand it from Dr. Seymour's comments, the start of toxicity testing is unrelated to the completion of the new lab. Human testing?? That's another story.
For the uninitiated troglodytes among us please explain the emoticons you are using.
WOW!!!! Where did that come from?
That 75% gain in a week ain't too bad, Doc. Good on you.
Last week NNVC hit .31. Gotta know when to hold'em.
All this erudite medical and pharmacological cross-pollenization is causing my brain to swell.Let us enjoy ligands and micelles for a while. LOL
I'm sorry, I don't read it that way at all. I think the glass is half-full. Diwan has spoken in the past about other applications of the basic patent.
The takeaway here is that the IP may well cover the delivery of other forms of drugs such as bactericides.
My mother used to tell me that I would argue with a sign post and then take the wrong way home. Enjoy your detour.
Are you moving to Florida full time? We need a West Virginia Weedie in the summer. Go NNVC!!!!!!!
