Jet..I put him on ignore and had no posts
to read. lol
Makeamint, over on the RB, says tomorrow could be
capitulation for this stock. He JUST MAY BE RIGHT.
Today's sentiment was truly the worst day so far.
Let's hope he's right. Cass
Well I guess alot people gave up the ship today.
Sure would be nice to see some news...and real soon.
OT..Colorado, if I can ask, what's the price range you're looking to sell SHRN at? TIA Cass
Viking..I'm hoping they aren't wasting anytime
on panicky shareholders..zero time! They have way too
many better things to do than waste their valuable time on people complaining about the share price.
Think the CEO of IBM has been taking calls from nervous shareholders the last two weeks as the stock has dropped like a stone? I don't think so!! lol
Have a great day. Cass
Viking..thanks for the kind words. we're
all in this together.
If I sounded impatient in my post, I didn't
mean to convey that message. I'm not selling
a share. In fact I'm waiting for
money to come in and planning to buy more.
We all have to give this some time. Quite frankly I'm
not sure where this one year time frame comes from, that everyone keeps refering to, but I'm selling when I think this stock price has maxed out. Whether that's next week, next month or next year..based on warrented events.
So in the meantime we wait, add if we can, and know that management is working diligently on our behalf. If I find out that has changed, which is highly unlikely imo, then I will adjust my thoughts and actions accordingly.
Keep the faith folks.
Q1 will be old news. And maybe is already priced into the
share price?? What we need to look at is
Q2 and going forward. What about that new yet unannounced
revenue stream that hasn't been announced yet, that is supposed to be bigger than all the rest???
MSEP just doesn't have any momentum right now
and so we have a lack of interest from the traders, in particular. When the interest comes back, whether by PR
announcement or something else, and volume picks up, then
and only then, imo, do we move up again, which we could..and quickly.
I'm wondering if maybe the Indy 500, which is Memorial Day, could give some momentum to this stock? Only a theory at this point..or wishful thinking.
I hate the thought of it going sub penny to be able to average down. I guess it's possible we could see those levels, if there isn't any news soon, but what the hell do I know. I didn't think we'd break .02. No point in selling now, imo.
One good announcement and we could get a nice run.
Sure wish we'd hear something positive from the boys in Scottsdale soon. An unexpected surprise would sure go a long way right now. Cass
Colorado..did Mark mention anything about
when we might hear about the new revenue
source we'll waiting to hear about? TIA
Colorado...Arie Jr won't have a problem finding a ride
for Indy, if he wants to run that race. imo. As for the $$$ he needs, that comes from the sponsors he can bring to the team providing the car. That's where all the decals on the car come from. The bigger the decal the larger amount of money from that particular sponsor. With Sr's contacts that is probably not such a difficult task.
He has to though, team up with a team that has great equipment,
engine, and the best possible pit crew. Alot of these races are won and lost while pitting.
As for msep, we don't need to spend money changing TA's right now. Lots of them don't release share #'s. It's just not that big of a deal. (Except of course, for that fish from the other board). Excuse the pun...but there's bigger fish to fry, than worrying about the TA.
Here's to a better day tomorrow. Cass
That's been Lebed's pattern in the past.
I own some and am hoping for a pop to get out of it
and buy in lower. Look for the volume at the opening to see where it might be going. The company has a terrific product, I think and could do well going forward..without the help of Lebed..the pump and dumper king.
As for MSEP, sure wish we could get some momentum on the
upside. With the shark swimming in different waters,
and his followers out of the stock now (from the RB board), maybe we can get some upward movement. Again, anybody talk with
David or Mark in the last few days?
GLTA. Have a good evening everyone. Cass of Rb
gedi..children will be children. lol
Shark always had something to complain about
and to put doubt in the minds of RB readers.
If it wasn't that the management shares were locked up with 144 shares, it was this current TA nonsence. And apparently
never once did he call management to clarify any issue he
had. Just as well that he's gone.
Volume is low so obviously the MM's are gonna take this down
easily. Not to mention that the entire market stinks..big time.
Maybe it's already the summer doldrums and it's only April. Yuk! Cass of RB
OT..Looks like the markets could be in for another day of green tomorrow. Intel, Google and Yahoo reported better than expected numbers. Looks good for the Nasdaq.
Who knows maybe the run filters down to our little penny here.
Good evening all. Cass of rb
Eric, I agree with everything you've said. I wish I was at
breakeven right now, but I'm not and yes, it concerns me for the very reasons you mentioned, particularly about getting out once someone breaks even. I'm hoping for, and hope it isn't just wishful thinking on my part, that we get solid news from the company, specific information, not just some general announcement(s) and that, along with a market turnaround we can get a nice sustained rally. One thing that can help the entire market is if the Fed. would reverse their current policy of tightening. If investors thought the Fed was finished or close to finishing raising interest rates, we'd get a some nice upside momentum. I'm not sure if that's in the cards just yet, but I definitely think they are much closer to ending the increases than they were even a month ago. Not that interest rates directly effect small pennies, but it's more about sentiment than anything else.
I hope those of us invested in msep, look beyond just breaking even and look to what the potential could be with this company. But it will take time and I'm not sure that alot of penny investors will have the patience to wait for the time needed. For purely selfish reasons, I sure hope we all do.
Keep the faith and have some patience everyone. GLTA
Cass of RB
Manwe..These are difficult times with all stocks..big and small. You are discouraged like alot of us. But take a look at what you wrote. You said you are a long term investor and yet it's only been two months and you're already doubting your decision to buy msep. If you truly believe in management and the story, then you need to give this more time. If you don't think it is going to turn around, especially anytime soon, maybe you need to sell, take your loss and move on to something that is more conservative. Believe me, I'm not trying to be mean, and I'm sure most of us, me included have been second guessing ourselves about this investment and other supposed good penny stocks in the last few weeks. But not ALL stocks have suddenly become bad investments. Something else is going on here..the entire market malaise has taken everything down.
I think, at least nearterm, we will see a rebound, imo. Not only in this stock, but in the market in general. How much and for how long, I don't know, but it might give some people an opportunity to sell things they aren't comfortable with. Me, I'm waiting for some money to buy more. We're supposed to buy low and sell high so right now, I'm thinking this is a good buying opportunity. But each person has to be comfortable with their decisions. Keep the faith and try to give this some more time because I think good things are on the horizon, at least I hope so.
PS. Anybody talk with David or Mark in the last few days? Please share any conversation if possible. TIA Cass of Rb
The Q should give us a good indication of
where msep is going. Although the last few days
have been difficult, I have faith in management.
Is that green I see? I almost forgot what the color looked like. lol
Colorado..The IRL and Cart will never get together, imo.
Nor is there any reason to do so. When the split came several years ago, most people thought the IRL would never make it.
Afterall Cart had all the big name teams..Penske, Andretti,
etc. Problem was they didn't have one thing. And that was the
Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home to the Indy 500, the gem of auto racing. When Tony George and his family, the Hullmans, owner of the speedway started the IRL, he had the one race
that means more than all the others. 400,000 fans for one race! Eventually the CART teams realized they had nothing without the Indy 500 and eventually the big name teams came crawling back to the IRL.They have mostly kissed and made up, but make no mistake Tony George IS the IRL. He makes the rules and everyone plays by them. There is virtually nothing left of the CART series,no big names, nothing. Tony George was responsible for smaller teams to get into the sport, and he still got the big name teams/drivers to come back into the fold. The original split was all about big egos and big money against other big egos and big money. It certainly didn't help open wheel racing and set back it's popularity for years although it is now coming around.
Now, when you talk about Nascar you are talking the best run,
PR machine out there. Their diehard fan base is unbelievable. That's probably why MSEP management wants to get into Nascar, as soon as financially possible. Once they can add some nascar drivers to their IRL stable of drivers, this stock could really rock imo. Nascar racing to me is like playing bumper cars and I don't care for it. Open wheel is waay cool and much more exciting, imo. But Racing fans are fanatics, whether it be IRL or Nascar. They spend money like water, each and every year.
IF you all are becoming race fans, you really must try to get to an IRL race some time. It's a great time. When you become a Diehard race fan, you must go to the INDY 500. There is truly no other race like it. Cass
colorado..The Indy 500, Brickyard 400 and the
Formula One race have been at the Speedway for several
years now. There is nothing similar about these races or
the cars driven. However, there are some drivers that run
the different series and some that have ties to other series as
well. As I've mentioned before, the Andretti's are primarily open wheel drivers, but there is an Andretti in Nascar.
It will be interesting to see how and when MSEP management can
get a foothold in Nascar. I know it's expensive but it will happen someday. Since it's the biggest fan based racing sport, it's important to do it as soon as they can.
As for the S/P, it's ugly forsure, but I made a decision to sell another investment to buy more. I'll start buying this week when I receive the funds. This is a new company with
alot of potential. If I have patience, this will pay off bigtime, imo. Cass of RB
I'm sure, but would they do it just to scare
nervous investors out?
Ok, now I really don't get it. Most of the
trades going out at .018-.0195 are 5000 shares.
That equals less than $100 for each trade!!
Who is selling this? Geez!
I'm with you on that one!
My question is why would anyone sell at these levels?
I don't get it.
Anytime now, there could be news and this moves up again.
Just wish I had money to buy more at these levels.
Cass of RB
Mike, you might try these websites if you
havent all ready..
Indycar. com
indy500.com
Cass
Scale..the last few times I've spoken with
David and Mark, I begged them to stop wasting their
valuable time talking with these whiney crybaby shareholders.
I really do hope that they change their policy because they
owe ME and shareholders like me to devote their time to
building the business! As far as I'm concerned if they
are spending three hours a day talking with these idiots
then they are depriving me of getting the most out of
our management and company. This isn't a criticism of Dave and Mark, just an honest observation of the facts.
Someone on RB posted earlier, that management has an obligation
to speak with shareholders. That's just crap! They have an obligation to led the company in a positive direction. If
they refocus on that, then we'll all be happy. Just think how much more they can accomplish if they don't have to deal with the idiots. Of course, those idiot posters that waste their time, will bash that they aren't getting answers, but that's TS. Besides, the bashers don't believe what management says anyway, so why bother with them. I'm finished venting for now.
Cass of RB
I understand. Those MM's are truly
the worst creatures on earth.
GLTY in getting the rest of your shares.
Wish I had more money to buy at these levels.
You'll make alot of money from here, imo
Cass
Comeon jets..what's a .001 more to buy?
It's your turn to do your part to get this
little gem moving. lol
Only green I see on the stocks I watch is our
beloved MSEP! I knew today would be ugly, just
didn't think it would get this bad. What's it
going to take to turn this entire market around??
Have a good weekend all. Cass of rb
OT Sorry to say tomorrow could be another
really nasty day in the markets. IBM afterhours
down big.
Repeat after me..patience, patience. Now if I
can do it, so can everyone. lol Cass of rb
Coy..thanks for a great post.
You sound very disciplined and leave emotion
out of the equation. Something I haven't yet
mastered. lol Cass of Rb
Well at least the good news is that support
seems to be at .02.
Coy..just curious..if you buy at these levels
for a trade, at what level to you plan to sell, or
does that just depend on the trading and volume at
the time? TIA Cass of RB
Just my 2 cents.
There are alot of factors going on in the market
in general right now. Nothing specific with MSEP except
that it's "the baby being thrown out with the bath water".
Most, if not all, stocks are down, regardless of where they trade..big cap, small cap, and everything in between.
The market has jitters..oil, even though it's been down
the last few days; inflation; and I think to a big
extent...tax day on Friday, April 15 just to name a few.
People are selling to pay the tax man. I'm hoping for some kind of rebound next week.
I'm under water on msep also, alot..and I don't like it one damn bit, but I also know that management is working very hard
and so far, they have been very accurate and honest in everything they have told us. Only thing I don't like is that they are spending WAAAY to much of their valuable time talking to some of the idiots that are demanding a higher s/p. We all want that, so as much as I am not a patient person, I will wait this out, until one of two things happen...either I find out that management has lied to us or the s/p goes higher...alot higher. I happen to believe the latter. And I'm hoping it won't take 12 months to happen.
Let's all take a breather, stay focused on what management is trying to do and give them some time to do it.
Have a good evening everyone. Cass of RB
PS. Some of those posters on RB are really unbelievable! So
much nicer over here.
Can someone clarify for me...
Is pitstopstudio the revenue stream that is
supposed to be "the biggest one yet" or is
there something else we're looking for? Can't
remember when Dave said this. TIA
Sure is slow out there..almost like it's the
dog days of summer and it's only April.
Cass of RB
News and the sp goes down...go figure.
Late afternoons are usually good for the stock. So
lets see what happens later today.
Mikey..you forgot the chart.
(It's been a long week) lol
gedi..when your last name is Andretti, you
have racing in your veins. Gutsy family for sure.
Nice to see the sp green today. I'd almost forgotten
what the color looked like. Hope next week brings some
good news.
Have a good weekend everyone. Cass of RB
Any of you lucky people that bought subpenny could
move this stock all by yourself in trying to sell
a million shares or so..and you'd still have a profit
at these levels. So the volume is definitely playing
into the hands of the MM's right now, having nothing to
do with management's alleged selling.
Once buying comes back in, with volume, I think we'll
be back in the .04-.06 range at least and with good news,
more than that. There was much more buying late in the afternoon
today than the tape showed at eod.
Hope nobody got nervous today and sold. Big mistake if you did, imo. Besides anyone that sold today sold on emotion rather than
specific facts.
Let's all try to chill a little and give this company some time to grow. PS. Thanks Mike.
CASS of RB
Mac..so are assuming that Dave and Mark have
been selling, accounting for this recent selloff?
If so, by those regulations do you have a guesstimate of how many shares and/or when?
Anybody remember the last Form 4? I know it was @ .06.
Would some insiders have been selling when others were
buying? What sense does that make?
Anybody talk with management today to try to get some
specific answers? Hey Mike, where you be at?
TIA to anyone for some reasonable thoughts. CASS
Let's all just sit back and relax.
Management is not happy to say the least. But
this was out of their control. They had all the
paperwork turned in well in advance. Why the 10K
wasn't released is the fault of the auditors. And
Mark and David realize how this looks, but it was out
of their hands. Unfortunately, now they have to do
unnecessary damage control, I guess. They wanted the 10K
out before announcing new things. Whether they will wait,
I don't know.
Anybody selling now is just stupid, imo, cause there
are good things coming soon. This isn't just my
opinion, this is from management.
BTW...Several small stocks whose 10K's were supposed
to be out today, were not. That speaks more of the
auditors in this country than the companies themselves.
They can only present the paperwork, getting the auditors to release it is out of their hands.
Relax all. Don't worry..be happy. CASS of RB
It's not going to blow when the 10K comes out..
it's going to blow when managament can release all the pent up news they are holding for AFTER the 10K comes out, imo.
I bet by the beginning of next week, we'll all be smiling big time and especially in the weeks and months ahead.
CASS of RB
In agreement with what's been posted today, about msep specifically, but I also think there is another reason for the recent drop and that is the shortselling, which has briefly been mentioned.
Every penny stock that I watch is down significantly particularly the last two days. I think it's awfully
coinsidental(not) that that's happened right at the same time
as the announcement of the Dateline expose due out within
the next few days. I've never been a big believer of the theory of MM's shorting, but it sure looks to be the case. I hope this Dateline program blows the lid off of the manipulation and that Congress, the SEC or whomever, gets off their collective butts and does something to protect the investing public.
The next few days could be real interesting with alot of companies issuing potentially good news thru their 10K's and
maybe the MMs know that they only have a few days left to screw
with these little stocks before things start to change to the upside..between the 10k's, Forward leading statements and the
Dateline show. Sure hope so.
I've spoken with Dave and Mark too and I believe in what they say. I sure don't like where the share price is..cause now I'm solidly in the red, after averaging up to .035. Hopefully this will all be in the past within the next few days. Keep the faith. CASS of RB
Who wants to take a bet that mush is that
little twit that got bounced from this board a
couple of weeks ago!! (sorry can't remember his name,
but I know you all remember him.)
Been out of commission all week after surgery, but I'm
guessing there has been no news yet? I'm thinking not
before Monday. Tomorrow will be slow and the market is
closed on Friday.
OT..Mike or anyone that owns shrn..anything I need to
know about news on that one? Haven't been able to follow
it either, but I see it's having a nice move. Would
appreciate any thoughts on it also..if you have any.
Happy holidays to all celebrating. I look forward to
next week when I feel better and msep is back on a roll.
BTW..Dave's shares are restricted and can't be sold for a
year..genius!
CASS of RB
ecp..speaking of painful. I just got home yesterday from the hospital..emergency gall bladder surgery. Talk about pain.
Guess I haven't missed much around here over the weekend.
Looking forward to any news. BTW, how did the guys do racing this weekend?
Going back to bed now. Hang tough everyone. CASS of RB
