sry, just trying to keep people straight and sift through the crap.
..We'll probably see 5cents or more this week.
...Just wait for it.
Minxx wasn't selling shares, dippy. The underwriter was---It's their JOB! durrrr
hmm...you guys are just mad that you sold before this thing really got going. You might want to pick up a book about R/M's or mergers and acquisitions, OR MAYBE if you're sharp enough, a book about securities law, because more BS like this from you and we're all gonna keep losing points (IQ points that is!)
ZING!!
Susnar didnt sell them. The underwriter did to make the company (i.e. Minxx) money in order to get the place going. Evidence: well the phones are working now. Also, the lot where the Minxx club is was vacant (i.e. no building at all) at the end of 2006.
lol, reverse split? You don't add shareholder value by reverse splitting your shares...
Susnar will probably retire shares (again!) if anything at all...
well, the company or underwriters (investment house(s) like UBSS) are allowed to sell their shares in order to make Minxx money to start the business. It's their JOB! What the underwriters are NOT allowed to do is advertise the stock or send out spam mail etc. BUT it looks like our money is being put to good use---I mean, the phones are working now =).
Like I've said in some previous posts, I think this stock is a winner. BUT if you're in it for instant gratification, you won't get it here. Like everything else, this is a long term investment.
see.....
All that selling was based solely on fear.
You have to have a loan when you're starting a business or opening up a new location. Geez people, get with the program. lol
Not to mention the fact that when a company files Reg D, they are not obligated to file anything with the SEC. Even in Susnar's interview did he say they would not be a fully reporting company until the first or second quarter of next year.
UPDATED WITH LINK:
they are associated and they do carry the Minxx name. I understand they go by "Sassy Minxx" but its still the same company.
Here: "His partnership, DR Entertainment Group, has launched and managed three of the most successful and popular nightclubs in Orange County"

well they have several locations in LA, Orange and San Diego Counties that are doing well..... the Las Vegas location is just the newest one. I'm not surprised its a little in the red since its new, but that should turn around fairly soon-ish. So no worries here =)
looks like everyone's out to lunch... we're up 133.33%!!
get the paperwork for yourself...all i'll say is that it's not UBSS
this is a legit company doing good business. UBSS isnt the market maker either.
lol right
its not diluting---i've got the paperwork
bouncy bouncy bouncy bouncy
it will.....
.....this things on fire!
yea....I have all levels. Even the level that includes REGDEX in paper form.
nope.....UBSS isnt in this one at all
UBSS isnt the market maker......
yep.....this one is all fear, imo.
it'll probably go back up to where it was a few weeks ago.
you guys forget that HOKU Scientific filed a REGDEX and now trades at 8 bucks/share
[sarcasm]
OH NOES THE COMPANY FILED A REGDEX....LOOKS LIKE DILUTION.
[/sarcasm]
people just dont get it on here.
Load up guys, while the shares are cheap. =)
so does anybody know how many o/s there are???? =)
I'm still surprised you guys are just now figuring out that the company filed Regulation D....BACK IN AUGUST.
Does a sale of securities in a private placement at a discount to the market value to officers, directors, employees, or consultants require shareholder approval under Rule 4350(i)(1)(A)?
Yes. The issuance of common stock or securities convertible into or exercisable for common stock by the company to its officers, directors, employees, or consultants, or an Affiliated Entity of such a person, in a private placement at a price less than the market value of the stock is considered a form of "equity compensation" and requires shareholder approval. For this purpose, market value is the closing bid price immediately preceding the time the company enters into a binding agreement to issue the securities. An Affiliated Entity is any entity where an officer, director, employee or consultant of the company: (i) is a partner, executive officer, or controlling shareholder, or (ii) would be the beneficial owner of or have a pecuniary interest in the securities issued by the company.

You have to have a market maker in order to be a legit stock listed on an exchange. For example, in order to be listed on the NASDAQ the company has to have at least 3 market makers.
Why is the share price dropping? People who loaded up all those shares a month ago, are selling because they are getting impatient that they aren't making any money. The sell-virus is very contagious!
These are some cheap shares...Its a good point to load up, in my opinion.
why do you claim dilution when you're only considering pps?? I dont know about you guys, but I'll take the SEC's word over yours any day.
ok, nuff said. I'm off. I've got a meeting with the Bobs...lol
and another one bites the dust.
According to the SEC, most people dump their shares because they get impatient.
its actually co-owned by...
Robert Susnar, who had a very successful investment banking career in the late '80s and Dwight Chornomud, who's expanded Minxx from LA, Orange and San Diego counties to Las Vegas. Not only that, but DC has grown the business nearly 200% since moving to NV.
BULL......
you guys might want to beef up on your securities law...
Oh and keep in mind that Susnar didn't file the REGDEX, Rodriguez did.
yeah, and they cant sell their shares according to Reg D.
the ax??
who's UBSS???
LOL.....whats this? Support at .0024?? lmao..mmdurrrr
I'm surprised that all of you don't really have a clue what Minxx is. I hope everyone's DD serves them right, but Minxx already has locations in Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties in California. The Las Vegas location is the newest location (since 2002). Dwight Chornomud and Robert Susnar own and operate all of these locations. If you dont believe, me search Minxx on YouTube or Reuters or just plain Google it! I agree with buzz, I don't see dilution here...Everyone is just scared. Like I keep saying, the market moves on hype! :)
Oh, and another thing...the whole pacman jones saga was about DC and RS's employee Tom Urbanski. He was shot in the spine...The stock has nothing to do with this. There's a separate fund for this: www.TommyUrbanksiFund.org
LOL
...and woooooooooooooooooosh....you missed the punchline haha
hey guys, look at this:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001410502&owner=include&count=40
LOL,
-BC
Charts give you the info in hindsight....which is always 20/20.
Thats one fantastic bounce imo. It was so great it bounced down...lol =P
so is this a good play? or is it another disaster like WRII??
lol... thanks
