I see that new MM RAFF is back driving the stock down again. He must have some large seller.
Yep saw the April 10K I just noted that the May Q kinda contradicted the April 10K. If they have cut the grow time in half then they have increased throughput for their current capacity..yeh semantics. So does Xooma want 20 times the pre growth time throughput or 20 times the new production. Either way the Q says they are having a hard time increasing production.
stock-junkie..I have plenty of stock and a few hundred K does not deplete my stash.
savy1, only going by what Bigcharts presents as the history of the stock for a company stock symbol CAVR.
today, absolutely one year inter-day high. Sold a couple hundred K at .06xx, always take a little profit on a quick run up because chances are better than 50/50 it will come back down a little.
today, not record high according to this chart: Looks like it was 6 bucks a share back in 05.

pxquitar, feel better about your buy now?
big, I imagine he's against Ethanol for a couple of reason...poorer gas mileage and more engine problems when using Ethanol. When I travel to states that use an Ethanol mix I get from about 4 MPG less. Local mechanics have mentioned (I have no facts on this) that Ethanol is harmful to engines. They state injectors need to be cleaned much more frequently on cars that are using an Ethanol Mix. Apparently there are many studies and much disagreement on the effects of E85 on engines and engine performance but there seems to be no disagreement on the fact that gas mileage drops by 10-20 per cent.
Amigo I went to SEC and see no 10K filed in May. I do see the 10Q filed on May 20, which is where I got my data from. Please provide link to 10K filed in May.
Amigo, I think some of the site was down last night which is why I could not access the "get started" tab. Mousy is OK.
Amigo,
Guess I read this wrong "Production was increased as noted in the SEC filings." The SEC filing says nothing about them actually increasing production, in fact it says they are having a problem trying to increase production:
Although we anticipate the realization of increasing revenues from our exclusive distributorship agreement with Ceptazyme, LLC, our ability to realize any such increased revenue is dependent upon the satisfaction of certain conditions, including the expansion of our production capacity to meet increased product demand and our product's meeting the FDA's GRAS standard or receiving New Diet Ingredient ("NDI") status form the FDA, neither of which conditions we have satisfied as of this date, though we are working on meeting the GRAS standard. In addition, we are currently working on expanding our production capacity .
However, we have encountered some difficulty in expanding our production capacity and meeting the GRAS standard, If we are unable to timely and sufficiently expand our production capacity and meet he GRAS standard (or NDI status), there will be a material adverse affect on our business, financial condition and results of operations.
Found it after going through all the gyrations. Why is it not listed under the product tab??? Two tiny little boxes at the end of all the other 60 or 70 boxes about their other products. IMO, if they believe in it so much, it should be the lead item in the product tab and the first item in the start up category.
I was kinda implying that dealing with HEPI may have led to someone throwing up their hands and leaving..tongue in cheek comment. Like the incompetence of the staff at HEPI is tough to deal with; so, if you guys insist on playing with them, I'm going to pick up my ball and move on. And no I have no idea what the shakeup is all about.
Amigo,
Any guesses as to why on March 1st HEPI puts out a PR that says they will be in the new facility by April 1st???? Could it be that John did not have a clue as to how much it was going to cost or what he was going to do about his current lease. Or, was it just another attempt to prop up a falling stock.
Where in any PR does it say production capacity has been increased? Here's the only reference I can find "We anticipate delivering additional orders beginning towards the end of the second quarter of 2011, with monthly increases in the minimums each month as production will allow and subject to satisfaction of the FDA's GRAs standard. See Note 12 to the financial statements." Increased production shipments from the current location is not an indication of an increase in production capacity. The current facility has X amount of capacity, if utilized 100%, as I read it, it is still 1/20 of what Xooma wants.
Thought this was only going to take a couple of months at the most: SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE(HEPI has already engaged GRAS Associates of Oregon to assist it in determining whether the Product will meet the requirements associated with the FDA's GRAS standard). It's now been 10 months and no word.
What does it say to the distributors when a great new product is not added to the main site under the product tab and has to have a site of it's own???
Here's the link to Xooma. I downloaded the product catalog, no mention of KX anywhere: http://www.xoomaworldwide.com/OptimizeYourHealth/ The get started link did not even work nor did the link you mentioned.
I certainly hope HEPI is successful in spite of it's terrible investor communication and inept staff. Wonder if the shakeup at Xooma has anything to do with trying to deal with HEPI....
HEPI now looking for more money (dilution coming?) so apparently the 255K and the monies from the Xooma orders are not enough to complete the move, research, salaries, production costs etc.
Kgem, so does this board.
trev, good to have you on board. The more investors the better. Most here believe this little gem is a great investment and not just a pie-in-the-sky penny pipe dream. Only time will tell. I am very bullish long term, but am also a short term trader, so I have no problem buying 2 or 3 hundred K at .02xx and selling at .04xx a weeks or so later as long a I have a million or two tucked away for the long term.
today, I said little profit...I call 3K profit on a 5K investment in 5 days a very nice RTI especially for a penny stock. As I said have plenty more for the run to .20 and beyond but am not averse to taking profits on the way up.
today, don't know about all the selling being over but I'm done. Very nice little profit on a few hundred K shares. Still have plenty for the run to a buck.
HEPI was supposed to move April 1st anyone hear how that's going?
In order to meet Xooma's PO requirement HEPI was supposed to increase production by 20 times, anyone know how that's going?
Anyone hear about a shakeup at Xooma?
Has Xooma'z "World Wide Launch" of KardiaXyme happened yet? No mention of the product on the Xooma site.
Wasn't the initial consensus of opinion that Battelle would have some results in a week or two, or was that just dreaming?
Anyone still alive over here?
Guess it depends on the terms of the lease.
Kgem, also, just because the property produced 100BPD 20 years ago does not mean it will produce that today. Could be a whole lot less, or with new technology a whole lot more.
Nice move thus far today, and, for the gambler in all of us...today is 7/7....Most penny stocks are a gamble but it surely looks like the risk/reward in CAVR favors the reward side far more than the risk side at this point.
today, not my trades.
velcro,
Not selling again until .038-.040 range. If she gets there will sell off couple hundred K. Nice PR today.
today, apparently you cannot read. It is all explained in that post and every-time you bring up shorts in this stock I will counter with that post. If you really wanted to know the facts you would call FINRA and have them explain it to you.
Posted by johnsyn June 19th:
ALL: Here's the explanation by another poster on a different stock thread about how FINRA's short info is bogus, changed the name of the stock example to make it easier:
"Easiest way for me to explain my statement is to just give an example:
Lets say you invested long 5000 shares of CAVR and want to sell. You enter the order through your broker, which is then routed to a market maker. The market maker will then make the sell into the market before they have actually bought the stock from your broker to close out their account. They DO NOT take possession first bc there is no guarantee they can sell the order into the market into the market right away. Because of this, the actual sale into the market is a short sale bc the market maker sold the stock in the market before they purchased it from you. As the volume we see in our daily trading sessions is taken from the consolidated tape – only the sale into the market – so too are FINRAs daily analysis. The second half of the transaction is not recorded as to not distort the volume and the trading picture.
This is why the short sale volume is high but also why the FTD’s and bi-Monthly short interest reports are not showing any indications of this volume. The short isn’t really a short, it is the execution of a long sale by a market maker.
From the FINRA site:
www.finra.org/Industry/Regulation/Notices/2009/P120045 (the pdf link)
“The Daily Short Sale Volume File will provide daily access to the aggregate volume of short sales in NMS Stocks and OTC Equity Securities reported to a consolidated tape and traded over-the-counter during regular trading hours on each trading day. “
Consolidated tape only takes into account the open market transaction or the "short sale", by definition the second part of the transaction is called a media transaction.
This is the reason why we often see the high short interest volume reports seen. Bunch of Jackwagons if you ask me..messin with our emotions lol"
Short interest as of June 15 is 9332 shares.

velcro, assume you have not talked yourself into buying more yet, since there is only one block of 20K shares traded thus far today.

Oil headed to $150 a barrel by spring: Barron's

today, as for being bullish on the stock, yes I am bullish on the stock and have a bunch stashed away for the long term. But, I am also a trader so I have no problem buying 100 or 200K for .xxx and selling it for a .yyy the same day, the next day or a few days later.
today, yes twas .039 not .029 and
Trading that occurs between brokers through an expressed or implied agreement..Neither of us are brokers.
commodity dealer might use pre-arranged trading to carry out risk-free trades at predetermined prices rather than at market prices.. our trade was at market prices. If he tells a public board that he wants to buy at .039 then anyone on that board, who reads the post, can put in a open order to sell at that price. if it is executed it is a public trade not a pre-arranged trade between brokers.
todaybrian, the trade was not pre-arranged. If you read the post between pxguitar and myself he mentioned that he had just put in and order to buy 100,000 shares at .038. He said that his order was not being executed so he he raised his offer to .039. I had a partial fill of an order I had put in a few days before for 100,000 shares (87,000 shares). I put in a sell for the 87,000 shares at .039 and it was executed, nothing illegal about that at all.
Kgem, you're the one that brought up closing down the site, I just agreed with you. I probably own more CAVR than just about anyone on this board..heck I sold Pxguitar 87,000 shares the other day @.039 because he wanted the stock (and yes I made money on that transaction and on all my transaction in this stock, as you recall I told you about some of them in private). I'd be glad to discuss the stock but I am going to bash the clowns at Xtremepicks as long as they are being promoted on this board.
Kgem, probably a good idea to shut the board down since an investor can get all the info they need from the statements and the PR's and by talking with the company. Investors don't need the Xtremepicks crap or the pumps..it does the stock no good as you have already mentioned.
I hope XP keeps pumping it, I may be able to get a million shares a .02.
Just look at those shorts run for cover...LOL and see the investors jumping in and buying the stock...LOL a Xtremepicks. If they want it to go up they better start buying it themselves cause the investors are wise to them now.
No trades for 2 hours.
johnsyn, looks like investors have wised up to XP tactics, 450,000 of the 700,000 shares so far today are all down ticks.
Yep I do eat donuts, but I always have. Did not increase my sugar intake during the 6 month and 1 year first test using PAZ. Best results for me was an 80% increase in Platelets.
todaybrian. The first three words of my post "In my opinion".
kmikesara, my HDL numbers never changed either. The formula for LDL is LDL=Total-HDL-1/5 Triglycerides. One of the reason for you LDL drop was the increase in Triglycerides. My Tri were coming down steadily until I started on PAZ and, although my Total is up a little with no change in HDL my LDL shows a slightly lower number. Have no reason why Tri have increased????
