I do not have it here (in Quebec city) but I shall be home early tomorrow. I will see if I still have it and send it to you sometime tomorrow if I find it.
I hope no one pissed the lawyer before you can get to him.
Thanks for the effort. Unfortunately, as usual, these people probably will not follow your smart advice.
In most cases, unless a message does address me directly (and even then) I will not entertain (encourage) this type of poster.
The tone of the messages of some herein is obviouly demonstrating a personnal axe to grind and therefore not worth being answered.
However some do try to bring interesting toughts to the board and to thes thanks.
Like birds find something worth looking for in horse s..t, we also sometime get something worth reading in here.
It may very well be a scam, you may very well know that but I do not... which doesn't mean I beleive it is the claimed gold mine... which doesn't mean I beleive it's the all out scam you claim it to be.
My issue with you is that you demonstrate a personnal anger which makes your continuous accusation sound like a personnal vandetta.
The second issue is that you keep rehashing old stories and do not have any serious up to date data to support you continuous emotional outbursts. Bringing back what Victoria Duff said over one year ago is another axample of it.
Finally, your childish challenges to sue you and your claimed activities to inform every possible regulation organisations (I think the only one you do no claim to have contacted is DOD ... but may be you did) do demonstrate that you live in a world of yours where reality and dreams do get mixed up.
This being said, it's obvious you know of the industry, you know of Bengladesh, you were involved somehow with Matin and you came out totally frustrated of these experiences.
Only God and may be Matin do know where the line is, between facts and wishes in your messages.
Do I understand that you have doubts related to this company and Mr Matin???
LOL LOL LOL LOL
My understanding is that following large problems and losses with his transportation venture, Matin got rid of it all an admitted (PR) the whole thing was an error.
Just for the fun of it since I have no intention to conduct an unending discussion based on unverifyable facts I could try to use:
(3) Any bonafide business that Matin/Veltex did business with
Matin participated in 6 to 12 business shows within the last year and seems to have paid whatever costs were incurred.
This being said, I still do not have a clue what this is realy all about (however I know that up to 2002, the darn stock was dead under water).
You say "black", He says "White", I say "Let's see".
It's now 2005 ... not 1996 !
You may very well be right.
My wonder is why would someone sure that Matin is just an illusionnist (to be kind) own shares in his company?
If he doesn't own shares why bother writting zillion of messages (all saying the same thing) herein.
Not that I care that much but ...
Personally, I have considered that bet a write off till further notice. Thereby, from here on I only can get good news or no news. This being said, I certainly would not buy any of this stock in the actual context ... even at 50 cents a share.
Some kind of an end will come one of these days. Let's see what it will be.
It's kind of fun to read how involved some people are in accusing Matin of all sins and misleading statements.
Most (may be all in here) do know about them but the commitment made by some to repeat again and again the same accusations certainly makes them suspicious regarding their own agendas.
I do not know but if I was that sure that the whole thing was just a scam, I would not own shares and certainly would not spend months posting continuously the same hold messages herein.
Whenever I did dropped a stock having lost confidence in it, I move away and certainly do not spend my life filling a message board covering it.
The other statements which bring a smile everytime I read them are those saying "Sue me" or "get your lawyer to sue me" or "Matin can send his lawyers after me" type of challenges. How stupid and childish.
Anyhow, this remains the Veltex we followed for years and till further developments of any kind, not much worth discussing.
Exceptionally ... If saying that I DO NOT KNOW what is REALY going on in Matin's head sounds to you as being pumping the stock, you are even more stupid (or should I say manipulator of the board for reasons of yours) than I tought.
THE EXPERT ??? Oh Ya!!!
All very valid questions but THE questions are:
- How many companies (subsidiaries) are behind the name "Veltex" and how many are behind the stocks we own?
Then:
- What is Matin refering to in his PR's?
That's what I meant. Regulators received complaints and call the presume offender (anyone would at least temporarely keep a low profile if his files aren't clean or almost).
Bang ! The assumed offender issues a very detailed highly positive PR as if everything was fine and nothing was to be worried about ???
Whatever reasons included potencial naivty, stupidity or any other reasons why he would issue this morning PR at the present time.
For whatever reason you want to imagine and/or believe Matin obviously cannot care less about who is watching him or not.
O.T. Thanks, I didn't yet know officially.
Can you beleive these hockey players ???
How to self-destruct 101.
If ridicule did kill, we would now have 700 boddies to pickup.
Just incredible.
King, it comes to no surprise to me that "you think you have" figured it out... unless ...
As I said it is either reassuring (consistent facing serious accusation) or this guy is totally out of his mind (Lying under the eyes of regulators).
I just do not yet can figure out which is right.
Both hypothesis can (for the moment) be supported by plenty of argumentations many of you enjoy debating (and I somewhat enjoy reading when not repeated time and time again).
Finding this PR this morning I thought that something had to be said about this definitely special situation... one way or the other.
1- Many do claim that they did complain about Matin's behavior to regulators at all levels (I know for a fact that serious complaints have been formally made).
2- I also know for a fact that Matin was directly informed of the complaints which were made by regulators.
3- Matin (and no doubts his lawyers) is (are) informed of the accusations made herein on a continuous basis.
Notwithstanding all of that, Matin (I presume his lawyers are informed of it) keeps issuing PR's consistently reaffirming the same kind of financials and promissing audited financials.
Either this guy is totally unconscious and cannot care less of potential legal actions by both shareholders or even worse regulators he knows are monitoring him,
or
He can justify to those he needs to, a behavior that (for the moment at least) seems criminal to many of us (with apparently very logical reasons).
This morning release is to say the least (for me at least) surprising considering recent noise herein.
I definitely do not say I take the content of this PR as cold cash but I certainly do not take all herein made comments as some being honestly made by some having no other agenda than the one they claim.
I may or not make or lose money with this "speculation" but I for sure will have had a lot of fun following it.
Again I only have a free membership in here. Therefore I cannot answer messages sent to me on a private basis.
This debate is quite boring.
We all know for a fact that Matin has continuously mislead us times and times again over the last years.
This being acknoeledge, no one knows why that was and still is and that's what matters:
Scam?
Incompetence?
Hiding errors?
Manipulating the PPS?
Buying time?
...
Beleiving any of these is the right of anyone and nobody can honestly be affirmative that whatever one beleives in is wrong.
Till we find out thru appropriate means "speculation" is all we can "play" with.
Oups!!

Judge's Career Ended by Allegations
Tuesday, February 8, 2005 7:32 PM EST

By JULIE E. BISBEE
Jurors and others in Judge Donald Thompson's courtroom kept hearing a strange whooshing noise, like a bicycle pump or maybe a blood pressure cuff. During one trial, Thompson seemed so distracted that some jurors thought he was playing a hand-held video game or tying fly-fishing lures behind the bench.
The explanation, investigators say, is even stranger than some imagined: The judge had a habit of masturbating with a penis pump under his robe during trials.
The lurid allegations have led to criminal charges against Thompson, brought an embarrassing end to a solid career and shocked many of his colleagues. The case could also lead to a wave of appeals from defendants claiming that the judge was not paying attention while presiding over their cases.
Thompson, a 58-year-old married father of three grown children, has denied the allegations, and said the pump was just a gag gift received from a hunting buddy on his 50th birthday. He retired in August after being threatened with removal from the bench, but still faces indecent-exposure charges brought against him last month.
"We're certainly saddened by the thought that the prosecutor filed charges," said Clark Brewster, Thompson's attorney. "We thought all this was dealt with when he resigned. We didn't feel like anything that was alleged rose to the level of criminal charges."
The trials during which he allegedly used the pump included murder cases as well as a libel suit in which a jury ordered the company that publishes The Oklahoman, a Web site and a TV station to pay $3.7 million.
Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson, who filed the paperwork to remove Thompson from the bench, said he would be surprised if the scandal did not lead to appeals. But he said: "I don't know if they will be successful. They will still have to show actual prejudice to the point that something was done in error."
Jim Wall, police chief in the small town of Sapulpa, said he had heard rumors of the judge's behind-the-bench activities for about a month, but added: "You've got the most powerful man in Creek County, and I think a lot people were intimidated by him."
Police built a case against the judge after one of Wall's officers testified during a 2003 murder trial. From the witness stand, the officer saw a piece of plastic tubing disappear under Thompson's robe. During a lunch break, officers took photographs of the pump under the desk.
Investigators later collected carpet samples, Thompson's robes and the chair from behind the bench, and found semen, according to court records.
A former state legislator and a judge with more than 20 years on the bench in Creek County in eastern Oklahoma, Thompson was well-liked in the community and had helped many young prosecutors and judges learn their jobs. But those who know him said he had become withdrawn in the past few years.
Thompson's court reporter, Lisa Foster, told authorities that she saw him use the pump at least 10 times during trials. She said the first time in court was in 2000, but she did not tell authorities. "I didn't want to be found dead in a ditch somewhere," she told The Associated Press.
Foster told authorities she saw Thompson use the device almost daily during the August 2003 murder trial of Kurt Vomberg, a man accused of shaking a toddler to death. The case ended in a hung jury. The whooshing sound could be heard on Foster's audiotape of the trial.
When jurors at the trial asked the judge about the sound, Thompson said he hadn't heard it, but would listen for it.
Foster and a bailiff were fired by Thompson after giving statements against him.
"I always thought he was an excellent trial judge," said Don I. Nelson, who tried more than 40 cases before Thompson as the prosecutor assigned to his court.
Nelson handled a murder trial during which authorities say Thompson used the pump. The jury ended up convicting the defendant on the lesser charge of manslaughter.
"I never heard anything that was going on," Nelson said. "I was completely shocked and couldn't believe it."

What never to say ro a cop
1. I can't reach my license unless you hold my beer. (OK in Texas)
2. Sorry, Officer, I didn't realize my radar detector wasn't plugged in.
3.Aren't you the guy from the Village People?
4. Hey, you must've been doin' about 125 mph to keep up with me. Good job!
5. Are You Andy or Barney?
6. I thought you had to be in relatively good physical condition to be a police officer.
7. You're not gonna check the trunk, are you?
8. I pay your salary!
9. Gee, Office r! That's terrific. The last officer only gave me a warning, too!
10. Do you know why you pulled me over? Okay, just so one of us does.
11. I was trying to keep up with traffic. Yes, I know there are no other
cars around.. That's how far ahead of me they are.
12. When the Officer says "Gee Son....Your eyes look red, have you been
drinking?" You probably shouldn't respond with,"Gee Officer your eyes look
glazed, have you been eating doughnuts?"
I agree and if you go back to my posts when the PPS was that high I was saying that, having shares I bought at a good price I was holding, but added that I certainly would not buy at $2 or $3 considering the risk.
As for Rawnoc's opinion, I realy do not care. This guy found an information before anyone else and now takes himself for THE expert. I do not know who he is, what his agenda is but this is what message boards are all about.
I have no doubt we have pumpers and bashers in here but there are no way to realy know who is what and what his intents are (except for the mouse who is quite obvious to all).
Veltex is a SMALL STOCK, of a NON REPORTING COMPANY, TRADING ON PS and anyone discussing it as if it was a serious INVESTMENT looks suspicious to me.
VLXC is at best a nice SPECULATION, may be even a BET, at worst a SCAM, may be however a mismanged outfit.
My beleif is that it's the a mismanaged outfit which may still be recuperable. It may fail but to me bancrupcy is not necessarely a scam.
But what the heck do I (we) know, except that there is a company out there, its "owner" lies or takes his dreams for realities and (I saw) there is a quite large facility in Bengladesh with a sign at the door showing Veltex as the name of the site.
He Kids quite down. Your continuous childish exchange is quite boring.
"The sole long-term strong supporter of this theory I believe is Pual".
Let me be clear: I support no theory. I just share my views or some speculative theories.
Restructuring, scams, going down the drain, result of incompetence, ... they are all possible.
Considering however that some negative ones (as possible as any) are very forcefully advanced in here (often with a lot of anger) I like to also (sometime using factual informations I got overtime) outline less negative ones.
As for my longevity, it all relates to what I wrote in my previous post.
Whooo!!
"I know the money is not that important to you".
Do not kid yourself it is.
However, to add fun to my more serious investing activity, I use funds I can spare (5 % of the value of my portfolio) in highly speculative small stocks (generally ex-investment that went bad in early 2000) and consider that a hobby. I put it in, then enjoy following it and debating it on message boards, waiting for the outcome.
If it turns sour I use the losses against capital gains (taxes), otherwise I wait till either the game is over (most cases) or the return is impossible not to grab (got few lucks in the past).
However the other 95% of my portfolio (investments) I manage very carefully cause ... the money there in is very important to me and my close ones. No fooling around in this sector.
Just to set the record straith.
I hope the rat (or is it mouse? or ...) will take notice and stop bugging us with his intimate relastionship with SEC.
For two years people have claimed (no reasons not to beleive them) that they complained to SEC about Veltex. Nothing ever happenned and, based on the answer you got:
- they just don't care or
- they look and found nothing illegal.
Thanks and best of luck (kind of selfishly however)
Do I understand you own no shares? ... Just to know.
Being told (more than one source) that Matin is not a dishonest person (assuming lying to hide your difficulties till you pull out of them makes you a lyar, not a dishonest individual or a crook) I keep suspecting (I didn't say beleive) that this guy is just outright incompetent to manage a presumably growing business.
If so, possibilities are:
- Bancrupcy (we lost it)
- Buyout (God knows for how much per share)
- Miracle Probably 15 to 20 million O/S however)
THE issue is related (according to sources) to ownewrship of the Bengladesh operations. I heard that Matin did borrow against it, lost control, hopes to get it back, keeps thinking it's almost done ... but "almost done" is as being half pregnant ???
No serious audit can be released in such a context (unless Matin accepts to get caught having lied).
Possibilities are:
- Matin finds a (Miracle) way to buy back his "notes" or
- Matin gets a (majority) partner investing in the business (or outright sell whatever he can).
- Matin sells out whatever there is to sell
- Matin is stuborn enough to keep doing the same thing till he has to face bancrupcy.
Is Matin conducting a grand scam? I doubt it but who realy knows?
As anyone on this board I just outline an opinion (like it or not). However, no one realy knows what hidden agenda I could have (only I, know I have none) and that applies to all those very selfishly (???) offering their help, gracefully informing the readers of this board.
Just be careful and do not "speculate" or "bet" with money you cannot afford to loose.
Oh!... and "if not enjoying the Ramroc's and miamimice's of this world and showing it" is pumping, I assume I do.
I try very hard not to entertain these persons but sometime give in. Sorry.
If putting down a bet and waiting for the wheel to stop is to be optimistic, I assume I am.
If I had "invested" money in Veltex I would already have sold out in the $2.00 range (going up not last week).
However the money I did bet I can afford to loose and, as I often said I will see it to its end.
This is a PS stock, it's being manipulated and current fluctuations (up and down) were to be expected.
There seem to be a company out there and I have no clue what this is worth or not.
Al;l I can say is: If you INVESTED in this outfit (I wonder based on what) sell. Otherwise enjoy the game. Who knows for sure?
Very well put.
Only word I never use related to Veltex: Investment.
Even "speculation" may be optimistic.
Knowing what we know i suggest "bet" to be an appropriate term.
As I said: "Not that I want to start a debate with you but since you want to help (???) get your facts straith."
However as you say: "We don't know anything for a fact"
This being said, you certainly are quite affirmative for someone who doesn't know anything ???
End of the exchange.
Not that I want to start a debate with you but since you want to help (???) get your facts straith.
Whatever the USA based operation is or not, we know for a fact (see audit of 2001 and 2002) that ALL claimed revenues (thru or not) were claimed to come from Bengladesh.
I am pretty sure that whatever the USA revenues now are (assuming $ 40 millions) they still only represent a small portion of the overall picture (small enough not to throw away money at glossy offices I supose).
Now if you want to claim that we do not own the outfit that generates the revenues, I do not realy know that but I will not challenge you.
Of two things one:
1- Matin finally understood that forecasting a date for the release of audits is making an a.. of himself and he will issue it (them) whenever he can without any more pre-announcments.
2- The whole thing is sh.. and there is no audit to be released in any foreseeable future.
Only time will tell!
Fortunately I do not wait for this (bet or speculation)to pay the rent and my "real investments" are going fine, thanks.
Hope that the other longs in here did not bet the house on this!
All valid questions as could be numerous other ones.
I have a feeling but know twice as much as most of us in here (read nothing).
All I said is that my "imagination" plays tricks on me (optimistic ones on my good days, less optimistic ones the rest of the time.
As for dilution, we already had some and I expect we will suffer some additinal ones in time. However considering we do not know what is being diluted, it's tough to figure out what we own.
Till we find out in a credible way what the financials of this outfit realy are, anything we discuss is as relevant as discussing the sex of the angels (I just hope I will find out faster about Veltex than I will about the angels???).
