Tinberry. . .I hope he is getting royalty checks, too LOL!
EZ ~~ If you do get royalty checks, will you please remember us poor folk? LOL!
For HRCT, the sun will begin to shine in September/October.
Since this is a HRCT message board. . .I'll keep it at that.
The good news is. . .: Unless something drastic happens, I shouldn't have to sell any of my stock. It's going to be a great tax year!
Peace,
M&M Man
Oilgusher. . .I've been watching that one. As an investor, I'm more interested in getting in on companies BEFORE everyone else finds them. MSEV took a nice run, today. CHAG's day is coming, soon. I just wish I would have been buying at these prices LOL!
I have several notes out on CHAG. As far as I know, there is no "BIG" news forthcoming. Then again, that depends on what one might call, "BIG." However, progress continues to be made. I have no idea why investors are selling at this pricerange. Then again. . .I didn't any idea last week at 37 cents. Perhaps daytrading is the wave of the future? NOT!
Okay. . .I'm still keen on seeing CHAG develope into something worthwhile. Right now. . .I'm going to take the rest of the night off. It's a good night to hang out on the front porch. Where's my guitar!?
Peace,
M&M Man
Hi Treasurechaser. . .
Gotta love these OTC BB stocks. Anyway, your intuition is a gift to follow. It is going to take a lot of time and energy for Shane to overcome his own mouth. We'll just have to see if CHAG can deliver the goods when the new separator is up and running. I wish I could have been buying at today's prices, but I don't blame myself for getting in at a bit higher than today's range. In the long term, things will work out fine. CHAG, however, does need a new PR representative. Perhaps Shane will get bright enough to figure that one out. At any rate. . .
Cindy and I would love to have you over while you visit TN. Today, they are digging up our lawn and putting in a sprinkler system. IT is a most DIFFICULT thing to watch (particularly since we have both worked so hard to get our lawn looking as nice as it does). But the landscapers say it's going to look a LOT better in a few days. I'm counting the days!. . .minutes! and hours! LOL. At any rate, I believe you still have my number. You know I won't pull any fast ones on you. It might be a good time to look for a frugal bottom. Keep the faith!

M&M Man
veritaspr. . ./Georgia. . .
Does HRCT have any plans to get off of the OTC BB (not HRCT's subsidiaries) in order to make an effort to create better credibility with the financial markets? If not planning to get off of the OTC BB. . .how does HRCT intend to IPO subsidiaries on a viable exchange? Can HRCT "spin-off" companies to other exchanges. . .while they are listed on the OTC BB? It just seems to me that if a company is going to IPO something. . .it has to hold a similar level of credibility and to establish itself as an ongoing entity. Today's news was enlightening. No doubt. I suppose I'm just hoping to see all the dreams of the past come to fruition.
Peace,
M&M Man
Sue. . .
I can't for the life of me figure out what CHAG was thinking when they released that PR. What a waste of money. Shane could have posted that on the CHAG Club site. Anyway, CHAG has a very long ways to go before they can reach an "impressive" stage. They have to put an entirely new separator plant in? Whew! Let me do that one more time, WHEW!
It looks like things are going to be a little "boring" in CHAG land over the next couple of months.
Peace,
M&M Man
EZ ~~ Interesting read! Did you notice the volume on another stock issue we're watching? Subway.com just got ahold of them.
Other: Last week there were several rumors circulating on HRCT. I sure hope something happens. Charts look great. No volume, however. HRCT usually trades well on rumors. Sells off on news. Does anyone know if we are actually acquiring America Online (j/k)? LOL!

NetZero, Inc. (Nasdaq:NZRO) and Juno Online Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:JWEB), two of
the country's largest providers of Internet access services, announced that they
have agreed to a strategic merger. The union is expected to create the nation's

'This merger brings together two leaders in the rapidly growing value segment of
the Internet access market,' said Goldston. 'Both companies have built widely
recognized consumer brands that we plan to continue to leverage as we work to
attract new users and upsell our current subscribers to higher levels of service
and revenue. As the second-largest ISP in the United States, United Online
should represent a very attractive audience for the nation's largest marketers
and advertisers. Equally important, we expect the merger of our two companies to
generate significant synergies that will result in increased financial strength,
numerous operating efficiencies and an improved user experience.'
Juno Online Services, Inc. is one of the nation's leading Internet access
providers. Founded in 1995, Juno provides multiple levels of service, including
free basic Internet access, billable premium dial-up service, and (in certain
markets) high-speed broadband access. The company's revenues are derived
primarily from the subscription fees charged for its billable premium services,
and to a lesser extent from the sale of advertising and from various forms of
electronic commerce.
Chancellor Group Inc. (OTCBB:CHAG) Previous Close: Up 7% to $0.3 on vol. 259,500
Shares: ACCUMULATE
Oil and natural gas company Chancellor Group Inc. (OTCBB:CHAG) announced that
the first shipment of oil has gone out from its Shinkle Field property in
Kansas. Chancellor Group shipped an initial 180 barrels of 23 degree API crude

additional pick-ups. The frequency of these will gradually increase as further
existing wells are brought on-line and the in-fill well drilling program gets
underway.
The company will bring as many as 18 of the existing wells back on line over the
next 4-6 weeks and improve the performance characteristics of each well as the
remediation program progresses. In addition, the Company in early June will
drill the first of 20 new in-fill wells and will define the extent of the
natural gas reserves on the property as well as likely extend the proved
recoverable oil reserves and the field life of the property. Output will
increase substantially as the new in-fill wells are drilled and completed and as
the remediation program is completed.

and natural gas production, and currently has oil and gas properties in Kansas,
Texas, and Kentucky with substantial proved recoverable reserves.

"Still, most market participants remain apprehensive in conjunction to the
current earnings pre-announcement period, which many analysts will be using to
determine how far off the fundamental recovery may be in corporate profits.
Market players will be paying particular attention not only to company comments
about the current quarter, but especially to guidance going forward into the
next two quarters. Analysts expect choppy, range-bound trading action for the
major averages through the pre-announcement period, and especially leading up to
the culmination of the upcoming Federal Reserve policy-setting meeting." stated

George. . .
I read your commentary on the Raging Bull's site. Interesting. Go to the Raging Bull's site and do a "search" on the individual of concern. If you feel he has violated any of your rights as an Internet user (which are very limited, by the way) than you can supeona Raging Bull to find out who they are. If they merely exposed via email, information that may have connected you with CHAG ~~ there is nothing illegal about that. They could have actually created a document that would no longer be valid after a given point in time. However, my interest is why they would be so interested in you. I would say they probably gathered your phone number (that you posted on the RB thread) and started researching your background, and what you have to do with CHAG. Then, they sent the information to you. I don't know why they would play them games. However, why does anyone hang out on the Internet? We can gather information on just about anyone on the Internet. And we can also find out who anyone is. . .on this site, or the Raging Bull's site. It's a simple process, but a bit time consuming. Nonetheless, if you feel the need to really find out who that person is. . .start with the FBI.
Peace,
M&M Man
PS: Let me know if you need a connection. ;)
MisterEC ~~ It means I'm happy to be owning both stocks. Did you see the recent ask on both HRCT and CHAG? The market makers are getting ready to play with the techies;).
Peace,
M&M Man
Tinberry. . .
Take a look at this chart and when you are done, compare it to CHAG's: http://host.wallstreetcity.com/wsc2/chart.html?0fval0=104&1fval0=216&3fval0=204&4fval0=2...
Something tells me next week is going to be very interesting.
Peace,
M&M Man
Taken from the CHAG Club site: "So that there is no concern on Monday if we do not issue a news release we are advising in advance that we may hold it over 'til Tuesday as we will have more details then, and a financing-related document that we expected to sign today needs some last minute tweaking and we have agreed with the other party to finish it on Monday. We will also advise the firm dates for the drilling of the first 3 of the new infill wells.
In any case next week will be very positive news-wise. Also, Ashraf Khan and Shane Rodgers may do a video interview in New York on the 18th. of June, which will be posted for everyone to view."
Peace,
M&M's Mark
Hi Barny,
You don't get rich, until you sell, my friend. And never be afraid to sell. At any rate, I am of an opposing idea when it comes to "owning" a company. When I own xxx, xxx# of shares in any company, I look at myself as a BIG position holder of the entity. Stock. . .is a value. . .in a company. When one owns stock. . .they own part of the company. Depending on the number of shares held. . .their voice rings higher with the company. It's as simple as that.
I love your candor and humble viewpoints. Don't forget the fishing lesson!
Peace. . .
M&M Man
EZ ~~ I totally agree that CHAG needs to start chugging! LOL! Anyway. . .I always appreciate all of your posts. However, as much as possible. . .lets try to keep this thread catered towards CHAG, the concerns of CHAG investors, and new DD on CHAG (press releases included). That way, we'll always know that there's something to look forward to with each post LOL! Anyway. . .just be advised that you are very much appreciated. Go dig us up some information on CHAG.
Peace,
M&M's Mark
Treasurechaser. . .
I'm glad to hear your family's perspective on what transpired at the CHAG Club site. Cindy and I (my fiance') discussed the matter as well. She is a former VP of HR for Qantas Airlines. She has dealt with the Aussies for several years. Indeed, there are cultural barriers that Shane needs to learn about. At times, he appears to belong in the mine, rather than in a position to run the show. Sometimes, however, when one has to deal with oil workers, schedules, chasing down IR people . . .and keeping things moving forward, the tonality of language, changes. Shane appears to have a difficult time changing gears with his vocabulary. I believe that if you were to call him on the telephone, his articulation would be quite different. Nonetheless, different investors require different things from the leadership of organizations.
I would have to say at this time, I, as an American, am not impressed with Shane's behavior. However, I am quite educated on the differences of cultures. . .and how to respond to people of different cultures. I do believe Shane needs someone that works for CHAG that can be a liason between management and investors. Someone with "tact." That, however, will not be me because I'm an investor in CHAG. . .and I prefer to remain that way. From what I understand, there are negotiations underway to get a IR firm working with/for CHAG. I believe that is CEOcast.com. The problem . . .from my understanding, is that CEOcast.com is asking too much for their promotional services. I have recommended others to CHAG. . .and have heard nothing in response. So. ..it's one of those, "Wait and see," things. At some point in time, Shane is going to realize that he doesn't know as much as he may think he knows. Then, and only then, will the true potential of CHAG come out. Until then, it's going to be tough for him to gather new investors.
Okay. . .now I'm running off on assessments. Nonetheless, I value your input (as a shareholder. . .and part owner of a public company called CHAG) and have forwarded my own concerns to the company. We'll have to see if CHAG's leadership will someday learn how to deal with us arrogant Americans.
Peace,
M&M Man
Oops. . .that's "volume." Lets hope it continues. Looks like somebody is a major believer!

Mr. David Long: You asked why StreamingAsia has not updated the PR section of the Web site? We understand that when Hartcourt acquired additional 35% of SA last month, they are preparing for the merger with TSS and other entities. As a result, they are building a whole new SA website which should debut in mid-July.

Tinberry. . .
The danger in getting too excited about any potential SB news is that is MAY not happen. Don't get me wrong, I'll be one of the first in line to read the update. However, we've all seen this type of thing many times in the past. Now, it's up to HRCT to deliver. . .and shareholders should be happy with whatever results may transpire. One thing is for certain, the stock is trading much better than it did back in 98'. We do, nonetheless, have a resistance problem around 80 cents.
Keeping the faith. . .

Ray,
I haven't checked the CHAG Club site, yet. So, it should make for an interesting read this morning LOL. Anyway, I believe it's more of an "Austrailian" thing than the possibility of a social problem. Depending on where one is at in this world, Shane's communication could be viewed as "perfectly normal." I'm doing my best to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Okay. . .still waiting for the next PR. I'm not at all opposed to turning the PR and IR to George.
Peace,
M&M's Mark
Treasurechaser. . .
My understanding is that Ashraf sold those shares and rolled the money right back into the company. That is the response I received from CHAG. However, I don't care who one is or what position they are in . . .at times, they will need cash to buy food and pay for the house over their head. At times, the timing may not be appropriate. It would be nice if when one needed money they could summon markets to go up LOL! Anyway, I'm not sweating that one, at all. It should be interesting to see if Shane came up with a secondary source for releasing the next PR. We could sure use some good news.
Keeping the faith,
Mark
Andy. . .I concur.
I can't understand why some of the shallow minds continue to surface . . .and reveal their flavors on the tested longs of HRCT. Even looking at a post a couple downstream makes me wonder how drug-abusing individuals can continue to exist at 69 years of age. Anyway. . .it is very much appreciated to have received this information from Thors. Lets hope Georgia can shed some light on HRCT. . .to some good financial institutions.
Rock on!
Peace,
Mark
DC100 ~~ Will answer that one since a very legitimate source for HRCT informed me that Alan would be in China until the end of the month. I'll keep you all posted if I find out differently.
Peace,
M&M's Mark
Hi Rod. . .I received your phone message. I have posted a query on the CHAG Club site @ Yahoo! for Bill Stinson to contact me. We will move from there. I will contact you as soon as Bill touches base with me. Remember, also, that the map to the KS property is posted on the CHAG Club site. However, I wouldn't try going out there without adequate permission and direction. Lets get some real information from real investors, on this property. I have a feeling oil is going out. . .but the market isn't being informed until "after the fact." I'm hoping my feeling is in line with what's taking place.
Keeping the faith!
Peace,
Mark
Ray,
There have obviously been some delays in the game plan, so to speak. I am not in touch with the company on a day to day basis. You need to direct most of your questions to the company's IR individual. To the best of my knowledge, that is Tom Bustamante. He's had so many names on the Raging Bull that I'm not even sure what his latest name is. At any rate, the phone number for Tom Bustamante is posted on most of the PRs from CHAG.
I haven't heard back from Bill Stinson pertaining to the trip that I'd like to make to Kansas during the initial drilling of the first infill well. I'm giving the company a yard of leeway as they develope into something. . .profitable. I'm in no hurry to see immediate results. However, I'd like something to come to the press so that we can all be assured they are producing oil in KS. The initial delivery of oil has come from the property. . .but did it stop there? I've heard nothing from CHAG. We need to find out the following:
1: Are the pumps still pumping oil? If not oil, what are they pumping?
2: Has the separating tank been repaired?
3: When is the first infill well scheduled to be drilled?
4: What is the background of this new individual they have sent to the Kansas property.
5: When are we going to be updated on events in KS?
I'm hanging in there. It gets a little crazy at times, but that's life. Particularly on the OTC BB. Believe me, I'm hoping as much as anyone that CHAG will pull through.
Peace,
M&M's Mark
Zorba et al. . .
The market makers are playing your emotions. I've been watching what they are doing with CHAG and HRCT. Now, they are creating a "desparate" situation with CHAG (which presently has over 8 existing wells in operation and is slated to do their first infill well within the next two weeks) and a "hopefull" situation with HRCT. It's so interesting to read what is going on. On 16,000 shares of CHAG, the market makers took the price down nearly 11% (this is a stock with a value in the 30 cent region. . .and over 1/2 billion dollar of recoverable crude oil from their established leases). Is that what the market calls, "honest evaluation of a stock?" HRCT, now. . .has virtually nothing going for it. . .but will, soon. But the "sentiment" being created by the market makers is getting many to jump onboard. Now, someone may plaster me for saying this. . .but HRCT was never worth 20 dollars per share. It was the market bubble that took us there. Traditional means of valuing stock . . .are now back in full swing. HRCT needs to come out with revenues, fast. And those revenues need to lead to earnings. Somebody, out there, believes that is going to happen. The market makers are playing the charts (see: http://host.wallstreetcity.com/wsc2/Chart.html?Timespan=130&0fval0=104&1fval0=216&3fval0.... They will play you like the strings on a guitar. Right now. . .I would be holding on for the next run. . .or in a light phase of buying (on HRCT shares). Hopefully those of you that read the RB thread saw when the bottom was hit on HRCT's shares. . .it's the first time my short-term rating on HRCT was "STRONG BUY!" at 44 cents. We will go higher unless the market makers decide to make some very quick cash. CHAG, right now, is worth watching. The only reason I mention this is so that you all can see how the market makers work. They are dropping CHAG's shareprice. . .on "no news" so that when news comes forth, they can get the "dumb money" to buy as many shares as possible on the way up. Buy the stock on the way to the bottom. . .sell it on the way up (daytrading or prudent logic?). If you're going to invest in the OTC BB, learn how to work WITH the market makers, not against them. Emotions will only get you in trouble.
Peace. . .my friends. Let me know if there's another stock you'd like me to take a look at so I can compare the market maker's action to that of CHAG and HRCT. Notice how the "bashers" suddenly disappear on the RB HRCT thread as the stock goes up. THEY WILL BE BACK WHEN IT BEGINS GOING DOWN! They are most certainly involved with market-makers.
Stay life's course. . .
Mark
Zorba. . .
Enova (of HRCT's subsidiaries) was initially termed "Pego Systems." Pego Systems was sold to SRUN. SRUN, in turn, sold Pego Systems to a Hong Kong company. I am quite sure that is about as much as any long term shareholder in HRCT knows about the matter. My understanding was that HRCT shareholders would receive a certain amount of SRUN shares from the recent transaction. However, I have yet to hear anything as it relates to the matter of concern.
Perhaps Georgia can help find out what is going on with Enova?
Keeping the faith,
M&M Man
EZ ~~ No, that's not the "Enova" of HRCT companies. Enova of HRCT was sold by SRUN to a Hong Kong company. I suppose we will hear something about that at some point in time. . .as to how SRUN shares will be distributed to HRCT shareholders. But who knows? It's been over two years. . .perhaps we'll know by the time we reach three! LOL.
Peace,
M&M Man

And take it eeeeeeeeeeeasy.........!
M&M Man
Ten bucks says that we'll never see 40 cents again.
Ray. . .not to feed into anything but "The Rumor Mill" has CHAG looking at some very viable options for the near future. One, in effect, that could increase revenues on a substantial basis. Of course, there are no guarantees. . .but it sounds enticing. I'll try and see if I can dig anything else up. This may be one of the reasons why CHAG has been so quiet, as of late.
Peace,
M&M Man

Okay. . .the latest from the "rumor mill" is that that there is "suspected" to be a potential partner that has been picking up the shares that were recently dumped from the overseas charity group. I heard this from another LONG and MAJOR HRCT shareholder. I'll share it here, but I won't feed into it. I'll believe it AFTER the deal (or potential deal) is INKED on paper.

Kato. . .life in TN is just as SLOW as CHAG's (or is that CHUG's LOL) shares. I can assure you, things will be speeding up. But this "remedial work" period isn't going to pass anytime soon. Lots of work to be done in KS. CHAG needs to keep moving forward. . .and perhaps start on a second phase of their business plan while the KS property is under development. Lets hope things progress in a prudent manner.

These blocks of 25K and 50K are pretty interesting. So is the volume. It should be interesting to see what happens over the next few days. OTC BB stocks have a history of trading on heavy volume 1 or 2 days before major news is released. Sometimes, a week prior to major news. It makes me wonder what may be coming on the horizon.

Does anyone know if the shareholder's meeting is still scheduled to take place in Hawaii during the month of July? If so, what is the date? It will be interesting to see if this "Tech Stocks, Act II" hypothesis will come to life. Dr. Phan seems positive on the upcoming spin-offs. Has anyone heard an official word that ETNS is a HRCT subsidiary? It appears that HRCT fully intends to distribute ETNS shares to their shareholders. I know ET is a part of ETNS. . .but how is ETNS associated with HRCT? Can anyone clarify? Perhaps some type of merger is presently under negotiations? It sure doesn't seem like HRCT has the capital to acquire ETNS. That company is worth 400 million USD, correct? Hmmm? Just thinking out loud, I suppose.
Okay. . .time to get back to working on the yard. . .

EZ ~~ Thanks for posting that "most interesting" site! I'll have to play around with that one for a while.
Still strong on believing that CHAG's time is coming. Glad I'm long, however. It would be tough to expect much in the short term. Then again. . .these are the times we'll remember!

On Jack Westfield. . .
He's gone. He did not deliver in accordance with HRCT's needs. HRCT needs to find someone else that CAN deliver. In a nutshell, that is the story (as told to me by another MAJOR shareholder). If you guys & gals want the shareprice to appreciate. . .there has to be someone on the corporate finance side of things that is working 24/7. There will be someone replacing Jack Westfield. That is for certain. Hopefully, the execs at HRCT can clean up their employee sorting act.

Memories. . .eom.
boatRgirl ~~ I have no idea why anybody is buying SRUN. There's no news in the market, and like I said to MrEC. . .it was my last understanding that Enova shareholders would be getting shares of SRUN in exchange for their enova shares. Does anyone have any more information on this concern?
Anyway. . .when SRUN runs like it has. . .I just wonder if somebody, somewhere, may have been tipped off that something is on the way. On the OTC BB . . .who knows? These market makers are as tricky as hard bottomed shoes on black ice. Nonetheless. . .SRUN's connection with HRCT is via the Pego Systems purchase and sale. I'm sure of that. Whether Enova shares will be converted to SRUN. . .is anyone's guess.

MisterEC. . .
HRCT sold Pego Systems to SRUN. . .and SRUN ended up selling Pego to some Hong Kong company. My last understanding was that HRCT shareholders that received the Enova shares (dividend back in . . .spring of 99'?) would get shares of SRUN. So far. . .I'm still holding a bunch of Enova shares with no value.
Anyway ~~ HRCT will come back around when they can begin to show revenues on their 10Q. At this point in the game, I'm not sure earnings are anywhere in the near future. Revenues, however, should be forthcoming. This HRCT pursuit has gone way too far to turn back now. It's also gone way to far to change directions. They would be better off closing their doors than to head a different direction (at this point).
Bashers: I've never seen a stock with bashers as persistent on the RB site as we have stuck all over HRCT. I'm glad CHAG isn't the same way. At least there are only longs. . .holding the stock LOL! I'll take oil/natural gas over the Internet, as of this date. China. . .in the WTO by the year 2050 LOL!
