I've been missin' out! The girlfriend went to see family so I've been on a bit of a bender and I missed all the action!....
Just read about 3 pages of everybody's posts so I'm caught up on all the happenings and Supreme publicity.
How ya doing there, Wiseguy?
We could be at .40/share by the time this rolls around, but the Seattle Greenrush could add some big boys to the party on Sept 23rd:
http://online.wsj.com/article/PR-CO-20140715-905904.html
Great news! Fantastic. There's no reason why we shouldn't have a similar valuation to ATTBF!
You spending the day medicating and watching the tickers, SillyLung? ;)
Amen brother! I've got a bottle for tonight myself....Lol. I'd have 100k more Supreme shares if us Canadians didn't have to pay for silly things like "HST-Liquor 13%" ;)
I'm not even sure if I'd sell any of these at 30 cents.... Considering the pps that people are paying for Abattis, Tweed, etc....
Maybe I'll sell half at 60 cents and ride the rest indefinitely!... I have a hard time playing these sort of things. We could be back at 8 cents this week and I'll have wished I'd have taken my 50% and reinvested haha just like the last run.... (but maybe we're zooming now, we'll see!)
Oh well!
It's exciting! I've got a 50% paper profit that I'm not selling. I'm holding out for the exponential gains! 10-bagger here at least!
Go Supreme! Good luck!
I don't think so. I saw a video on Tweed's security standards for their facility...Pretty heavy setup!.... Since this is going to be built to the standards of a pharmaceutical producer -- I bet it's pretty damn expensive.
I checked mid day and we were at around 2.5million traded...Strong EOD at 9 cents. I should've bought more cheapies! Maybe we'll dip a bit again to the .07s and I'll have more money ;)
People don't believe!!!! LOOOL.... Except for all of Owen Sound and Kincardine and the surrounding area.....Perhaps all of Ontario....
One facility is going up around my home town, and we've seen similar news reports to the coverage that Supreme is getting...
But you're right....It's all bogus.... All us people way up here in the mystical land of Canada, living in our igloos, drinking our maple syrup beer, we all just preach falsehoods.....
Welcome aboard brother!!
Probably a good reason to hold this indefinitely. Imagine where we could be in five years? A nice PPS in dollar land and some splits along the way?? Would be lovely.
That would be lovely... You might be onto something there....
I wouldn't think the improvements that needed to be done to F1 would take too long, especially juxtaposed to the Ontario project......
They know what they're doing, I'm sure, so if there was a shot at getting that F1 going before F2 is up and running then you know they'll be making it happen! They're entering pretty aggressively, and we might even see more acquisitions IF they get hit with a sweet deal.... These licenses are worth some money this early on.
This is why you should be the Mod! Lol
So they could potentially be held until we get that MMPR....then be sold at an explosive percentage?... Maybe they won't disappear until September then?
We'll really explode on MMPR and when those guys have been sold
And they expire on the 25th of August, correct?
Bit of a slow trading day. Does this mean no more warrants?
Canadian side says over 200k traded so far this morning.
Me too! This is going out on somewhat of a limb of speculation, but SillyLung and I were discussing that this could be something to do with the company we were wondering about since the June 2nd filings were posted, West Coast Capital, see page 5:
http://www.cnsx.ca/cmsAssets/docs/Filings/2014/2014_06_02_19_31_48_SL_Form_9_Notice_of_Proposed_Issuance_of_Securities.pdf
Is Stadnyk perhaps purchasing shares indirectly through West Coast Capital?
Someone on Stockhouse also mentioned this:
"he could have acquired the shares "indirectly" thru another company he owns ..which means he has control over the shares....if another target company was being acquired SL would be issuing shares to to that company ..Not vice versa !"
Makes sense?!!? We'll have to see!
I asked them about West Coast Capital a couple weeks ago, but no one has gotten back to me.
The transaction for that trade was July 4th, brother!
Could be man! Zach never got back to me on that one, as he promised he would!... So we'll see.... It might be a key ingredient they've been keeping quiet about!
I agree with you there. Perhaps toward the end of their second year...or later depending on number of patients, the HC-approved new entrants, etc....
It's foreseeable, IMO, but not by August!
I'd buy some of that resin! Tis a shame up here with our goofy laws....
I agree. "Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. currently has an option to purchase the business from the Vendor for the total of $1.25M in cash and treasury shares. The company has already given an initial $150,000.00 in cash and $100,000.00 in shares to acquire the option."
Sounds like the F1 deal is water under the bridge, correct? I also thought this was to finish off the F1 payment but it looks like that's been done?
I guess we wait and see! GLTA
Agreed.... This guy is saying we have 12 billion O/S.....He must be on some heavy shit......
A disaster because they can't set up an almost 350,000sqft facility in a matter of a few weeks???
Of course the share price will stagnate when they are setting up and not producing..... Consider the next 60 days as your opportune window for buying.... MMPR comes and we fly.... (And yes, you're a MORON if you think that the pre-build MMPR is false/unconfirmed)
The stars are aligning here....But you need to wait MONTHS....not DAYS....
Why'd ya buy another 105k then?
I thought you sold already?.... If you sell before they are up and running you will miss out. Those who have done their DD know what we have here.
If you read this interview you will understand what a pre-build license means, and further understand that only 27 have been issued at this time. The paperwork process is extensive. Head of operations from AMMCAN, John Fowler, told us at Greenrush that he had his head in the books for like 8 months. All the while he was working with Health Canada and complying with their expectations as he drew up the plan. If you get the green light, as we have done, at this stage of the game then you are pretty much golden to become an LP. As long as they build according to what is highlighted in their proposal we will be producing by Q4 this year.
Meanwhile you're speculating whether or not this is all legit, whether we have a prebuild license in this far away land of Canada...
...We do.
This is DIFFERENT than the stinky pink US OTC tickers with SEC investigations and all that bullshit....
I have even been in touch with John Fowler with regard to employment opportunities and their expectations on when they will open up a patient-base...
Just spark one up, turn on some mellow music, and sit on your hands (or better yet -- leave your keyboard altogether) because we'll be running by September/October.

Good find. This especially sounds like the numbers are in our favour...Considering that we have a PRE-BUILD license:::
James West: Okay so, are you aware of how many licenses [applications] are in progress right now, how many licenses have been rejected completely, and what roughly is the rate per week or per month that new applications are materializing at Health Canada?
Ivan Ross Vrána: Well I can’t speak on that with any authority because I’m not working there. I mean the only information I have is what has been in the government’s affidavits regarding the federal injunction, and they’re saying there are roughly, as of February, they were receiving something like 25 applicants per week. And that as of today, if you go on their website, there are 13 companies approved, but out of that I think as per their affidavit again, they had something like 27 applicants who had ‘ready to build’ letters. And that’s about as much information as I have.
James West: So a ‘ready to build’ letter is basically a first pass authorization from Health Canada that you’ve done everything okay up to this point, and so as long as what you build passes muster with us, you’re going to get your license. Is that accurate?
Ivan Ross Vrána: Yeah. You’re on a very good path if you get the ‘ready to build’ letter. They’re recognizing that you can make the investment now, right?
James West: So then is it safe to say that a ‘ready to built’ letter is a pre-requisite, is a signal that you are in a sort of ‘poll position’ to get one of the commercial growing licenses?
Ivan Ross Vrána: Yes. I think so. Yes.
We've gotta be one of those 27 then.....Beating the odds on those 800 applicants. We'll certainly have market-share by the next year then, I would suspect!...
And the 50-100 new entrants are seemingly 'high' numbers according to Ivan, and so we'll be a force to be reckoned with once F2 is up and running.
Since F1's application came back incomplete I am a little bit more concerned that F1 might not get a license right NOW....But even after it isn't producing, it will be a solid facility to be used for SOMETHING....or be dumped off....And lest we forget that it's currently generating revenue thanks to the court injunction!
I can definitely agree with that..... There isn't a better situation than having freed up cash in your account to pounce with....
I'm thinking it's fair to expect this to head up to eighty cents after we get rolling....And I probably won't sell a share until that happens. I'd say the risk is appropriate to the reward on that....But I think we have potential to be valued at something similar to where TWD's at.... And I anticipate we'll have fewer "growing pains" because we have an experienced grower who has been an activist in the movement for a long time. A well-known guy up here. Anyway....If and when it pops it will be a lot more than a double.
I see that you post on the Abattis board. I think they are also a very good company and I wish I had some more money to put into that. If I did sell any Supreme I'd consider getting Abattis at a reasonable entry point....(and what a hell of a run they had)
I think SL could be in for a similarly huge run based on the moves they're making. They aren't all that well-known yet....
You changed your tune pretty fast in a couple of weeks. What's the motivation to sell?
I think this will do just fine in the period of time I'm looking at.
Sometimes it's hard to play the volatility... I am apprehensive on moving money from a stock to fix a loss on paper just to dump it into something else....
If you believe in a company's philosophy and the direction they're moving then it shouldn't matter much to have your money tied up in it....
I believe in SL/SPRWF, management, their business plan, and so I won't sell 'em out to lose a couple grand in favour of a speedier gain....
Even if we take five years here I think it's a reliable profit. My investing philosophy is probably quite a bit different though....I'm not used to making mad profits overnight on the stinky pinkies.
Why? Have you ever been long on a stock before? Don't worry about these little dips brother....
I have seen myself down almost 10grand on a ticker for like five years....then it bounced back and I sold for a small percentage more than what I had paid for it......Just gotta let the money sit. If you're not in a position to let your money sit for a period of time then you should not be a long-term investor. Invest what you can afford to hold for years....
Yeah that was a steal --844k shares-- that somebody got yesterday. Hopefully we don't tarry around the .06-.07s for too long!....
But I will be patient!....
Little quiet here today, but SL is trading:
http://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/markets/stocks/summary/?q=SL-CN
An excellent example of some of the great transparency we are experiencing with these companies. Good little bit of sleuthing you did there...so to speak...
Too much time on my hands these days hahah
Also tired of the FITX vs SPRWF/SL banter on both sides....Aren't we all here to make some money? So love each other guys....It's supposed to be a compassionate business :)
According to this, he had all his charges dropped. Not sure if you'd believe this source or not though:
https://www.thcfarmer.com/community/threads/all-charges-dropped-against-the-med-man.64327/
This isn't the first time these folks have set up a company.... I think they'd anticipate those hurdles.
LOVE IT! Nice find bro!
To my knowledge there are several people who are gambling in other companies that have a similar facility to F1.....
We'll be good in six months time.
Where's your DD on that? Do you not think we're poised for a similar run to Abattis? Considering they're in a similar position to Supreme, IMO, with regard to acquisitions....But of course they have things which are unique to them....
I am confused when I see people posting, often who have never posted before, and they're backing up companies that have an absurdly large market cap relative to their share price...and are so ludicrously diluted....
Why are people suggesting that this stock will undergo reverse splits and more dilution, etc, etc, when companies such as Creative Edge (FITX) seem to be much more likely candidates for such a situation.
You are posting on a message board to a company that updates every little move they make, are not ridiculously diluted (Facility 2 payment in shares is obviously NOT a wasted acquisition), and are therefore incredibly undervalued when considering the breadth of Facility 2 on its own.....And not to mention, we have a facility which is currently producing 16,000grams per month under four MMAR licenses which ARE STILL IN PRODUCTION thanks to that lovely court injunction (to be resolved in Q1 2015). We are generating revenues by taking advantage of Canada's goofy laws and are poised for incredible gains when we are approved for MMPR on Facility 2....and perhaps once again with MMPR on Facility 1....
These guys are all-in, have lived up to their promises thus far, and have updated every step of the way. Furthermore, management is well-invested in the company and is therefore adverse to consolidation.....They are refusing anything more than a 5:1 but are approved for a 10:1.... And IMO a consolidation would add interest from institutional investors as a reflection of inflated share price, but management will not consider this unless we're still below .25/share after MMPR is issued. When the security measures are in place (and there are licensed professionals working on this at the moment) we will be running past .25 for sure. In a market where we will have 50(max) licensed producers in the next 5 years, one of these licenses (and imagine two, or three) will be worth a fortune. If the Liberals win and we find ourselves in a recreational market in the next couple of years, then guess who has one of the largest greenhouses in Canada and will -- by then -- have a very reputable position in the industry.
Everyone's coming to the market and are aggressively seeking these acquisitions.....Buying up the old MMAR growers who are on the edge of getting MMPR and riding with their reputation and credibility. You think Stadnyk knows much about weed? Not a chance. How about AMMCAN? Certainly. And they'll bring the patients with their own reputation within the community. We are talking not more than 40,000 people in Canada who are legally using....This is a surprisingly tightly-knit community when you consider the local gatherings around compassion clubs, those frequenting MMAR producers, etc....We'll be in a good position because we are combining a strong business plan with a strong group of stoner growers. There's a great vision here and it is going to be opening an influx of jobs especially in my province. I fail to see how any other company is positioned any better than Supreme Pharmaceuticals or perhaps Abattis (when it comes down to the grow plays). Tweed, even with all their money in the coffers that they could be using to expand their existing facility, are trying to play the acquisition game. They are likewise gambling on zoning laws with their greenhouse and on their newly acquired company not having any complications with the MMPR process....
These licenses are worth MONEY right now. If we are only to have 50 LPs then of course TWEED and Supreme, Abattis, and whoever else are going to want to acquire these straight away.....And I think Tweed's was a very poor first acquisition, IMO. By contrast we are poised to enter the market with cheaper weed, reputable growers, and good business-heads.
The short of all that is:
Your post does not contribute to anything, has zero DD backing it, and should be removed.....Refrain from posting in future...
Which companies do you think are poised better than Supreme?
