Catalyst leak? GLTA!
Amazing. See u all on Monday.
Are we going to find some momentum to get and stay above $4? Imo The market rally seems to be waning now. This would really be the perfect time for news from the FDA...........
Nasdaq futures green over +1.0% In 8+ hours market opens. We should all have a good day across the board.
Tight fisted holders. Now where's the surprise?
Well Farquart! CNBC reporting a bounce in the Naz and the drug stocks and then? Boom! someone drops bunch of shares.
Market bounced off lows again but selling outweighed buying. Tomorrows earnings and good green carryover from Asia and European markets are Important for ending this slide. May be the options traders are contemplating an opportunity to take this below $3.00 into expiry. Stark ruling now would be most appreciated.
IMO- Seems to be that the earnings this morning just missed the IPCI projected earnings but are still very positive. What is holding this back is confirmation of the market gains holding up today. I am looking forward to seeing a push in price and volume higher towards the end of the day today or tomorrow. Sure could use a surprise from the FDA here. GLTA.
Dr c6 all I was saying was when the 180 day exclusivity is over for the 40mg version could IPCI have a 40mg version ready for distribution. Is it possible to manufacture but not distribute during the exclusivity period?
2day2morrow was talking about Mg version earlier
FYI AS666: Facebook is on the venerable list for the new computer virus. Maybe that has something to do with it.
Some reading material about patent law and the Senate?
http://thehill.com/blogs/hillicon-valley/203141-leahy-delays-patent-markup-until-after-recess
Naz trying to hold 4000- rally into close?????!!!!!!
Does anyone have any preliminary earnings whispers? The Q earnings could come anytime within today and next week, IMO. Will the market bottom here @ Nasdaq 4000? We broke the 50 day avg which seems to have been our support. For buyers incentive we need some earnings ASAP, or news on a generic drug approval. TIA
Looks like we are getting some good research and press. Hope we get more! Tomorrow might be A tough market day but I'm hopeful VRNG will rebound quickly. Get in on the manipulation- Buy here and sell higher, it's easy.
Were is AH Tony?
Ok I could not get an answer to my query about when the 1Q was coming out. I have not seen any notice of a delay from IPCI.
Last four 1Q reports, 2010-2013, came out in April on the 4th, 12th, 13th and 14th. (not in order).
So I guess we are due within the next week or so. IMO.
GLTA.
Yes people are reading it for sure. Today could become a beginning for a PPS climb to the court date. Will there be some stock analysis gurus out there that publish about the weak appeal attempt and the upside for VRNG? Sure would be nice to be on the radar again. GLTA.
You are a Candlestickin' God! Fed minutes driving the market higher maybe 300+
Large investors have to be looking at the unavailability of shares on the ask. Any large buys would really make the price jump. IMO + Are we all waiting for earnings to jump? My take is the company pushed extra expenditures into the last Q report (which was a looser anyways) to make this Q report really stellar. Just the way it looks to me. I am not good at disseminating a financial report, just a hunch. Market exploding on Fed notes now....all good!
Google's appeal sounds like they are starting to crack. Thanks for posting the brief PI and I agree. This language seems now affecting the stock trading today. I like the fact this stock poked green Friday b4 the market bounce may be on some advance leak of this appeal brief.
Thanks PC.
Glad to see someone is posting here. IHUB has been the best board platform for all my other past/present holdings. If a stock isn't active on IHUB it's probably best to avoid it. I have been following AVNR on YH MB (except for a select few of the YH posters most all are worthless). Basically there is not much to discuss daily while waiting on Judge Stark's generic's ruling, which is overdue, except Friday's Pill count numbers. My tech review today imo- Looks like we met a strong AVNR support level just as the Nasdaq turned upwards. Also: There are some large MM trades in AH market going on tonite which seem unusual, I usually check daily AH and pre market activity......... GLTA.
Does anyone think Vringo is going to appear on some MOMO watch lists after looking at today's chart?? GLTA.
Yes the smaller biotechs seem to regularly have a 1 day lag behind a Nasdaq uptick maybe confirm tomorrow but I am growing weary.
Well......Is 10 minutes of crazy buying and green close coming today?
Fly Big "V"
This is the best it has been for awhile 1/2 hour to break 50 MA?
my website said "audio only".
Still waiting on the 3 ANDAS hitting from the FDA, and earnings?
Thanks I'm clicking the play button.............
webcast starts 1 hour before close?
Talk about suspense! The price action / volume so far has not reflected the market bounce or the impending investor conference (which stars 2 hours before the close, right?).
Waiting for those big buys to start hitting the Ask. What are the chances of an earnings release before, during or after the conference??
Wondering: Earnings release after close on Tuesday?
I have to say Tony seems to be buying AH and looks like this market and sector could reverse upwards in the morning. The Nasdaq bounced a couple times off support today. Good luck Tony and everyone....... I'm ready for a big pop also.
Rest assure I will personally flip my lid if 1% true.
Nice but strange AH action, 1500 shares.
If you are a buyer why not during regular market hours earlier today for cheaper.
If you are selling your shares AH, why so cheap? :)!!!
Psychotic stuff!
But hope your IPCI dream becomes reality.
HB.
Well...lets try a reverse analogy and maybe that'll help.
Divide the total revenue received during the month of November by the number of days the product was available for sale and you'll get the average (November) daily sales around $134 thousand (per day).
Multiply November's daily average sales by thirty (30) days in the month (November) and you'll get (around) $4.0 million per month.
So...based on November's analysis, the future projected revenues could be calculated at (or around) $4.0 million per month.
But....
The future monthly revenue for December came to $1.62 million.
So, in actuality, the monthly sales are decreasing (not increasing).
I am not going to disagree with the math. Pedro has obviously taken great time to calculate a difference between November and December sales and I am sure he is correct about these hard numbers. But! What is not being taken into account are 1) Pills are prescribed in 30, 60 or 90 day increments etc. So one should not expect to see the same pill demand in Dec vs Nov. 2) There should be an accounting discrepancy in reported December sales because extra pills were put into pharmacy stocks and then replenishment was slack in December. 3) Pill sales don't fluctuate this much for a well known drug with a recorded use by physicians prescribing, (maybe 10% month to month differential is normal) unless there is a replacement- And this is the replacement, right?
So my synopsis is January / Feb. sales should see a big rebound from December lows. So all IMO- Expecting a Q1 report reflecting this, definitely not decreasing sales month over month into the future. And a average monthly revenue equalization around 3+ Million by the end of the quarter (my back of the envelope calculation) until something changes that profit number- Perhaps a competitor jumps in (or doesn't) and/or IPCI releases versions of different strengths of the medication, etc. There is much more potential here for a surprise to the upside than the downside, also the potential for surprise announcements besides a good earnings report.
There is a Form 10-K due at the end of this month IMO.
Does anyone have an opinion as to how this is 10-K is going to look as far as revenue?
+TIA+
I'm doing DD on the stock and I like it so far but I am new here.
Fighting BIG E-Bay, Does anyone have an opinion on that?
I read the PAYD attorneys are working on a 33% contingency basis to conserve capital, which seems like a good plan.
(Excerpts From) Form 10-Q for PAID INC.....................
14-Nov-2013...........The Company had $708,200 of working capital at September 30, 2013, an increase of $220,500, compared to $487,700 at December 31, 2012.............
As discussed in Note 1 (I could not find a note 1) of the accompanying condensed financial statements, there exists substantial doubt regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company may need an infusion of additional capital to fund anticipated operating costs over the next 12 months. Management believes that the Company has adequate cash resources to fund operations during the next 12 months.......In addition, management continues to explore opportunities and has organized additional resources to monetize its patents. However, there can be no assurance that anticipated growth in new business will occur, and that the Company will be successful in monetizing its patents.
This all looks like standard disclosure language so is there any history or reason for PAYD to raise additional capital?
ALL +TIA+ HB
Oh but da pain! What really got me was my portfolio swing +4% to -3% from the open till close. There is going to be a big market test tomorrow IMO, so looking to bounce from here. Thank Obama's NATO remarks for today's selloff!
Well, still hanging on to this level hoping for a green close. More bad news for pharma in general- CNBC airing a report after the bell on the high cost of medicine in the USA compared too other countries. They are just pouring gas on this Nasdaq firefall.
