FACT: We know dilution exists. FACT: Share price is at a standstill with sellers hitting the bid and ask, right?
Um, airdale, here's the proof:
Um, CG, look at those recent 50K trades on the ask. Looks like selling at the ask to me, what does it look like to you with the share price not moving up with those trades and whatnot?
That means that shareholder would be holding a significant amount of ILNS stock, right? No Form 3 or Form 4's filed to confirm your theory.

Hmmm, interesting concept indeed. Common shareholders would like to dump shares while the stock is singnaling a bottom and reversal to the north.
Um, CG, obviously someone that is currently in possesion of shares is selling. Who else could it be?
Um, guys, BTDG .0060 x 67 on the move.
Now would be a good time for a move north. All the indicators are lined up perfectly. Insiders dumping are this stock's worst enemy right now. The market wants to move it north, you and I want to move it north, everybody wants it to move north except the insiders.
Insiders are acting like they are strapped for cash.
Yep, it'll blow when insiders stop dumping at the ask and at the bid. Also, they need to stop eluding to a potential partnership every two days and get an actual partnership signed sealed and delivered.
Fluff PR's with insiders dumping, looks kinda pump and dumpish to me. If insiders would hold off on the dumping for at least a week this stock will fly.
ILNS should be @ .10 right now if insiders would stop dumping shares.
Um, guys, ILNS .017 x 75 bottomed out?
Um, guys, EVRN .0023 x 25 bottomed out?
He's trying to see how big of an appetite that .0053 bidder has. If that bidder hangs around long enough this could very well be the bottom.
Hmmmm, that .0053 seller is testing the waters with that 100 share sell. Interesting.
If he's short, good luck trying to cover when I blab to every message board availiable that the share price is moving up with this low O/S and float. Muuuuuuhahahahahha.
Hmmm, that .0053 bidder is still trying to buy after scooping up 100K shares @ .0053. I thought he would have been long gone by now.
It's all about shorting and short covering here in otcbb/pinkyland. The convertible note boys and/or mm's prolly shorted at .35 (if they were smart) and will have to cover eventually. Look for a rebound soon, with this low O/S of 30M it should be a fun ride going north.
Um, guys, OPTZ .0053 x 6 bottomed out?
Um, guys, EXOU .0036 x 39 bottomed out?
((((SBRH)))) .0006 and heading north.
((((SBRH)))) .0007 and moving up.
FHAI due for a pop .0051 x .0054
Uh Huh YASH, now try FHAI .005 x .007 bottoming out and uptrending. FHAI was $2 in April.
YASH .0065 x .007 bottoming out, was .40 in September.
First time Pike filed 13 months ago Big Lie!
Pike is increasing their position but Spongy's share price is dropping, makes me think Pike might be shorting.
Pike buying then immediately selling on the same Form 4 is embarrasing, IMO they chose the correct path and filed after the close on the weeks end.
Pike was obviously embarrased nonetheless, they could have easily filed before the open on Friday but they thought it was a better strategy to wait a full hour and half after the close to file.
Right, good co's dont trade on the Grey's or miss the 10k's for 4 months..
Spongy's positive news is usually reported before the open, bad news after the close, to me buying a stock then immediately dumping it is bad news.
If Pike was responsible for the filing, Pike was ashamed just as much as Spongetech was ashamed because the filing was filed after the market closed on the weeks end, usually good news is filed before the market opens on a trading day.
Edgar shows it filed under Spongetech, I already know Pike's name is on the filing, Spongetech filed it after the close, on the weeks end, they were obviously ashamed to file before the market opened.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=spongetech&match=&CIK=&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=include&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany
Spongy PPS drops to .02 this week, also, why was Spongetech ashamed to file the Pike filing before the market opening on Friday, instead they waited until after the close on the weeks end.
IARO .015 x .0165 radar for Monday. Volume up and has the markets attention.
IARO .0138 x .015 on the move. It has a history of running to .10-.12 on bottom outs with high volume.
IFSG .018x.02 on the move, radar.
Radar IFSG .015x.016 financials look good.
O/S has been 32.25M since Feb. 23, 2009:
"Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the registrant’s classes of common stock as of the latest
practicable date. 32,250,000 as of February 23, 2009"
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1391253/000106299309000704/form10k.htm
It is confirmed the crook behind the wheel is not diluting the stock.
The market will take over from here.
