Theres a book called Arithmetic the easy way that may help you with your math problems and calculating the market cap.
It likely wont help with the definition of free riding shares, however.
Plugged into your pockets.
Your numbers are peanuts compared to the states.
I'm stating facts. I've been to the Virgin Islands!
Ken wasn't an asset, he was a liability. Poor to nil business structure, and nothing of any significance to warrant being a real company. Thus, it was and still is a shell!
If Ken fled in the night (and he did!) or got hit by a bus, boom, MBHC dead. That's a shell. No value here, move on or be a bag holder.
I was riding on free shares. No loss here. No gain either.
What is it you read?
You likely know little about the Virgin Islands. It is the closet thing to a 3rd world country in America. It is not a state, but a territory, where the Virgin Islanders (the locals) dislike tourists, and mainlanders, and wonder why anybody would ever want to come to their islands. Racism and prejudice run rampant. Things don't change there, it is like an upgraded version of the 1960s (figure it out).
The locals, most of them, have never left, many are in poverty, everything is over priced, and they (locals) could care less about a Medical Marijuana company. It wont' benefit them, they have no money. It'll benefit tourists, possibly, but they'd likely be better off getting it back home (most likely the continental US).
It is also a felony to cultivate marijuana, you'll go to prison. It may take years or decades for this to change, if ever. MedMar's product will never and can never leave the Virgin Islands. Worst place ever to start a marijuana business! Well, maybe America Samoa might be worse.
Washington DC is way different, man. Things will pass in DC just like they do in the states. Territories are way different than states or DC.
It has tanked. You are the one who stated it would not, that according to historical charting, this was going to go up up up, and to prepare for it.
You also said it was a legit business, a corporation, that had value and a product and vehemently denied MBHC being shell. MBHC sold the remnants of a dead stock to MedMar, which now has to do another name and ticker change, further devaluing it. This is a common pattern with this stock.
MBHC purchased a shell, diluted the piss out of it, and then sold it in even worse condition than it was prior to MBHC owning it.
USVI dont have the same benefits.
They are a territory not state.
HUUUUUUGE difference! </Trump>
And fyi. They dont like change.
Theyll get shut down by the feds.
What will happen to the PPS then? Not much, it already sucks!

No online or real presence. Cant purchase.
Pictures ripped off, stolen or borrowed.
Perhaps theyd be better off purchasing Pen Island Pens and changing their ticker to PNIS.
And selling their product when the swine flu passes at penisland.net
Thanks for apologizing but the millions of shares I have owned were purchased sub penny.
No. It was a fact.
Look for teens and tweens starting next week.
MBHC was one of the worst plays of the year.
Went from 2 and three quarter cents to .002
What broker do you use that allows 24th digit trading?
Thanks in advance.
Good day to write off.
The company now has a lengthy history of changing names and screwing stock holders. It's a worthless shell with bad juju.
MBHC never owned any rights to the patent. Ken took off and mislead everyone.
The real money here is suing Kenneth Bland.
It's hit or miss, though. Could be months before we here anything. It's a brand new company and they probably have a lot of foot work to do before pumping the stock.
Indeed. This stock will likely be dormant for months. Best to get out now. Buy at 0.0003
Dormant stocks fall to trips. We're about there now.
Do you think anybody is happy here? Ken is the only one laughing, this was his play from day one.
He took the stock from nearly 3 cents down to zero.
Killed the company and took everything for himself.
He was the sole developer. Who knows if he really created it or ripped it off of someone else, perhaps an opensource project. Or paid some 12 year old kid $15 grand to develop it.
Ken dilluted 90% of the company then bailed
This is a dead stock. MBHC sold a worthless shell to another.
Nice day today. Biggest 1 day crash ever. Down 70%
Falling to make way for the teens!
HOORAY
Have you spoken with Ken to know this is fact?
My sources say $123K.

The top 3 links according to Google Search, say you or your sources are wrong.
Lots of dumpage/dillution still going on.
FTW and sue it too!
GO MBHC
Sue Facebook & Google (youtube) for patent infringement!
The patent is blatantly listed with Google Play and Apple App Store for the Whirld app download.
This is pretty recent use and acceptance that MBHC and Whirld have exclusive rights and/or ownership.

Heres proof.
Bland has previously paraded his patent around MBHC and Whirld, but has since refrained from using it in recent months. Why?
If Bland is awarded damages, ill sue for misrepresentation and misleading the public!
Nah. Unless he gets eaten by a shark while swimming in his newly built money bin ( scrooge mcduck ) to house all the monies hes about to get from facebook, imo. Lol
I think were safe.
RIP Ken.
Ken owns or did own the patent. Not Whirld or MBHC, but it appears to be implied that Whirld is using his patented technology. Perhaps he is leasing it or sold it.
His filings include a 2009 and a February 2010 date.
The wording is generic enough to warrant being an interesting stock play, imo.
Kens patent applies to all cell phones, tablets, laptops and phablets.
This may make Ken a very very rich man.
In another filing, it mentions communications platform (non mobile), so that becomes interesting too.
The only part in question is the client server. I imagine facebook would be the server, which would stream to all clients. Unless they do it differently, this could very well lead to a patent lawsuit in Kens favor. Ken needs to update his app to reflect usage stats ASAP
