You're welcome. In our area price at the pump usually runs 60/65 cents above the RBOB futures price. We are running 3.25-3.35 now. Was 3.15 at one point last week. The gas stations that get gas every day change quickly as futures run down but a little slower as they run up. Usually 2-3 days behind the futures moves.
You may be right. Was he banned for 7 years?
Very Very quite in here. No posts for 10 days.
notagain1. I trade on line using E*trade Pro. I have talked to E*trade brokers and everything I posted came directly from them.
Please point them out. thanks.
Yes I have, what's that got to do with my statement.
notagain1, please explain where the analogy is not fact!
If there are some here who think that a brokerage house that acts as MM for 100's if not 1000's of stocks is actually putting in buy and sell order for BRYN you should not be in the market. Almost all of the trades these days are done by investors on line and very very few actually use a broker. Even if you use a broker the order goes in the same way as if you entered yourself on line. It's all electronic. Anyone can change the bid and ask by putting in order .0001 above the bid or .0001 below the ask. When there are no actual investor orders then the computer determines the bid and ask by a complex set of formulas based on volume and trading history. The computer generated bid and ask for penny stocks is based on 5000 shares. In order for an investors order to show on Level 2 it has to be a limit order or more that 5000 shares. Let's say your on line trading company is E*trade. The MM is ETMM. in order for you bid or ask to show up it has to be more than the current ETMM bid or less than the current ETMM ask and be more than 5000 shares

EAPH another crash and burn Xp pump!!! Get out now while it's still worth a few pennies.
Kgem, I don't like to see oil prices going down either, because I also own stock in oil companies, but the reality is they are. I like the lower gas prices and as I reported and you iterated, CAVU's lifting cost is only $40 per barrel. Does $78 oil hurt a little, sure it does, but they are still going to make a tom of money even at $70 oil. Interesting week coming up..fasten your seat belt.
Nov. Light sweet crude 78.42 tonight. eom
dirkei, the 500K was a buy not a sell. Do you actually own any stock?
Why would anyone short a 2 cent stock. Come on.
today, not my sell I use ETMM. eom
Firedog40 please feel free to take NITE out.
From a FINRA representative;
Lets say you invested long 5000 shares of XYZ and want to sell. You enter the order through your broker, which is then routed to a market maker. The market maker will then make the sell into the market before they have actually bought the stock from your broker to close out their account. They DO NOT take possession first bc there is no guarantee they can sell the order into the market into the market right away. Because of this, the actual sale into the market is a short sale bc the market maker sold the stock in the market before they purchased it from you. As the volume we see in our daily trading sessions is taken from the consolidated tape – only the sale into the market – so too are FINRAs daily analysis. The second half of the transaction is not recorded as to not distort the volume and the trading picture.
This is why the short sale volume is high but also why the FTD’s and bi-Monthly short interest reports are not showing any indications of this volume. The short isn’t really a short, it is the execution of a long sale by a market maker.
Very nice end of day pop.

We have no plants or significant assets and do not intend to purchase any in the next twelve months. Any surveying equipment that will be needed to assess value and type of minerals on our claims will be rented. We may re-assess our need for heavy equipment following the results of the survey, but we do not anticipate - even if the results of the survey are positive - purchasing such equipment within the next twelve-month timeframe.
We currently have no employees outside of our sole officer and director, Paul Diana, and do not expect to hire any additional employees in the next twelve months. We expect to hire independent contractors to perform all necessary survey work on our mineral claims. We may re-assess our needs for additional employees following the results of the surveyed assessments, but even if such assessments prove successful, we do not anticipate hiring additional employees within the next twelve month timeframe.

Health Enhancement Products, Inc., Howard R. Baer and Kevin C. Baer
The SEC is providing notice to investors in Health Enhancement Products, Inc. (“HEPI”). On September 12, 2011 the Court in SEC v. Howard R. Baer and Kevin C. Baer, 06-CV-2792-FJM (D. Ariz.), entered an order providing for notice to be given of the proposed distribution plan. You can review the Court’s order providing for appointment of distribution agent and approval of the distribution plan and the Court’s order granting the SEC’s motion for a protective order and the protective order.
The proposed distribution plan calls for a pro rata distribution to the class of persons who purchased HEPI common stock during the Covered Period (October 31, 2003 through and including May 31, 2004).
You must serve any opposing papers, such as affidavits, declarations, memoranda of law, or other documents on the SEC and filed with the Court on or before October 26, 2011. Opposing papers must be served on the SEC as follows:
John J. Graubard, Senior Attorney
Securities and Exchange Commission
New York Regional Office
3 World Financial Center, Room 400
New York, NY 10281-1022
According to the complaint, in the fall of 2003, Howard Baer obtained control over a majority of the HEPI common stock and then became its CEO. With the assistance of his son, Kevin Baer who served as HEPI’s executive vice president, Howard Baer then disseminated materially misleading information about HEPI and the company’s principal product, ProAlgaZyme, a purported natural dietary supplement. At the same time, Howard Baer executed numerous trades in HEPI common stock to ensure that its price and trading volume increased.
For further information about the SEC’s action, please read Litigation Release No. 19936 (Dec. 6, 2006).

.125 There is someone will to sell. Told you the stock was going to drop. BRYN is a one man company with a couple of pieces of land. The stock is worth zero at this point in time. When/if he ever files for permits to mine, gets approval, buys equipment, does the necessary excavations, buys the equipment, builds the processing plant and actually starts producing gold, then the stock will be worth something. Long long time and millions of dollars before/if that ever happens.
Yes we are told that that is their intention.
There are too many penny stock sites pumping pure shell operations. The small penny stock investor who believes these sites and blindly buys the stock without doing extensive DD is getting hurt. CAVR is not a shell, they have products, assets and Revenues. If one does some real DD they will see that there should be a very bright future for this company. I have invested a reasonable amount of money in the stock and will continue to add as I free up risk capital.
You are wrong, I don't bash CAVR and have no twitter account.
I don't bash CAVR, never have and don't have a twitter account.
Since several of us have exposed Xtremepicks there latest picks have done nothing. Investors are wising up. They will delete this post as they do all post that point out their MO but I will send it to you via PM so we can have it on file.
6000 shares at 15 cents $900 you've got to be kidding.
GreenSkies, Yes compared to all the one man shell games out there this one appears to be a winner.
Light sweet crude dipped below $78 this morning.
Another Xp pump TRMNF bites the dust. Investors wising up to Xp
EAPH another crash and burn Xp pump!!! Get out now while it's still worth a few pennies.
If you liked what you heard on the web cast and believe in the company as an excellent long term growth stock, then it's time to put up some money and get the stock rolling again. Can't take out all the .028 asks by myself...need some support here. I know there are those here who thought this was an excellent buy at .05/.06 so that makes it a terrific buy at .028.
Gold now down $175 from it's high.
Great Job keep up the good work.
the shareholders of record as of August 19, 2011 will receive shares of CVE on a 1:40 basis. The shares of common stock of CVE will be issued with a restrictive legend that will prohibit the resale of such stock until CVE files a registration statement on Form S-1.
If you buy shares after Aug 19 you will NOT get shares of CVE. If you sell all your CAVR after Aug 19th you will still get the 1:40 spin off stock based on the number of shares you had on Aug 19.
