He is probably on the offer at 81 cents.
He is the point counterpoint of the left. A blowhard but good for telling the pundits in the studio how the numbers really line up.
I will always wonder how many sheeple you got to buy this stock and how much money they lost following your advice. The one yard line comments were a classic(how many years ago did you brag about that).
Eventually we will be proven right or wrong for our investment here. I do not need the help of a home inspector turned LWLG guru to make my decisions. Obviously some here need you to hold their hand to buy or sell.
Kudlow is not the only right side guy on CNBC.

If you are going to pick a place to start your PR blitz, do your homework before committing funds.
Kudlow has been going downhill for years.
The comments by Phil,Jim and Tom have really hurt the stock. It is just a fact of life and shareholders have borne the brunt of the selloff. They received options and salary while we put up our hard earned money.
For long term shareholders who are dismayed by the share price, frustration has set in and you do not know whether to sell or hang on and hope they figure it out. For new blood, this might be a great buying opportunity and a chance to hit it big.
LWLG's problem is not the science but the reality that management except for Phil has never run a developmental company and it is extremely difficult to attract money and investors. I have been active in BCRX recently. They have done a PP with two of the top bio funds in the country and look to be rocketing upwards. I just wish we could attract the same talent level in key positions and LWLG would be much higher. I have offered help but it was rejected.
The PPS sits at 83 cents on 8/3/13. This is all you need to see. Hoping for much higher prices in the fall.
I was told the same thing 2 years ago. Management lost credibility over 18 months ago when they butchered the CC. Would anyone be still invested here if Fred L. or Joe Miller were not attached to the company. The stock is sitting near 52 week lows and after a positive ASM. That should tell you what investors think of us.
Every dog has it's day and I am hoping Rover climbs out of the doghouse and gives us all a run.WE hold the cards but they are still a pair of 2's.
I am just happy to see a stock with huge option and stock liquidity . It keeps me busy while I wait for LWLG to waken from a 2 year slumber.
If LWLG can do what BCRX can do, I will be a happy camper. Some unreal buying going on.
Votes withheld. Looks like Marcelli came up on the short end of the stick. He will stay but that looks awful. Ashton,Pickett and Fasick did not fare much better.
I am sorry to hear of your son's passing. I am retired as well and was a professional trader for many years on a regional exchange in the US.
You should have taken it seriously when the huge volume customer came in to purchase unhedged calls. BCRX just took care of freshman year in college for my son.
Would not mind a nice drop to reload the gun.
informative post.
you should be trading the options if your account is set up that way.
We could see nothing for months now so my advice is leave lower bids in and stay away from the board. Usually the best trades you do is when you have no idea you bought something.
I thought the addition of the Big 3 would move the price a bit higher but then again this is LWLG and I was wrong. Cannot stand the marking of the stock on the close. It makes us look awful to the investment world. Not sure if someone is on margin but it would appear to be the case.
Does anyone know what the requirements for tapping LPC are and what floor there is.
Bad timing on my buys last week.
I would be curious to know their cash position and when they can access LPC and what the terms are. Some say the price needs to be 1 and say think it can be at any price they want.
From what I hear, the meeting is going very well. Investors though are leery of this stock. Only something on the dotted line will suffice.
Meeting is still going on.
I guess investors were not impressed by the speakers and maybe they stopped giving timetables.
Just have to wait for the ones who went to give a short synopsis.
Looks like the whole gang is here this year.
Who would you like to see most at the meeting.
Looks like the heavyweights are in town. Take it for what it is worth.
check out the time and sales in BCRX. That is what we want LWLG to be.
I have already cast my vote this past week.
Hoping that our other position starts paying dividends. The wait seems as long as Lightwave. Invesor, this should be an interesting week.
And to make you happier, I acquired 8,000 LWLG near the close with a portion of my proceeds. Prop, I am a realist in LWLG and not a basher. There are certain parts of the company that need to be eliminated and I think we would be much higher in price. A stock with this much potential and scientific knowledge should not be sitting at 88 cents. Something has been amiss for years and when it is not working you fix it.
If Fred does attend and speak, it will reinforce my faith that he see light at the end of the tunnel. Tom needs to come clean on where we are revenue wise and timelines be set accordingly.
Have a good weekend.
Proto, never say I did not contribute to the board. Did you check out the run in BCRX today and look who is the largest shareholder is. Our LWLG would kill for having these guys playing an active role.
X, I became a one week buyer today.
Buz, you mean the question to Miller or to Jim about the cash register. I could see Babu making change for my OJ and bagel.
That should be do you add to the company.
Mr. Marcelli, what is with the c and cash register near the food.
Mr Miller, you and Fred have a great reputation in the industry. Are you worried that it might be tainted if LWLG does not succeed after many false promises. What value to you add to the company and are you still excited about future prospects for Lightwave.
OT- Anyone follow BCRX?
A boatload of 8/21 3 and 9/21 3 calls are trading and the buyer is paying up. I hope LWLG gets options in the future.
I believe some of us have been asking that same question for the past two years.
With LWLG, crack is the appropriate solution.
That will just be one question for the ASM next Friday.
Same analogy of trying to tame a wild horse. For 20 a share they can have the whole herd.
Missed the putt but who cares. First time in close to 5 years I swung a club.
I like the late purchase in the stock. Let us hope the company has something that sticks this year.
Buz,
First day in a long time that all of my positions closed positive. Also played 18 holes of golf and still stink. Almost holed a par 3 though. My dream is to be driving to Elk Creek Neb. for the grand opening wearing a Lightwave t-shirt and breathing thru a surgical mask. That means I am sitting on a gold mine or silver.
I believe Fred Jr. is very ill and the sales cover medical. I do not care if they sell all their stock.
13 days till witching hour and we are still under the Chines water torture. Unless Tom pulls a rabbit out of the hat , we might be at a 52 week low come 7/26. It will be interesting to see if Fred,Lou, and Allen show up.
