3531niapoc, Really? Try me first. I'll give you 60 seconds. Go...
Joe (WELLS NOTICE) would have to issue a bunch of subpoenas and not just to iHub and RB.
When I signed up to iHub, I just provided an email address. Assuming the company that provided your email address at the time you signed up is still in business, Joe (WELLS NOTICE) would have to issue yet another set of subpoenas to each of the email providers. A lot of people I know have changed providers many times.
It probably will take him 6 months to sort through all this. You'll know he's half way done when he starts asking readers how to contact Comcast, Aol, ... LOL
I would love to hear what the judge will say when he reads the threats Joe (WELLS NOTICE) posted to regular message board users who are just exercising their rights to free speech.
The house listed at that address is estimated at 1.1 Million on zillow.com.
Did Joe (WELLS NOTICE) delete the part about him not owning any shares on his website? I know I read it and now I don't see it.
His one sided story keeps changing.
Owl - Do you think joe is getting paid for his ranting or is he trying to keep himself out of jail? I would guess he is getting paid. Otherwise, how would he pay the bills when he is out of a job and spends all his time managing his web page.
I assume he can't find a job. No employer will trust someone that steals company property and post it all over the web. I've never seen this done before and I assume he will have some very large legal expenses in the near future.
Sure he'll eventually land a job, but my bet is some of the 30,000 shareholders, that he says he doesn't care about, will notify his new employer of his web skills.
How can he claim it's a press release concerning GTEM when he just sent it in an email to Joe? Oh, that's right, he went to the VK school of marketing and communications.
My guess is he tried to to speak with Doug Murch and Doug told him where to go. Now he's on the attack.
I think whoever is running that website should be aware that Company Property includes all data and communications transmitted or received to or by, or contained in, Company's electronic or telephonic systems or by written media.
Disgruntled people leave companies everyday but are smart enough not to try to blackmail their old company by posting company records on the internet.
The GTEM emails on that website are stolen property and someone most likely will do jail time as it's an obvious attempt to bring the company down.
If it is Joe, he should have spoke to a lawyer first, unless he already did and they said he didn't have a case.
If I were him, I wouldn't want my next employer to see his site or emailed a copy.
BTW - If anyone wants to grab a quick copy of it while it is still live, HTTrack Website Copier is a free program that works well.
Why all the debate over the guy who starred as April Curtis on the "Knight Rider"? LOL
Takes two seconds to find it was Rebecca Holden
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebecca_Holden
Judging from the looks of the websites he put together, we are
fortunate he didn't have anything to do with GlobeTel's new website.
"Miss Katz does exist, and she did reply to a complaint filed with the SEC against the SEC, and in favor of GlobeTel = the little guy! As for the file claim #, that's another chapter for the SEC database reference."
This is not what's in question.
We know she is real. I assume sometime in her life she replied to at least one complaint concerning GTEM.
Are you stating that that letter is for real and was sent to you on Friday, February 09, 2007 8:43 AM?
lrt65: Chicago like most big cities have multiple zip codes. FACT is, that address only has one. It's 60601.
Do a search on that address and every business listed has the zip code 60601. 60690 is the zone South of there.
My BS meter maxed out on this one.
Since when did they change the zip code to 60690 for "203 N. Lasalle"?
Better let the post office know they have it wrong. LOL - http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp
Also, if you were trying to make it look authentic, you probably want to use a CAP S in LaSalle. Someone that works or lives on LaSalle Street would know not to use lower case.
"Finalize" could be working on the payment, as in the transfer of money, etc. I don't think they would annouce it was a done deal until money was in the bank.
Yeah, he was right. I am sorry I didn't sell my shares at .27 cents like he did. LOL
He's been saying it's a pump & dump. If so, he dumped before the pump?

Maybe they do have VM, but don't give you access to it.
Was it you that said you keep calling people and leaving not so kind messages? If that's the case, it doesn't take much screen who gets access to VM. Not completely out-of-the-ordinary at all.
eqbeck: What are you talking about? I was giving info that this is not GTEM. Read the address. I should have said that was a cut and paste from the documents WD-40 posted. My mistake.
WD-40:
Globetel is a privately held corporation formed under the laws of the State of Nevada on
March 31st, 2006. A copy of Globetel’s Articles of Incorporation is attached as an exhibit to Ms.
Garcia’s testimony. Globetel is headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Globetel has
no current affiliation with any company that is currently registered with the Commission or
conducting telecommunications or any other business in the State of Michigan. .
Maybe he should have asked his dad how to spell Stratellite
I am looking at your target another way. Hopefully my math isn't off.
Taking the target of .44, that would drop the market cap to 45M or roughly 9M per business unit.
At a price of .44 a share with outstanding shares of 102,808,081, a measly 2M profit of all the units combined would give you earnings of .02/share and a PE of 22.
9M a unit seems rather low as does the earnings of 2M. Isn't centerline bring in more than that?
2 Billion profit is what I'll wait for.
"Many users did try the phonenumber - and it did not work."
How many is many?
News flash. The site was down. Big deal. It will most likely go down again in the future. Websites do that. It doesn't mean GTE is going out of business. It doesn't mean GTE is a scam.
Could be just the opposite. Could be the server was overloaded with people signing up. Could be the phones were overloaded. Why does everything have to have a negative spin put to it.
Because there is no information from the company? What did I just listen to earlier today? Why aren't people talking more about that? I like the new GTE. We asked for no hype and that's what we got.
From the audio at wallst.net:
- High altitude flights of Sanswire II over the next few months.
- Three of the divisions become profitable.
- Large scale deployments of wireless technology in metropolitan networks in Latin America and Germany.
- Break even profitability by the end of the year.
These are some great accomplishments for a small growing company. To me, this says we are still on track and I am happy as a clam with all the cheap shares I've gotten lately.
Not sure why many here are so negative and second-guess everything little thing. My guess is a few people that want to scoop up shares cheaply has many here all worked up. The emotional swings on this board are unbelievable sometimes.
Hang in there.
Has anyone considered if the deal falls through in 5 days, GlobeTel would be free to look for another Russian partner?
If this partnership has the potential for a very large ROI, I would think there is a good chance others would like to step in.
Do any of these "major multinational" companies even offer a Wimax solution?
"Explaining once again how the completely unknown GlobeTel, with no track record of success, aced out the likes of Motorola, Cisco, Qualcomm, and all the major multinational, European telecoms in landing the WiMax deal.."
A quick check of the three companies mentioned from what I see:
Motorola - No Wimax solution yet
Cisco - No Wimax plans
Qualcomm - Pushes 3G instead of Wimax
