Let’s call it what it is… it’s not a zoom call. It’s a prerecorded video / statement / update.
Agreed
Um yes. That is why there is an efficacy rate. There will always be a few cases. But if you have half the country not taking the vaccine, this will be continuing and have higher chances of mutations. Then we’ll have the nay sayers say ‘look I told you it didn’t work’ when in actuality people didn’t do their part. Yes it will come back. It’s important to get more immunity out there before the fall and winter uptick.
Second the vaccines that are being used in India and Asia ads only in the 50-60% efficacy rate. So this is a bigger problem as even if 100% are vaccinated, you still may have a large transmission rate. Nevertheless every vaccination helps.
If you’re implying that there are deaths from vaccination, have you seen the death rate from the disease? Also have you seen the death rate from half the medicines you or people take ?
Tpt testing is not going away. Because we have so much misinformation and gullible people out there.
Magnetic??? 5G??? Micro chips??? Cmon.
By the way the links that were put up a few days ago about death in two years has been debunked and shows people do not know how the vaccine works.
I’m sorry. But did you think it would go away with nearly half of the US still being unvaccinated???
It’s almost like some people want something for nothing.
“As of June 9, 51.8% of all Americans have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 42.5% are fully vaccinated, according to the CDC. Among vaccine-eligible Americans, those aged 12 and up, 61.3% have received at least one dose and 50.3% are fully vaccinated. “
So yeah. This will continue with people believing outright lies and spreading rumors.
I look at my portfolio and I have a few 100k that grew organically to 100k+. So I went from a fish or porpoise to a whale.
I was hoping my measly couple thousand could be misconstrued as a whale. Maybe this one will grow to whale status
Good luck
What’s considered a whale?
I put in the question of when as I remember somewhere they said the annual will be audited. ThAts end of June
Pound pound pound.
I don’t disagree with your latter statement but it was already stated this was cash and stock. Most likely more stock or a loan with some sort of stock conversion.
Weshield will get their money but it will cost the longs
And yes I realize there will be some dilution but that should be delayed with restrictions. I’m not saying it’s the best but they just bought 50-100 million in revenues.
Longer term than share structure will have to be addressed. I don’t buy (pun intended ) that a share buy back will correct this. They will most likely have to adjust a few things. But if they have revenues holding or increasing it won’t be as bad as it sounds. IMO.
Still would like more info on thay 2 billion deal and when it will be realized.
Cash and preferred shares.
Do you know how acquisitions take place?
Just like Opti didn’t acquire weshield.
Check
This isn’t actually true. They are most likely paying substantially less in cash and mostly in preferred stock. This is the reason for the increase in AS.
That being said with revs and the AS count, this won’t go into the .40-50s anytime soon. I hope I’m wrong but
With 3 billion in shares, I know what you’re thinking :|
Finally. Something actually competed and came true-ish!
Can’t wait to hear the terms of how much cash and preferred stock
Friggin Florida.

Talk about covering up.
Why doesn’t events.com carry any info on tpt quiklabs?
https://events.com/coronavirus-resources/
I thought events.com was using quiklabs for their testing services at large venues
Most likely the product is not being used yet either. If it is then I’d be inclined to agree with you.
That being said, much of this is probably operating under EUA. If that gets pulled I wonder what happens to the ‘deal’.
Do you know the terms of the deal ?
Supposedly this is the weshield buyout week.
I didn’t say open market. I said common shares. There isn’t any conversion. They are purchasing shares at a 15% discount. Whether that comes from the AS, we shall see. In the otc I always look at AS anyway since OS is all over the road. For me it’s favored in. That being said we don’t have the details on it and it is as needed.
“The Equity Investment will be in common shares of TPTW after appropriate registration with the SEC and is not a toxic convertible debt. The company reserves the right to sell its common shares under the Equity Investment to the Institutional Investment Fund at any time which is at the sole discretion of management. No minimum number of common shares is required to be sold to the fund and the company can sell shares to the fund every 5 trading days if desirable, limited to the median daily trading volume of the Company's common stock over the most recent five business days. The Equity Investment, although it contains a fixed price option if agreed by the Company and the Institutional Investment Fund, will be at a 15% discount to market, allowing the company to sell its common shares at a higher market price as our share price increases.”
Give it up
Discretionary purchase of common shares at a 15% premium? If anything it holds up and takes stock out of the float. They are literally purchasing shares.
You’re message implied the tests last 6-8 months.
Insufficient data on vaccines but yes I would agree they are not long term and maybe would need a booster.
Projections in some states look good but in some others they look to go back up in the fall.
I really not care about the tests so much. I just want one or two of their statements to become official and competed. I think this is the end of their fiscal year. And they also stated they would have audited financials for this annual report.
Um. No.
So let’s say they take $1million and buy back (which I think is dumb and not sure how the lender / investor would like this)
That’s only about 75-100 million.
That still leaves a lot of Float. So I still stand by some revs in the 200 million range. And that won’t keep it in the $1 range unless they are showing quarter over quarter growth with increasing subscribers and revs.
I’m taking about the money being invested for growth. Not revenues
I’m talking about the projects the money will be used for.
I’m assuming they are getting revs from the Jamaica testing. They had a 1000% increase there. And hopefully they will get back more subscribers. So maybe this is more like a cushion for the expansion and investments.
With 900 mil to 1 Bil in shares, they need something around 200 mil+ in revs to get to $1 and sustain it.
I’m not sure what $5 million can accomplish all those things they want to do.
That’s really not a lot of money unless there is something else going on. Maybe this is some sort of bridging. But 5 mil really doesn’t go a long way. My opinion of course.
“Don't forget to get another Covid test asap because they wear off in 6 to 8 months. “
What??
Looking forward to TPT working with Elon Musk, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos
/s
It doesn’t other than the multiple advertisements that lure people to shady sites with more ads.
Exactly. Couldn’t have said it better.
At $1 organic, there will be a host of good things going on. And if they need a RS afterwards, so be it. It would still thrive.
Now if we can just get the 10 cents.
And a Twitter feed doesn’t make him unstable.
The guy has done a lot and his acumen in seeing opportunities to make money seems pretty legit to me. Doesn’t mean he’s a nice guy but, yes, I would equate him to being pretty successful. Seems like a lot of people on iHub would aspire to be half as ‘successful’ at ‘doing stuff’ rather than just buying and selling or trying pump and scare tactics. IMO.
https://www.businessinsider.com/author/michael-sinensky
I believe that is what the ceo stated last year. No RS until pps reaches 1.00 organically. They would have to have a lot going to do a RS such that it wouldn’t drop back down cause no one likes RS’
Good luck
The presser states buying from common shares. The AS is 1 billion. OS is about 900 million with unrestricted around 770 milly.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TPTW/security
Are you implying they are going to increase the AS by 500 million? 50% ???
Uh huh.
You may not approve of him but he’s got a good back story and has owned 25 restaurants.

You don’t get to be successful by being ‘nice’. I agree though going on an iHub board was probably not the best of decisions. Doesn’t mean he can’t be successful.
Here we go
