Your minute was up at 9.20 am.
Tom and Jim have a great gig going. I do not blame them when they can live out west, connect a decent paycheck and award themselves nice stock option packages. We have zero in the way of activist shareholders or funds that would put some pressure on these guys to succeed.
There is nothing to talk about now as it is not going to change no matter what happens. Let us hope that Fred, Lou and Alan are progressing.
Proto, is that you on the bid?
I have plenty of that but it just sits behind the bathroom mirror. Heroin is my drug of choice when it comes to Lightwave.
It would be nice to see an article from or on LWLG. Can we limit the number of connect the dots to maybe 3-5 a day.
Six,
What do you think our next piece of news will be?
check out the man in the middle
looks like you said it twice. stock is at 10 cents . they need a kick in the ass.
As I stated before, LWLG is the boy who cried wolf and they are suffering price wise from it. The statements from Phil and Jim rang hollow and shareholders like myself become apathetic. When you are in this close to 5 years and counting, I am always suspicious of what they say. Nothing ever materializes.
When the volume starts improving and the PPS rises to where it should be(above 2), then I might be more inclined to believe they have something. You had also better pray that Fred and Joe are still involved here as well. They are the only people I count as credible. Lou is only recent to LWLG so I will pass judgement.
The way IR worded it, I am guessing $1.99.
I am happy for any positive development but if this was the big surprise they had in store for shareholders, wake me again next year. The PPS says it all and we are in the abyss.
Wonder who leaked the info this time. Stock always seems to have a PR when the price is rising on good volume.
When I see the LSS on board, then I will get excited. Another non-event.
What news do you think they will have? This will be at least a 6 month to 1 year hold while they run more tests. They need money to do this. Simple as that.
I doubt the price will be flying but if they can arrange financing, it will give the company much needed capital. They are broke now and need money ASAP.
I feel your frustration but to sell at these levels is probably not smart unless you have a small position.
I doubt it. They are probably using their shares for wallpaper. Volume and direction encouraging. I had trouble buying 2300 shares 45 minutes ago and that is a good sign.
Walter,
I am in Surf City,NC and there is nothing wrong with staring at the ocean.I am chilling right now. Got smacked in GTX today but hopefully LWLG will take care of that. Waiting and hoping they clear up the details in NIO.
He has a better chance of Marcelli winning COO of the year.
Buz, the more work and information I do on a company, the worse my investment is. LWLG and NIO I thought by now would be big winners but they have been terrible performers. No excuses as I made my bet.
I did 10 minutes of DD on BCRX and have great results to show for that one. When you get married to a donkey, this is what you get. I will just have to ride them both out and see what happens.
cancel that alert. They took the HALTED word down and the bid just went higher.
Not sure but I believe the stock is halted for trading. It shows up halted on Stockwatch.com..
Just saw that it came out as well. Have not had a chance to read it.
Peter Dickie needs to address shareholders very soon. This stock is not acting like I thought and the delay in getting the PP done has worn out it's welcome.
I am thinking more along the lines of Dustin Hoffman in Marathon Man.
Six, what do you think the next PR will consist of as far as news? I honestly am burnt out by this company.I have no idea what to expect anymore. The LSS seems to have an NDA in place that precludes Tom from discussing the progress. Fred is doing his science experiment out west and that is all I can figure. Being long LWLG is like getting a shot from the dentist that never wears off.
It is almost comical if we were not bleeding green.
I guess I started another mess by inquiring on a floor price. I hope that we will not be talking about LPC in 3-6 months. A nice buyout at 20-25 would suffice us all.
I would have done the same thing Buz. They would not be the first group to use a site to get the stock going. Not saying they did but it seems they are a complete mystery to investors here.
It is a shame LWLG did not contact someone I know very well to help them in certain areas of need. This guy would have been instrumental in getting us moving forward at a much quicker pace. At least I gave it a shot.
I would bet the ranch they sold a lot of stock on that run to 3.30. No way they are holding more than a small amount. I do remember as well a penny stock site promoting LWLG during that time. That helped attract new suckers( I mean investors) to the party and they got torched.
What is our next piece of news to look forward to?
Thanks Buz and George for answering my question. I still am hazy on the floor price. Maybe Tom can answer that in an e-mail.

Buz, what is a regular purchase. That would be the key term. Cannot tell if the floor is 1.50 or there is no floor.
George,help a brother out.
That is the first agreement which expires soon. I am looking for the second agreement. Maybe our legal counsel George Jones might chime in.
Do you or Invesor know the exact arrangement with LPC and if they can tap the credit line under 1 dollar a share. Was that brought up at the meeting? Thanks.

Not sure if management has met the criteria(lol).
It seems without Fred and Lou, LWLG might be in wee bit of trouble achieving their goals. Curious as to why these two do not get the most in pay as well.
He is probably on the offer at 81 cents.
He is the point counterpoint of the left. A blowhard but good for telling the pundits in the studio how the numbers really line up.
I will always wonder how many sheeple you got to buy this stock and how much money they lost following your advice. The one yard line comments were a classic(how many years ago did you brag about that).
Eventually we will be proven right or wrong for our investment here. I do not need the help of a home inspector turned LWLG guru to make my decisions. Obviously some here need you to hold their hand to buy or sell.
Kudlow is not the only right side guy on CNBC.

If you are going to pick a place to start your PR blitz, do your homework before committing funds.
Kudlow has been going downhill for years.
The comments by Phil,Jim and Tom have really hurt the stock. It is just a fact of life and shareholders have borne the brunt of the selloff. They received options and salary while we put up our hard earned money.
For long term shareholders who are dismayed by the share price, frustration has set in and you do not know whether to sell or hang on and hope they figure it out. For new blood, this might be a great buying opportunity and a chance to hit it big.
LWLG's problem is not the science but the reality that management except for Phil has never run a developmental company and it is extremely difficult to attract money and investors. I have been active in BCRX recently. They have done a PP with two of the top bio funds in the country and look to be rocketing upwards. I just wish we could attract the same talent level in key positions and LWLG would be much higher. I have offered help but it was rejected.
The PPS sits at 83 cents on 8/3/13. This is all you need to see. Hoping for much higher prices in the fall.
I was told the same thing 2 years ago. Management lost credibility over 18 months ago when they butchered the CC. Would anyone be still invested here if Fred L. or Joe Miller were not attached to the company. The stock is sitting near 52 week lows and after a positive ASM. That should tell you what investors think of us.
Every dog has it's day and I am hoping Rover climbs out of the doghouse and gives us all a run.WE hold the cards but they are still a pair of 2's.
I am just happy to see a stock with huge option and stock liquidity . It keeps me busy while I wait for LWLG to waken from a 2 year slumber.
