I can't wait for the next 10K filing, I want to see how much the Harland's have been paying themselves.
Met11028:
The smoking gun is the Shinhan Bank letter of credit. If someone wanted to contact Shinhan Bank and work with one of their fraud investigators, this case could probably be worked up far enough to attract a firm that specializes in securities fraud. One would need to also demonstrate that the Harland's have some assets that can be attacked for the contingency fee.
I am not a shareholder and don't have standing to be a party.
Chroma-Z:
You were one of the first to really question GLER.
Does anyone think that GLER is not a fraud?
Knute1:
I have been bashing GLER for more than year and I agree with you. Still, I enjoy the "true believers" that support this stock. There is no amount of evidence that will change thier view.
Stephen, come back, we need your enthusiasm.
Another great day of trading!!! More exciting days to come!!!
Has anyone on this board had any contact with the Harlands, Spiros Sinnis, Andrew Madenberg, any member of GLERs board of directors in the past 90 days?
I think they may have tossed in the towel on this company.
I tried to contact Andrew Madenberg and used the email information avaiable on GLERs website, http://globalearthenergy.com/FAQ.html
andrew.madenberg@lifecycleinternational.com
My emails have been returned as undeliverable.
American Bulls
Our system posted a HOLD today. The previous BUY recommendation was issued on 11.23.2011 (36) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0004. Since then GLER has fallen -25.00% .
A Warning is in order! The previous BUY signal failed. Downward momentum now reached to intolerable levels.
You can either wait for a new bullish alert or sell the stock immediately. It is up to you. We owe you an apology.
You can play the short side assuming all risk if you want to. Our stance, however, is currently neutral in this matter.

Almost 10% of the shares have been sold today, hurray!!!
Balltilian:
I have to agree with you. There are times that looking for a dead cat bounce makes some sense, but this is not one of them. The volume is up because sellers are taking a tax loss but after the 1st of the year, it is going to be unlikely to get the volume to dump 15 or 20 million shares at any price. It won't be long before sellers will not be able to sell at .0001
We may close at .0001. Happy Holiday Sydney, good work!!!

Poll:
On what date will GLER first close at .0001?
Tikasun:
Did you get a response back from Spiros?
That is the beauty of the GLER business model....they don't need money or any skill set. They just construct joint venture agreements and let the other companies do all the work....it is GENIUS!!!
My guess is that GLER will soon issue PR indicating that the have a joint venture agreement to start Bigeye tuna harvesting. Here is the gist of the press release....
•In the past few years, Atlantic bigeye tuna abundance has increased to sustainable levels. While NOAA Fisheries considers Atlantic bigeye tuna to no longer be overfished and current harvest rates to be sustainable, managers are still concerned about international underreporting of landings. Strong international cooperation is needed for appropriate management and conservation of this fishery resource.
•Atlantic bigeye tuna is managed both domestically (by NOAA Fisheries Highly Migratory Species Management Division) and internationally (by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and other organizations).
•Tuna is low in saturated fat and sodium and is a very good source of protein, thiamin, selenium, and vitamin B6. For more on nutrition, see Nutrition Facts. (USDA)
• Almost all of the U.S. commercial harvest of bigeye tuna comes from the Pacific (about 93%). A small amount of this is exported, but the remainder makes up around half of the bigeye tuna we eat. We also import bigeye tuna from around the world, mainly Asia, South America, and Central America.

OUR INDEPENDENT AUDITORS HAVE INCLUDED A GOING CONCERN OPINION AND RELATED DISCUSSION IN THE NOTES TO OUR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
"It should be noted that our independent auditors have included a going concern opinion and related discussion in the notes to our financial statements. The auditors have included the going concern provision because we have incurred significant and recurring losses and have a large working capital deficit that the auditors believe raises substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. We have incurred net losses of ($385,440), ($1,131,102) and ($198,378) for the fiscal years ended August 31, 2004, August 31, 2005, and August 31, 2006, respectively. Our working capital deficit as of August 31, 2006 is ($600,416). Until such time we receive additional debt or equity financing, there is a risk that our auditors will continue to include a going concern provision in the notes to our financial statements. We may continue to incur losses as we spend additional capital to develop and market our products and services and establish our infrastructure and organization to support anticipated operations. We cannot be certain whether we will ever earn a significant amount of revenues or profit, or, if we do, that we will be able to continue earning such revenues or profit. Any of these factors could cause our stock price to decline and result in your losing a portion or all of your investment."
http://www.secinfo.com/d12Pk6.uyB1.htm#cku
How about this.....
"OUR INDEPENDENT CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS HAVE STATED IN THEIR REPORT INCLUDED IN OUR AUGUST 31, 2006 FORM 10-KSB, THAT WE HAVE INCURRED OPERATING LOSSES IN THE LAST TWO YEARS, AND THAT WE ARE DEPENDENT UPON MANAGEMENT'S ABILITY TO DEVELOP PROFITABLE OPERATIONS. THESE FACTORS AMONG OTHERS MAY RAISE SUBSTANTIAL DOUBT ABOUT OUR ABILITY TO CONTINUE AS A GOING CONCERN."
The all caps was done by the company.

Tikasun:
Think of it this way. You are a criminal and the CEO of Alpha Company. Your only income is your company salary, which is paid by selling company shares. After 4-5 years, you have sold all your shares. What are you going to do?
One possibility is to buy them all back. So, you do a reverse to bring the shares down from say 800 million to 800,000. However, the PPS has correspondingly rose so you need to push it back down. So, you issue some PR indicating that the comapny might file BK. The price falls to almost nothing and you can buy back most the shares.
Then, you change the name of the company and issue some new PR about some great deal. The price goes up and you can sell shares, pay yourself a nice salary again.
If you don't think this is possible, do your own DD on Global Wataire and decide for yourself.
With these "paper companies", a reverse split is a prelude to negative news and stock reaquisition by the company. Right now, the market cap for GLER is in the 200K range. They will want to get the market cap down under 10K. That type of a downward spiral is devastating to current shareholders, they will never regain their initial investment. However, people that dive in later may make a killing but it is a huge risk as many of these companies are simply abandoned. So, how can you tell a company post reverse split that will have a second life vs. one that is likely to be abandoned. Well, that is a trick. I will tell you that there are indications....
Downward averaging is just pissing money away in these scam companies.

The other Biodiesel deal
MarketWire · Mehr Nachrichten von MarketWire
Global Earth Energy Inc. Enters Into Joint Venture Worth Approximately $375 Million Over the Next 15 Years With Biosynergies Lubbock LLC and Two Major U.S. Universities With a 25% Participation
WILMINGTON, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/24/11 -- Global Earth Energy Inc. (OTCBB: GLER) announced today it has entered into a joint venture partnership with Biosynergies Lubbock, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Biosynergies is in the business of creating Urea using bio mass feedstock. The deal will run for 15 years and will be split on a 75/25% profit split. Global Earth Energy's share will be 25%. The IRR of the deal exceeds 71%.
By a sublicense agreement with Biosynergies, LLC, Bio Lubbock has obtained the right to use patented technology described as Patent Cooperation Treaty Application No. PCT/US2009/053547, Modularized System and Method for Urea Production Using a Bio-mass Feedstock, filed on August 12, 2008. Through such technology, the Joint Venture will have the right to use the patented technology to manufacture Urea at the Lubbock Plant. The fair market value of the licensed technology is agreed to be $195,000,000.
About Biosynergies Lubbock, LLC.
With the growth of the population causing ever-increasing demands upon our natural resources, fossil fuel consumption and its resultant negative impact on our environment will continue to rise. It is time for a shift in thinking. The utilization of agricultural residual products and other forms of biomass must be used to produce a multitude of valuable products such as nitrogen fertilizer. Utilizing terrestrial carbon derived from waste products, rather than sub terrain fossil fuel carbon, the overall impact on our environment will be lessened.
The operational concept is designed around the gasification of cotton gin by-products and its reformation into an organic high nitrogen fertilizer, Urea. The market for high nitrogen fertilizers (Urea 46%-N) continues to grow as it accounts for 60% of total nutrient consumption worldwide and is anticipated to reach 70% by the end of the next decade. The US domestic consumption of Urea has experienced a 1.2% growth rate per year for the past six years. In 2005, North American consumption exceeded 6.5 million tons while domestic production was less than 4.5 million tons. The balance was supplemented with imported product. Urea has many uses from agricultural fertilizer, raw material input for production of plastics, and by the surfactant industry. Currently, over 90% of the Urea produced utilizes natural gas as the feedstock. Over the past several years natural gas costs have been extremely volatile and have risen dramatically. In some cases a 50% increase has been realized. Global increases in agricultural product prices have also led to the increasing demand of nitrogen-based fertilizers. At the same time, domestic nitrogen fertilizer production has dropped and imports have risen.
From a rural economic development perspective, utilizing cotton gin by-products, which currently have little or no monetary value, and are considered "waste" by most, would create an additional source of income for many of the farmers and cooperatives in the region. This opportunity will not only create rural economic development but also provide educational opportunities and jobs to people in order to accomplish a constant improvement in the region where the operations are located. By utilizing resources currently considered as by-products, this project seeks to be a source of environmental, and economic development which will create an economic bio-sphere in which the end product, Urea, will be marketed and sold back to the farmers. This will have many logistical benefits, and in turn helping to offset transportation costs that are normally associated with Urea importation. Conversion of agricultural biomass into marketable products, especially in rural and developing areas can enhance the economic status of the region and improve the overall quality of life and environment for its citizens.

Reverse Split:
Back when GLER was Global Wataire, they had a 1,000 to 1 reverse split on April 14, 2006...OUCH
"In reviewing the quotations, you should take into account that our common stock was the subject of a one for 1,000 reverse split on April 14, 2006." see page 35 of http://www.secinfo.com/d12Pk6.uyB1.htm
Global Wataire
That was the old name of GLER before they did the last name change. The company was theoretically based in Buffalo back then, http://www.secinfo.com/d151E3.t1v.htm . Before that, "We were formerly known as International Development Corp., a Nevada corporation. Moreover, International Development Corp. was formerly known as Ozolutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation. We changed our name from Ozolutions, Inc. to International Development Corp. and our state of domicile on December 9, 2004. See “Description of Business - Change of Domicile.” On April 14, 2006, we changed our name to Global Wataire, Inc.", http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/DisplayFilingInfo.aspx?Type=HTML&text=%2526lt%253bNEAR%252f4%2526gt%253b(%22WILLIAM%22%2c%22ROBERTSON%22)&FilingID=6002687&ppu=%2fPeopleFilingResults.aspx%3fPersonID%3d2124777%26PersonName%3dWILLIAM%2520ROBERTSON
Do I need to point out the 1,000 to 1 reverse splits?
Tikasun:
The biodeisel game has been played at least twice by GLER already. There was a scheme with a couple professors recently and a scheme further back, see the news clip. As I recall the professors were with Texas A&M or Texas Tech. The professors quickly pulled the plug. I might be interesting to contact one of them.
Global Earth Energy to build plant in North Carolina
By Susanne Retka Schill | January 01, 2009
Web exclusive posted Dec. 17, 2008 at 11:08 a.m. CST
Buffalo, N.Y.-based Global Earth Energy Inc. signed a letter of intent in mid-December with American Distillation Inc. to build a 5 MMgy biodiesel plant alongside the chemical company's plant in Leland, N.C. Global Earth Energy will rent the land and build the biodiesel facility, which will be operated by American Distillation. Under a production and fuels blending agreement, Global Earth Energy will sell the produced biodiesel.
The American Distillation collocation provides tankage, personnel and a laboratory, said Sydney Harland, president and chief executive officer of Global Earth Energy. "Now we're looking for the right biodiesel plant." He anticipates it will be six to eight months before the project breaks ground and is operating.
Based in New York, Harland said Global Earth Energy chose North Carolina for a number of reasons. "The feedstock is around here, this is a good poultry and hog area. If we get into soy, it would be a better location because you don't have the problems as in New York with a plant where you need a substantial building because of the climate." He sees several market opportunities in the area, including two military bases that have mandated biofuel targets.
The North Carolina project is Global Earth Energy's first. "After we do this one, depending on how successful we are, we're going to look at other opportunities to put a plant near where the market it," he said.
According to Global Earth Energy's Web site, the company's mandate is to build, own and operate green alternative energy technologies to aid the world's energy crisis and help relieve the greenhouse effect. To achieve this objective Global said it plans to build, own and operate a one million gallon per year biodiesel plant. Global is also pursuing opportunities in the solar and wind turbine energy markets.
I only believe in Allah.
BigfootsButt:
Thanks
Poll: Will your broker still let you trade GLER?
Tikasun:
Which other PR was meaningful, the carbon credit deals, the biofuel deals, the various coal deals? Why is this PR different?
There are 2 remedies. First, authorize more shares. That will not work in this case because there are already more than 700 million floating around. So here is the second remedy.
The company announces a reverse split, say maybe 1,000 to one. That would bring the shares down to 700+K. Once the reverse split has actually been effectuated, they announce they are consulting with a bankruptcy attorney and a BK filing looks necessary. The price of the stock will again fall to .0003 or something similar. Then they buy 90-95% of the shares back. Once they have the shares in their possession, the change the company's name and start issuing PR, selling shares, authorizing more shares and doing more joint venture agreements with new phantom corporations.
Tikasun:
Here is how the scam works. I am the CEO of Alpha Corporation and you are the CEO of Beta Corporation, both publicly traded companies. I pay you in stock for "consulting" and you pay me in stock for "consulting." We then issue PR talking about a joint venture. The price of the stock of both companies goes up big and lots of shares are being traded, we both unload all our shares. (Repeat as needed) We then find the CEO of Charlie Corporation and repeat the process. I decide I need a new roof on my house and I pay with stock, issue some PR and my roofer (A.K.A Consultant) is delighted. Everything works like a charm until you run out of shares.
However, once you run out of shares, there is a magic remedy.
Tikasun:
It is a scam. GENR has traded 14,000 shares in the past 3 months. On most days, there are no shares traded. So, what if GLER now has a bunch of shares, who will possibly buy them? I think you can make a pretty strong arguement that the shares of GENR are already next to worth. Sure, you could sell a few thousand shares at 1 euro each. After that, you will collapse the market. I would love to see GLER try to sell 100,000 shares of GENR. GENR would be trading at .0001 by the end of the day.
