They have sold a lot of stock to keep the research going, and the magnitude of change that their success will bring about in the medical fields is unprecedented, that is the reason for the opposition.
Not only is the coming change unprecedented, it is beyond the comprehension of most people.
Emotionally, yes but logically no....
Court decision should not slow down Geron, they are too close to success without the funding.
It's the old MM thing, it always is....
What gap? I don't see a gap.....
"In a rising market, the gap illustrates prices opening higher than the previous day's trading range (see "Forgetting the past," far right). What does this mean in reality? During the time the market was closed, something made owning this market tremendously desirable -- so desirable that the order imbalance opens the price well above the prior day's body as well as the high of the previous day's trading range. (The same is true for a bearish indication, gapping down from the previous range.) "

Unless you mean the small gap down on the last leg. Manufactured by the MM's, not significant.
Please be more specific in your posts, they are not helpful.
I've never bought silver this way - I am in the jewelry business and have an inventory of sterling so I feel I have that covered, but I am advising a friend to consider buying silver instead of CD's.
I looked at the Provident link but couldn't find how they figure spot, upon receipt of funds or at shipping?
Flag forming on the 30 min intraday.
Sorry, no time to post chart.
Thanks for the info on the options... Important information.
As I stated, the TA interpretation was based on typical market manipulation. This may not be the case here, of course.
Setting my watch alert up to .05.
Good luck to you all.
First of all, I am not a basher, just a skeptic, and my skepticism comes from the MM games.
Based on the above chart I believe the Big Boys will take it back to a test of .03 and try to shake some shares loose so it is on my watch list starting at .04.
Of course if the fundamentals develop soon enough and strong enough this will not happen.
Everything else I am seeing in the chart and reading on this board looks great.
L2 can be all smoke and mirrors, the charts can be dummied up and you have to examine multiple time frames and choose your indicators carefully to get anything out of them.
Often the indicators that are pumped by the gurus are the ones that are used for the MM's sleight-of-hand.
THERE ARE NO SIGNIFICANT GAPS TO BE FILLED!
I said no such thing. If you disagree please back it up with an annotated chart.
You said "the buying spree began". I don't call a double top on declining volume a "buying spree".
That was not your point at all. I checked your profile history. I find it suspicious.
A theory with no supporting facts or observations is just hot air.
I've drawn support/resistance lines using candles and volume by price combined.
They are in the range of 15-20cents. Based on this I expect the next push up to hit the low 90's. This could easily change to a test of a dollar if hard cold cash earnings are mentioned.
I would expect anything over that to be "hang on for the ride" time, but I think there will be at least one more shake.
Any other theories?
I expect another acquisition or contract, or perhaps some outstanding production figures will force the shorts to cave.
Um, they buying didn't just "stop" it never got started.
Ever heard of a Mexican standoff?
My vol% figure is 7% and we are at about 50% of the shares turned yesterday.
But wouldn't NEWS throw those theories out the window?
GRNO has been making auxiliary acquisitions and signing new contracts on a reguluar basis.
Year to date chart...
Check the volume bars at left - very few shares to fish for until you hit the sub 20s and it would take a heck of a lot of selling to get there. Many of those shares have probably been turned for profit, so short of a serious market collapse, I don't see how this stock can go much lower.
Meanwhile, the money flow and moving averages continue to be healthy.
MACD could turn negative or bounce. I believe in an engineered market this indicator is less reliable.
Hourly chart is interesting....
1) volume was REALLY low. Vol% was 13.
2) White candles hourly on a stock that is skidding downward - doesn't happen. It was being walked down.
3) Money flow and MACD not nearly as ugly as when we were at this level a few days ago. Money flow actually slightly positive at E.O.D.
Minute by mninute closeup shows that 30,000 shares out of 55,000 total occurred within just a few minutes.
Why would they put effort and money into the Detroit area where they are tearing down homes rather than the Houston area which has a better chance of recovery?
Sounds like gibberish to me.

So you are saying the Emperor has no clothes, then?
So what makes them a "national real estate company""? Press releases?
How many properties have they bought AND sold?
How many properties do they own outside Texas?
Surely they don't own the Chinese Embassy.
The way the markets are supposed to work: A company offers shares of their enterprise to the public in exchange for money. The company uses that money to build their enterprise, making money for both the share holders and the company.
This company has held itself out as a company who is improving properties for a profit. The Houston area should be one of the areas to participate in recovery in the real estate market early on.
The company needs to include more evidence of their capability and expertise on the website.
If the primary purpose of this company is to float shares back and forth, skimming money from the market, I would hope that they would be under investigation by the SEC soon.
Which is it? I don't know.
What do the fancy pics of buildings around the world on the AVLS website masthead have to do with the company?
To the company: Please update your website to include this information.
My challenge to the company: Post bios of the trades persons involved with this company, those who you claim will provide the services and knowledge to build this company.
What I gleaned from the tapes -
1) The lawyer said that what he saw of the property dealings was legit, but he was unhappy with the company and terminated his relationship with them.
2) Mention of "charges" against John Jarvis for forgery were made related to when his brother got in trouble but no mention of conviction was made, and this was not supported to the lawyer's satisfaction.
3) The lawyer was uncomfortable enough with the company that he got a stock firm to quit dealing with them too.
3) From the second call, someone offered momo shares in exchange for IR work, but they had no authorization to do so. The amounts discussed in this regard were .5 and 1 million shares.
4) The second call does seem like an attempt at extortion to me. MoMo isn't lily white either.
I didn't know that IHUB moderation could be traded for free shares in a company.
Auto is where my retail buy order was routed to. As long as retail keeps selling it will stay down.
Posters with inside connections, how about getting the company to put up bios on the tradespeople who are shareholders? This would inspire more confidence than the property photos in my opinion...
Their expertise would seem to be a primary asset.
Would you prefer the term "market manipulation" to "short"?
Someone who mentions a possible deal is also running a legal risk. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes and I don't put much stock in the claims made by those who claim to know.
I invested a small amount because of what I saw in the chart. It still looks like a stock that is getting played short to me, but that is personal opinion.
Please be more specific, which deal are you referring to and how was the information about this deal disseminated?
If they made money on the run to 6 and to 3 they will risk part of that profit to short it down. Or if they made $$$$ on something else they might risk part of that money. The number in the float has churned many, many times on this one. That's the way it works..
He clearly stated that the bulk of the stock was held by insiders. My guess is they are betting on some sucess in current ventures then will put the rest of the stock on the market - after that is the point of selling stock on the public market.
Unfortunately, that purpose has been perverted and corrupted by market makers.
I have no idea what is in the minds of the people running this company, but if they are legit, they still have to swim upstream in this market.
If you put a $20 dollar bill in your right hip pocket, them move it to the left and say it's worth $18, move it to the right and say it's worth $16, move it to the left and say it's worth $14, then someone comes along and offers you $19 for it, are you going to give it to them?
Money Flow on the 10 day still positive...
Having trouble uploading image, sorry..
The entire length of the candle incidates theday's trading range. The body of the candle marks the open and close. If the candle is filled in the close was lower than the open. A white or open candle indicates the close was higher than the open.
The chart is correct.
