Now, on the s-1, it isn't surprising that a young company would want to raise capital, especially when it is expanding physically on several fronts.

It could he that the .36 all day sells we saw last week were from the secondary purchaser trying to hold down the share price until the secondary gets priced. On the other hand, I don't think a secondary buyer could cause the chaos we saw in the feeds.

We also have two witnesses, myself and a friend of a poster, who state that the MM's are trying to "chill" the stock.

This company is still closely held so I believe any one who buys in would not be a flipper.

That was a minimum based on the factors at that time. Because the stock has been held down so long and there appear to be new shorts, I think it will go higher, but I'm not ready to guess how high.

I'm going to have to play this one as she goes, no target.

That 130% bounce I saw on another stock due to a third party report was impressive, and they weren't as far along in their business plan as this company is.

The fundamentals are what make the lockdown so sweet.

Why accept half a loaf when the whole thing is just sitting there?

$136,00 traded and down 37%. Not so good.

We are expecting the financials to be updated next week, making this stock pink sheet compliant, and an S1 giving more transparency to the stock.

I have seen a 3rd party report alone more than double the price of a penny this week. The float is heavily locked up by loyal shareholders that got started on this stock by a guy nick named Monk.

There is a distinct possibility that there are pre-SHO undeclared shorts that will need to cover on this stock in addition to the garden variety of shorts.

The charts show strong support/resistance at .35 so with the upcoming news I do not expect it to go much lower.

Interesting, the short interest went way up on the 23, and that is three days so wouldn't that mean that a massive short position was incurred in the 17th? On the chart it looks like we traded about 300,000 that day. Where did 656,703 shorts come from? I'm confused. Only one small possibility shows up on the tape.

Are the negative numbers on the tape shorts or are they just redistributions and the shorts are hidden?

Is the 17th the day that massive shot interest was actually incurred or am I missing something?

I like the sound of this. How do they go about verifying the share count? Will they pick up unreported pre-SHO shares?

The nice thing about this company is that most of it is closely held so what threatens us threatens them.

Thanks for that confirmation. Sometimes it feels like the Twilight Zone. This stuff really shouldn't be happening and the SEC shouldn't turn a blind eye.

Possibly part of the problem is that it is a Canadian company dealing with U.S. Rules.

Also this is not a walk in the park. If it was a scam you can bet they'd have someone bankrolling it that knew ALL of the tricks of the trade.

Taking time to get it right is a good thing. Filing a new S1 is also a good thing.

Old data feed format is now back, complete with split sales and shorts. I will post it E.O.D. so it is archived on the board.

I just spoke with Steve Taylor at IR.

He took what I had to say about the irregularities very seriously even though he was also very busy. He will be looking at the data I have posted and the board in general and will forward this information to management.

He said they are still working diligently on the filing. Now that they have the financials the attorney is working on the S1.

He stated that they are working very hard on a lot of new deals (business development) for the company but were not planning any more press releases until AFTER the financials come out, which they expect in a week.

My take on this is that they weren't too pleased with the reaction to the recent PR either. I also expect they are wondering why third parties are paying for penny stock coverage.

This company is for real, and I plan to hang on.






What Does It Mean?
What Does SEC Form S-1 Mean?
The initial registration form for new securities required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for public companies. Any security that meets the criteria must have an S-1 filing before shares can be listed on a national exchange.

Form S-1 requires companies to provide information on the planned use of capital proceeds, detail the current business model and competition, as well provide a a brief prospectus of the planned security itself, offering price methodology, and any dilution that will occur to other listed securities. The SEC also requires the disclosure of any material business dealings between the company and its directors and outside counsel.

Form S-1 is also known as the "Registration Statement Under the Securities Exchange Act of 1933".

Investors can view S-1 filings online to perform due diligence on new offerings prior to their issue. The form is sometimes amended as material information changes or general market conditions cause a delay in the offering.

Don't trust what it "seems like"

Something is very wrong with the picture we are getting of this stock and the data feed.

OK, I figured out that that last print was showing totals, not individual sales. I don't remember changing the display, and it does not explain the fact that my real time level 2 was stuck on 10:19 until I restarted it.

Both Quote tracker and IHUB were bought out by Ameritrade. This is something folks should be aware of.

Below is the current time and sales - note that there are no negatives showing like we are used to seeing and no "0" sales that show up when someone changes the bid or ask. This is a different feed from what we have been seeing. They "fixed" it, I guess.

Anyone got real time IHUB feed? The 15 minute delay is delayed by over 30 minutes.

Veeery Strange..........

Those .36's are not showing up on the chart, but a lot of .37s are. Also the .495 high showed up on Ameritrade L2 yesterday after the feed went back on, but not on bigcharts.com .

Does this also indicate that the discrepancies are internal to Ameritrade?

I will not accuse (could get me kicked off the board) but I am asking if anyone has any other answers to these questions.

Ameritrade feed was dead again at open. Funny, it worked pre-market.

My theory is that PRE-SHO counterfeit shares are in circulation, both short and long. The pump and dump board services are being paid for by third parties.

I believe they are doing this to swap fake shares for real ones.

I think they are pulling in new suckers with the pump and dump services. Laying off the counterfit shares on others too.

It looks just as thin on the bid.

Ask yourself, if you could print shares at will and you knew that the float was pretty much locked up, wouldn't you play around and see if you could draw in some suckers?

The A/D line and the money flow are similar indicators. The reason for the sudden outflow is that the new money coming in was shorted. The first 10 minutes and premarket shows a strange pattern on the tape, then it reverts to the splitting and more usual patterns.

In the afternoon the pattern reverses, there is someone who is constantly willing to short at .36. I only printed a few of the examples

It seems that for the morning shorts there was always someone willing to let them cover at .36, and the only thing I can think of that makes sense here is that the .36 shares were pre-sho air shares bought at a much lower price that someone wanted off the books.

The only other explanation was that a very large stockholder wanted out, which doesn't seem to fit with what we know of the company and I believe they would have to file with the SEC

If you are spending counterfit money, you don't care what the price of things is, the primary object its to change it for real money without getting caught.

Shareholders know that reporting status and Harbinger's report is coming, It would be silly to pump something with known breakout quality news coming.

Do you know how many shares of GRNO that 100,000 would buy? Any one who was long would buy stock, not promo that is spit in the ocean compared to the real news that is coming.

Did you see the post I made about RMDT going up over 100% in response to a third party report? It's up another 10% today. This is not OFF TOPIC because it is an example of how important third party validation can be to a stock.

I also thought it was interesting that the Ameritrade tech tried to talk me into selling GRNO on the basis of the pink sheet warning on the stock. I reported an apparent technical malfunction and he tells me it is the fault of the stock for not reporting.

I think the shorters are paying for the penny pumps so they can cover before the financials are up. This seems to be confirmed by the charts.

This may have been a day for short covering on multiple pinks, not just GRNO, but I don't believe the timing was an accident. There are a lot of mining stocks on the pinks that will probably spike soon and they will be wanting to cover those too.

When the stock woke up I started to watch and investigate. I stayed because I liked what I saw.

I think the market forces pushing this stock around are very strong, strong enough to create "technical difficulties" in the trading system.

I also believe we are dealing with a huge short interest that thought this one was over and done with. They were grandfathered in under SHO and the company will have to take steps to rid themselves of this infestation.

Management seems to be open and honest, I think they will succeed both in the business plan and ridding themselves of the short interest. After all, the majority of the stock is controlled by insiders. If they get shorty it will be a huge windfall for them too.

Is it possible that inside information was given to the leader of the team convincing him that GRNO had a strong cabal willing to control it on the way up?

Then it would make sense for him to drop focus.

Still, in the long run this is the one with the fundamentals.

Based on this, it seems like it would be a good time to take profits on E*** and split.

NMC - please call the company and ask them to read the Ameritrade discussion. This is something they should be aware of.

They probably have a hot list of stocks they are upside down on. Also I was speaking to the tech department. I'm sure they know what a technical failure means by now.
