Alert
EcoloCap Solutions Inc. (OTCBB:ECOS) is pleased to announce that it has signed a distribution/operation agreement with GFE Bio Fuels S.A a company organized under the laws of Costa Rica and having its principal office at Liberia, Guanacaste to operate and distribute ECOS diesel/water emulsion (M-Fuel) production equipment (NPUs) as well as EcoloCap's proprietary additive, to initially cover certain countries of Central America, and then extend to other areas based on minimum target achievement.
The NPU-60 has a production capacity of 60 metric tons of M-Fuel/day (18,000 gallons) and represents a purchase price of some $850,000. The NPU-60 consumes $4500 a day of additive when in full production. The GFE purchase order of the NPU-60 includes a two months supply of additive.
States Michael Siegel, President and CEO of EcoloCap: "This agreement will open the Central American market in a very short time frame. Independent tests demonstrate that our M-Fuel technology will reduce the consumption of diesel and other heavy oil by up to 30% and further reduce particulate emissions by over 90%, and NOx by 60%. Costa Rica being a very environmentally conscious country and at the same time dependent on HFO and Diesel for power generation, M-Fuel represents the answer to drastically reduce harmful emissions and cost of fuel. This contract represents over $7,500,000 in revenue for EcoloCap over the 12 month following the signature of this contract."
Joseph Black President and CEO of GFE Biofuels S.A, Costa Rica states: " We at GFE Biofuels S.A (GFE) are pleased to announce the signing of an Exclusive Purchase and Distribution Agreement with EcoloCap Solutions Inc., encompassing all EcoloCap products and technology. The exclusive territories include Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama, as well as, some specifically targeted customers in other countries. GFE has big plans for this product once the commissioning of the first NPU-60 and field testing have been successfully completed in Costa Rica with a target date of the end of 2012.
GFE's team has conducted extensive market studies and created a network of customer bases in Central and Latin America, Canada, and the Bahamas. GFE is opening discussions with our partners and client base in these regions to prepare them for the use of this new technology.
The M-Fuel Product Model offering is a NO BRAINER! ....... providing low cost solutions to a huge problem every country on this planet is faced with;
-- Already high and continually rising fuel and energy costs,
-- NOx, CO2, GHG emissions and particulate output restrictions.
These problems will be greatly reduced by the use of EcoloCap's emulsion fuel technology.
The technology potentially provides many attributes, to name a few:
1. Lower fuel consumption and higher fuel economy
2. A much higher (than current industry standards) burn-rate of the fuel
creating far less pollution and cleaner running engines
3. Lower engine maintenance and related costs.
4. Renewable aspect - i.e.: Use of "black water" in the production process
and technology compatible with biodiesel fuels.
The GFE team is eagerly looking forward to this strategic alliance with EcoloCap and looking forward to the opportunity of placing and operating 100's and possibly thousands of M-fuel NPUs around the world. "
M-Fuel is a post refinery fuel technology processing hydrocarbon-based, heavy oil (kerosene, diesel and bunker) in proprietary patented equipment to generate a fuel/H2O emulsion, the M-Fuel. Independent testing has demonstrated large reduction in emissions (NOx and Particulate matter), reduction in fuel cost, maintenance and downtime, as well as in fuel consumption. M-Fuel works with existing diesel, turbines and furnaces without any modifications.
Market makers can also sell naked short shares. They are allowed to do this without regulation. They can allow people to short shares that the market maker doesn't actually own and they do not have to report it to the SEC. MM's can wait forever to actually get the shares. It makes it look like dilution because the shares aren't real but when people dump into the bid out of fear the MM's get their shares so it's all good to them. I can PR you more info if you would like. AAPT
ATDF on the AAPT ask right now. ATDF is well known for shorting. You guys can easily find this info buy doing a little research, also you can type ATDF into the IHUB search and see where others have discussed shorting through ATDF.
Once they've shorted they will usually put up big blocks on the ask undercutting the current ask, while at the same time selling small amounts into the bid. A lot of time resistance is just a huge block of short sells on the ask.
Since we've hit the .02 range there has been roughly 9.5 million total in short volume. That's about $190,000 in short investments. Even though some may have covered already that's a lot. 9.5 mil at .07 would be $660,000. That's a big loss for shorts.
Is see your point but I do think the ones that do stand to loose would be posting like mad to bring it down. I think most of the problem here could be all of the fighting and uncertainy. That really jams things up for a penny sometimes. For me I just think it's worth it to wait and see what the news brings that's all. Usually you get a pretty good run off of a major retailer, sometimes it just happens a little while after the news hits.
No offense but I don't think you know what dilution looks like.
To short under stocks under $5 you usually have to go through a broker outside of the US. A lot of people would like you to think that AAPT is not able to be shorted but it is. It's very easy to sign up with a broker that lets you short pennies. It's just that a lot of people don't know how to do it so they fear shorters but in reality shorting is more dangerous because if the price goes up your loosing more than your initial investment.
Don't think he was trying to say a short squeeze is coming, just that when AAPT pops back up again shorts stand to loose a lot out of pocket.
The pop is coming IMO.
Damn VFIN is dropping millions at 22. Gotta watch out though if they go away, VFIN likes to play Peek A BOO.
Sounds like fun.
No prob, I stare at the news constantly.
Yep hopefully we see a nice bounce today.
Wondering where everyone is myself.
Was getting ready to post the same. VFIN :(
Looking for a big week here AAPT

You can't argue with that. Nice link, I hate when people say stupid things.
For some reason only half of what I wrote posted. Here's is the entire thing. Comments welcomed, even if contrary in opinion.
Eturd is trying to get 1's or cover, either way it sends a clear message that MSEZ is under valued. I think their tactic of going between 2's and 3's on the ask is a ploy to wear down people into selling so they can cover. I think it's obvious that with the right news a major short squeeze is coming. Since 29 June we've had roughly 73.3 million in short volume in the 2's and 3's, with very little in the 3's. People want 1's here so bad it burns, when MSEZ goes back to 00's shorts are F**ked by 400%. I'm sure some of the 73.3 Million has been covered already but let's say we still have a 50 million short volume out there at 0002. 50 million at 2 would be a $10,000 investment, if you could get 1's, to cover 50 million if those Eturd shares were suddenly chomped up and this thing ran to at LEAST .001 it would cost shorts an extra $40,000. There would be a buying frenzy. Just some food for thought, I know the numbers are not exact but you guys get the idea. If MSEZ was worthless everyone would have sold for 1 aready and there would be nothing on the bid, much less hundreds of millions. Worth the risk IMO. Tic Toc

Yeah I was able to get those 21's at the EOD hopefully that's as low as we go from here. I like the way this one trades.
He only sold what he was showing. Nothing wrong with that IMO.
What ever it is he helped me get my 21's.
Picking up some more.
Pizza cono, easier to stuff into face hole :)
SUNV news so funny... The garage they are boasting about replacing the lighting in is literally one block from the house I just moved out of 3 weeks ago. It's one of the smallest parking garages I've ever seen and no one parks there. We used to always ask ourselves why they even built it. Kailua Town is now big deal at all, 2 blocks of sub par shopping.
HIMR getting some hits today.
11.5m buy/12m Sell
Record volume for AHFD now, GNC big for gains.
LOL, you know there's at least 49 :)
Looks thin to 127.
Only a matter of time before AAPT takes off again.
