You underestimate the facts here. Most of this company is closely held and not being traded. Us longs who are here are just along for the ride, and it will be a ride UP and UP once the SEC filings are in.

"Sellers" can't short the stock down if a stock is down over 10% in a day, that's the reason for the round robin.

Why don't you do something constructive and update your IBOX that is over a year out of date?

Four MM's spreading risk and passing shares back and forth to paint the chart and fool the fools.

This is a fundamental play, different from the other four MONK plays. If I could, I'd add here, but the funds clearing rule at ameritrade keeps me from doing so.

No action so MM's resort to playing with themselves again, mirror trades are obvios at the beginning of the walk down then the computer goes into risk splitting mode.

Let's see, your chart shows a possible morning star forming on the candles, an oversold RSI, and over sold stochastic that are turning up.

My chart shows a pennant forming until noon to day and a breakout, Positive MACD and accumulation in the stock since yesterday noon, and no sellers at all left on the volume.

It looks like a short covering pattern to me (except for what retail grabbed during the debacle.

The pro se supreme court case I just filed accused both a district judge and circuit judge of literally changing my arguments to the ones they called "frivolous" and ignoring the case law and the police reports that PROVED that an illegal seizure of my property had happened. See Soldal v. Cook County if you want to see the well established precedent that they ignored. In addition, the appellate court said that they couldn't plead for me (they didn't have to if they read what I actually wrote in the brief ) but they could plead immunity for the cops and the city without letting me serve the complaint and argue the case.

I don't know about that. I would not buy into a stock on the basis of achieving an FLD, but this stock is closely held outside of retail. If retail is as solid as I think it is then the stock is locked and shorters will have to pay dearly for a ticket out.

If you are patient, you might cover those losses with GRNO too.

GRNO may be suffering from guilt by association. The pattern in the charts is not coincidental, they definitely going after the Monk plays specifically. If Monk hadn't chosen GRNO for one of his FLD's it might have had a lot less volatility.

The cartel might make enough on the other two to cover some of their losses in GRNO.

I am not a Monk follower, I do believe today's action calls into question the theory that fundamentals don't matter.

Now my question is where did the tens of thousands of burning computers come from? The fires in all three buildings were localized and limited when the buildings came down. Papers were blown all over town, but nothing resembling much of anything in the way of office equipment was found in the rubble, no charred remains of computers. No forensic work was done because the destruction was so complete. Human remains were fragmentary. There was no big blaze after the collapse either. I can't figure out how they fit "tens of thousands of burning computers" into the limited space that actually burned.

When you are waitressing it's all about the tips. I expected to at least get some decent health coverage in union shops. The plans offered were so poor that they weren't worth participating in.

I had a friend who applied for a job at Country Buffet recently, their plan was so lousy it was basically just return of premium if you got maximum benefits out of it. If a young naive kid signed up for the plan he would likely collect very little from that plan unless he had a major accident or illness. In that case the coverage was so limited as to be useless. The insurance company made big bucks off that plan and I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a kick back to the company.

I don't know if this was a union shop or not, but it's typical of the plans in the industry and similar to what I was offered as a union employee.

Since I have been preoccupied with other things and not following this story closely I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much both the awareness of the problems with the government reports had grown and how much additional information had been developed to support the need for a truly independent investigation of an event that changed the course of this country's future.

Um, does the name Jimmy Hoffa ring a bell? I did not place the "blame for our economic decline at the feet of the unions". I said part of the reason for the decline in the unions was involvement of organized crime.

I have belonged to two unions in my life - as a grocery checker and as a hotel employee.

The first was a good union, we had good wages and benefits.

The second was a farce, the health care plans were worthless, the wages were the same as in the non union shop. I was employed three different hotels as a waitress - a top of the line Hotel in Milwaukee, the Statler-Hilton in Washington D.C. and a B grade hotel in Milwaukee that was a mafia hangout. At the latter the area leader of the union showed up on a regular basis to meed up with his buddies. Management and their acquaintances regularly engaged in sexual harassment. I only kept the job because I made pretty good money there and I was able to stifle the sexual harassment by putting the word out that my mother was a state tax auditor and she regularly checked up on men I became involved with.

I think the term "elitist" generally carries a negative connotation.

Yes, but part of that can be laid at the feet of the Unions themselves who became a pawn of organized crime.

Um, many of the "elite" are Wall Streeters and Bankers, then there are:

- the corporate executives that are sending their manufacturing abroad

- the elite who own the media that is dumbing down the sense of social responsibility in the population and reality with the promotion of pop culture, and promoting "liberals do this" and "conservatives to that" stupidity in place of real political discourse.

- the party elite and the judicial elite who control the government

Very few of the elite have a sense of social responsibility. POWER is the name of the game. Not nation building, political justice, or promoting the "general welfare" of the population.

The difference is that many of those "elite" persons felt a sense of social responsibility.

But if the breadwinner(s) in those lower income families were able to get better paying manufacturing jobs they could afford US products and perhaps making things for consumption by your countrymen would instill more pride in the product. Chinese products are cheap because they are cheaply made.

In the end the whole economy would grow stronger. I'm sure I've said it before, one of the great weaknesses in this economy is the size of the service sector.

Current business model is VERY different from Sam Walton's original concept.

Personal note - I attended the grand opening of the first Wal-Mart when I was a kid. It was a couple blocks from my grandparents' house in Rogers, Arkansas.

I am not going to state my position as fact because I don't have the background in sciences, but it's hard to conceive that even if the plane penetrated the building we wouldn't have seen some parts flying as it hit.

I am 100% convinced that it was not a plane that hit the pentagon. This makes me skeptical about the nature of the twin towers planes.

I think the Louisiana purchase and his vision for the country made him great. I also appreciate his insight into history, especially concerning the nature of the Christian religion. He saw what others could not.

I also believe he saw an end to slavery coming but knew that it would tear the country apart if it was done forcefully. You can't change established social institutions over night, and slavery was something he was born into.

Yes, masters were also bound by that institution also, it was not as cruel to them personally, but there were many who went against the harshest social doctrines of slavery. Jefferson was one of those.
