Coy - What is your take on SLJB???
I have accumulated a lot, and consider it to be a Strong Buy right now. To the point where after the 15th we wont see this price again. I am fully convinced this company is for real.
Shermann
It costs a lot of money and time to be fully reporting - That is why most companies start on the pink sheets.
It is not a matter of desire. It is a matter of $$$$$.
Shermann
BIGN is an unsolicited Pink Sheeter - Insider buying does not have to be reported.

Here is some of my DD:
There are currently two wells operating in Grimes with two more scheduled to come online soon. The first well was a test well that was only slotted 10 feet, and produced 400+ MCFD. The second well was slotted 150 feet, and produced 1450 MCFD. Since the second well was completed, the flow rate has actually increased to over 1600 MCFD. The projections for the next two wells are in the ball park of 1450 MCFD. Hydroslotting is a lot cheaper than drilling. There are 180 wells that BIGN has targeted in Grimes. BIGN has full geologics on these formerly producing wells. They were capped after approx 30% was used. The Hydroslotting technology costs around 150,000 per well vs. 750,000 to 1,000,000 dollars for drilling, and there will be no dry wells or low producers. BIGN pays 100,000 dollars for one connection to the gas lines which will combine 5 wells or cost 20,000 per well. Everything indicates that BIGN is frugal in terms of how their money is spent. I would anticipate that after these two wells are done, future wells will be done in larger groups. Maybe 5 wells at a time using one connection to the gas lines.
BIGN has (3) different well rework technologies. The demand for these will be huge. In addition, it will allow them to pick up other small companies without this technology for less than they are worth to BIGN. The three technologies are Hydroslotting, N2Vision, and N-CO2. It is amazing that this small company has three different technologies in itself!!!

There are currently (2) different Letters of intent to purchase other companies/Assets. There were (3) but the Quitman LOI was dismissed as BIGN felt it was not worth it. The first one is the Big one, and will increase the value of BIGN a lot. It includes Drilling equipment which is important, and diversifies BIGN into Oil as well as Natural Gas. My estimates put the Book Value of BIGN over .10 a share with this purchase alone. The PR for this should be out by the end of the week. A link to the PR:

More on the E. Texas LOI - It is nice to note that the A/S has been increased from 400 Million to 800 Million shares. The E. Texas LOI is much bigger than BIGN, and I am sure restricted shares are part of the puchase. It is also good to note that the owner of the E. Texas company will be placed on the Board of Directors of BIGN. There are 70 employees of this company and lots of equipment. BIGN needs the equipment and experience, and the E. Texas company needs the rework expertise of BIGN.
In addition, we own 40% of WWNG (oil and gas division) as a joint venture. This company has been very active, and this will provide income without having to do the work!!!

There have been some delays.
The first major delay was in the beginning of the year when the torrential rains came in Grimes, and the county was declared a national disaster area. Obviously, this meant no drilling for a while. It also meant a rise in the water tables, and some extra water in the wells. This problem has been addressed, and there has been little rain since then.
The second major delay was CEO Lancansters Health Problems in July and August. He returned to BIGN August 15th, and has been busy concluding the first LOI.
There was a third major delay with the drilling of the next two wells. Apparently, the rig from Schlumberger broke down. They now have an operational rig on site.
The Tyche Dividend (1 share of Tyche for each 30 shares of BIGN) was concluded in June. This gives Tyche enough shareholders to go public, and they will be trading under the symbol TYEG. There is much speculation that Tyche will be brought public as an OTC-BB fully reporting company and BIGN will be merged with it. That means we will no longer be a Pinkie.
James Lancaster was appointed CEO in the spring, and has stated that the E. Texas LOI is the top priority. The Rumor is that some of his compensation is tied to the completion of the E. Texas LOI. I have found him to be honest and forthcoming. We just have to remember that it takes time to acquire a much larger company. Some people think he has been with BIGN since 2002, but that is not true.
Just some thoughts here. I feel that BIGN is about to be hitting on all cylinders, and we will see a string of signifigant announcements over the next 45 days. My honest opinion is that we will be worth .10 to .25 Book Value by the end of the year!!!
Good Luck to All.

I got PBLS going later on in the month. We will call it the week after next. I am just waiting a little on it.
Also known as waiting for something to go up, so I can free up funds for PBLS.
So it could just be wishful thinking.
Well - Lots of great posts here!!!
I say SLJB this week and BIGN next week. Getting a little tingling sensation on these. Both companies are overdue to report great news. BOth comanies also have great looking charts.

Everyone here has to realize that Pink Sheet companies - especially unsolicited ones can add to their Authorized shares anytime they want by applying to the state they are in. Which means they can quickly become part of the O/S.
They already have controlling interest 99% of the time, so they do not need to get approval from the shareholders.
Anyone who thinks they can invest in Pink sheet stocks and not run the risk of dilution is delusional.
What we have here is a man of integrity which far more important.
Thank-you John!!!
Every little bit helps.
I have not been posting much, as there really is not that much to say. We all know the potential here.
It is sort of like Santa Claus and Christmas. He works really hard all year long for that one big day!!!

"The Board of Directors also announced the Company has increased the authorized share capital amount by 400 million shares. The decision was made to allow the Company to continue to aggressively pursue current and future acquisitions."
Which means that the A/S has been finalized. One more step to the E. Texas LOI!!!

Just a reminder on the E. Texas LOI -
TYLER, Texas, May 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announces that James Lancaster, CEO, has confirmed the execution of the Letter of Intent by all parties, that pertains to the purchase of assets, leases, contracts, agreements and oil reserves, of the East Texas operator.
Lancaster stated, "This transaction will bring to the company a presence in the oil industry that is highly respected -- an operation with a substantial positive cash flow, ownership in over 200 currently producing wells generating over 7,300 bbls/month of crude oil, leases with an estimated 21.84 million bbls/oil in proven reserves, drilling sites for 12 new wells, with a potential for a substantial reserve position in oil and gas. Further, 125 well sites to rework and capitalize the oil production from in the existing field, and equally important, a fully operating exploration/drilling company with a highly regarded reputation in the industry in Texas which will allow the company to do its own drilling, rework and management of wells."
Lancaster continued, "This is the foundation stone being laid for the Company to gather and amass substantial holdings in the oil/gas industry. Today, it is difficult to get a drilling company to perform new well services in less than nine months. This acquisition gives our Company the ability to do its own drilling procedures without reliance upon any other party. That is a definite plus in this industry today."

This Gentleman needs to remember that ESLR is an INTERNATIONAL company and built its new plant IN Germany. Text Below
Evergreen has to convince investors that they will become a profitable company. Until they do, it's going to be a tough sell. America is not as passionate as Germany is about Solar energy and until we embrace our alternative energy companies, investors will stay on the sidelines.
Just been waiting for things to get announced by BIGN. Really nothing new to say here. I have plenty of patience, though.
Been in SLJB for awhile - The auditied financials should be a blockbuster.
For those who do NYSE also - FDG is at 25.33 - This is way down and looks to be near a bottom - Coal has a great future, and there is an 11% dividend here.
Shermann
SLJB is moving - Hope the Audited Financials are all they are cracked up to be.
In the meantime, I picked up some Fording (FDG) - 25.30 - Appears to be at the bottom of the cycle with an 11% dividend.
Shermann
OK - So who has a working Crystal Ball - Mine has been on the fritz for a couple of weeks now!!!
Loaded up some more on SLJB at .13, and am hoping the Audited Financials come out soon. It doesnt look like it will be by the end of the week though.
Shermann
It has been awhile since hearing anything from Mr. Lancaster. We really need at least an update on what is going on. I know I am really curious.
Our wait will pay off - Hopefully sooner rather than later.
I was going over past PR's, and am encouraged that the CEO of the E. Texas LOI will be added to the BOD of BIGN.
Shermann
Sounds Great - I had no clue what was involved to become a solicited Pink Sheet stock. Most of us here are in for the long haul and are quite excited about the prospects.
I have read a lot about the Thorium Energy, and was excited to learn that it was one way of using our Nuclear waste.
Shermann
I am in the same club.
Sold XDSL and YPNT to get more SLJB - Holding tight to my BIGN!!!

We have a new Nickname!!!
BIGN - The Agatha Christie of Stocks.

I repeat my question -
If you are a shareholder, what event(s) do you expect to be the catalyst for an upward move in the share price.
Shermann
That is not an excuse. That is the official position of Mr. Lancaster.
Either you Agree with it, or you dont.
If you dont agree, what are you waiting to see happen????
I assume you are invested here.
Shermann
I think we all have to understand that the E. Texas LOI is the #1 priority for BIGN.
I do not see much news coming out until that is complete. They would not want anything to jeopardize the acquisition.
The E. Texas LOI is a much bigger company than BIGN, and will probably put BIGN's value over a dime. I think this is well worth the wait.
Shermann
SLJB is getting close. Great News on the Auditied Financials coming out soon. I loaded up more, and it is now my #1 postition!!!
Shermann
It is looking real encouraging!!!
Wonder if somebody knows something.
We have to be real close to news on both the LOI and Grimes wells.
Shermann
OMG - IPKL is showing lots of green on 70 Million Shares - This is such a pleasant change from all the red I have seen this week!!!
Now - Go SLJB, BIGN, NNYG, YPNT, .....
Shermann
In reality, Increasing the Authorized Shares makes absolutely no difference. The additional 400 Million shares are not currently tradable. The Float of 130 Million and Outstanding of 305 Million is what counts.
Shermann
As far as I know, There is no verifiable short position on BIGN. Just the idea of possible shorters getting the screws put to them was exciting in itself.
Shermann
I was thinking of BIGN as I watched all the Rush Hour traffic wiz into the safe distance I keep with the car in front of me. Hurry up and Wait!!! Sort of like the Pinkie Investor Theme!!!
Then I got to work, and once again saw those FREE Tyche shares in my accounts just waiting to be worth something.
I once again read the E. Texas LOI PR's, and it is amazing how much bigger a company it is than BIGN. I feel bad for Mr. Lancasters surgery this summer, and realize that it really set things back. It will be a done deal. The Authorized Share count has been doubled, which is a good indication.
And then there are the two additional Grimes Wells being worked on. The Rigs are there, and they are working on them. News has to be close.
I am still wondering what the Name change will be and the new CUSIP symbol. The shorts will really scramble to cover on that one.
Anyways, Happy Halloween Month, and May Saner Minds Prevail!!!

The USSR was a Socialist Country. The Rich stayed Rich. There were plenty of Socialist programs that could be equated to medicare, Food Stamps, Welfare, Social Security, ... In the United States.
Communism was a prediction by Karl Marx, and had no time frame although it is a long way off (Millennia). It predicted how we would evolve socially as a people.
Much as the concept of Profit is new in terms of time, It is not what used to motivate people prior to the 1700's. Housing, Food, Family, etc was the motivating force, and Barter was the most common form of exchange.
Communism is a prediction that the idea of profit will eventually evolve into other values that become more important. The closest thing I have seen for comparison would be the TV Series "Star Trek: The Next Generation". It is not how much you earn, but how much you learn, and share that knowledge. That includes working but promotes work as adding to the greater good of Mankind.
Keep in mind that the concept of Profit is learned, and we have no idea what things are going to be like in a 1,000 years much like the people of 1000 years ago could not even visualize life like it is today.
Shermann
OT - Whether or not communism works is irrelevent in my contention. One has to assume that the definition of Communism is in the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx. "From those according to their means to those according to their needs." This being said, N. Korea is not a communist country because the wealth is not being distributed. The USSR was never communist either. Hence the name Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The USSR was socialist.
Kim Jong Il is just an evil dictator period. It is not a communist regime. North Korea is a Military Dictatorship.
Shermann
OT: Jimmy Carter has said that he would have been a better president if he knew then what he knows now. That is quite a statement.
Kim Jong Il is not a Communist Dictator. If he was, his people would be fed. He is a Ruthless Dictator.
BIGN will do just fine. A little patience will go a long way. We are close on a number of things.

Great to see GNBT on the move again!!! This company is way undervalued becaause the product is so unique. I know so many diabetics who hate the Insulin shots every day.
Shermann
IPKL looks like a winner to me also. I have picked up a bunch.
Last year, China closed over 400 Mines due to safety concerns, and are taking Mine Safety extremely Seriously. The need for the technology that IPKL has is no small order. This equipment has to work in a very hot and dusty environment. This is not the typical cooled computer room. They have proven that it works, and the Chinese seem to be impressed.

OT: I have no idea what Jimmy Carter thinks about Kim Jong Il - You are more than welcome to google that.
I think he is a Ruthless Dictator who spends all his money on Military toys while 200,000+ of his Citizens die of Starvation every year.
That should be Clear enough for you.
GO BIGN!!!!
Anyone for a nice game of global thermonuclear war (not to be confused with Nucular)!!!!

Just waiting patiently for Mr. Lacaster to get his ducks all in a row. A little patience will be well rewarded!!!
