OT - Whether or not communism works is irrelevent in my contention. One has to assume that the definition of Communism is in the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx. "From those according to their means to those according to their needs." This being said, N. Korea is not a communist country because the wealth is not being distributed. The USSR was never communist either. Hence the name Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The USSR was socialist.

Kim Jong Il is just an evil dictator period. It is not a communist regime. North Korea is a Military Dictatorship.
