Gentlemen - BIGN looks ready to go!!!
Here is some of my DD:
Latest News - A Stock Dividend equalling 10% of the WW Oil and Gas division of WWNG is Payable January 30 to holders of BIGN on January 2nd. Remember, BIGN has to be bought 3 business days prior to Jan 2nd and the funds cleared.
There are currently two wells operating in Grimes with two more scheduled to come online soon. The first well was a test well that was only slotted 10 feet, and produced 400+ MCFD. The second well was slotted 150 feet, and produced 1450 MCFD. Since the second well was completed, the flow rate has actually increased to over 1600 MCFD. The projections for the next two wells are in the ball park of 1450 MCFD. Hydroslotting is a lot cheaper than drilling. There are 180 wells that BIGN has targeted in Grimes. BIGN has full geologics on these formerly producing wells. They were capped after approx 30% was used. The Hydroslotting technology costs around 150,000 per well vs. 750,000 to 1,000,000 dollars for drilling, and there will be no dry wells or low producers. BIGN pays 100,000 dollars for one connection to the gas lines which will combine 5 wells or cost 20,000 per well. Everything indicates that BIGN is frugal in terms of how their money is spent. I would anticipate that after these two wells are done, future wells will be done in larger groups. Maybe 5 wells at a time using one connection to the gas lines.
BIGN has (3) different well rework technologies. The demand for these will be huge. In addition, it will allow them to pick up other small companies without this technology for less than they are worth to BIGN. The three technologies are Hydroslotting, N2Vision, and N-CO2. It is amazing that this small company has three different technologies in itself!!!

There are currently (2) different Letters of intent to purchase other companies/Assets. There were (3) but the Quitman LOI was dismissed as BIGN felt it was not worth it. The first one is the Big one, and will increase the value of BIGN a lot. It includes Drilling equipment which is important, and diversifies BIGN into Oil as well as Natural Gas. My estimates put the Book Value of BIGN over .10 a share with this purchase alone. The PR for this should be out by the end of the week. A link to the PR:

More on the E. Texas LOI - It is nice to note that the A/S has been increased from 400 Million to 800 Million shares. The E. Texas LOI is much bigger than BIGN, and I am sure restricted shares are part of the puchase. It is also good to note that the owner of the E. Texas company will be placed on the Board of Directors of BIGN. There are 70 employees of this company and lots of equipment. BIGN needs the equipment and experience, and the E. Texas company needs the rework expertise of BIGN.
In addition, we own 40% of WWNG (oil and gas division) as a joint venture. This company has been very active, and this will provide income without having to do the work!!!

There have been some delays.
The first major delay was in the beginning of the year when the torrential rains came in Grimes, and the county was declared a national disaster area. Obviously, this meant no drilling for a while. It also meant a rise in the water tables, and some extra water in the wells. This problem has been addressed, and there has been little rain since then.
The second major delay was CEO Lancansters Health Problems in July and August. He returned to BIGN August 15th, and has been busy concluding the first LOI.
There was a third major delay with the drilling of the next two wells. Apparently, the rig from Schlumberger broke down. They now have an operational rig on site.
The Tyche Dividend (1 share of Tyche for each 30 shares of BIGN) was concluded in June. This gives Tyche enough shareholders to go public, and they will be trading under the symbol TYEG. There is much speculation that Tyche will be brought public as an OTC-BB fully reporting company and BIGN will be merged with it. That means we will no longer be a Pinkie.
James Lancaster was appointed CEO in the spring, and has stated that the E. Texas LOI is the top priority. The Rumor is that some of his compensation is tied to the completion of the E. Texas LOI. I have found him to be honest and forthcoming. We just have to remember that it takes time to acquire a much larger company. Some people think he has been with BIGN since 2002, but that is not true.
Just some thoughts here. I feel that BIGN is about to be hitting on all cylinders, and we will see a string of signifigant announcements over the next 45 days. My honest opinion is that we will be worth .10 to .25 Book Value by the end of the year!!!
Good Luck to All.

Eatme - BIGN is currently my largest holding and I am optimistic!!!
- More Free Stock Coming.
- The E. Texas LOI will be Finalized.
And then the flood gates will open - Lots of news will come!!!
I say to all - Enjoy the low prices - I doubt we will see this level after January!!!
I think we all need to remember that Rome was not built in a day (Or a year for that matter!!!).
Shermann
Asus - I think you are right - I am out of GBDX as of this AM - Too Risky on the tax-loss selling.
Currently like AMEP, BIGN, and DPBL.
Picking up Renewable Energy Stocks THPW and PWAC today.
I really think Renewable Energy is going to be huge over the next year.
Riding Free on PBLS, and have no idea what to think - I will keep my free shares. PBLS is a Real Company with Real Assets.
A Great Trading Day to all!!!!
Shermann
I second that on AMEP - Got in Yesterday - They have shed their BDC Structure.
We will see what falls out, but they do have two drilling rigs, and 8,000 acres in the Barnett Shale.
Shermann
Sort of Wierd trading here. I had a small buy in at .012 since 11:00 AM - Nothing.
Changed it to .013, and it went immediately.
It looks like the shares are pretty tight here.
Shermann
I always forget about those free TYEG shares, but one day I will sign on, and there will be a value to them!!!
That will be a good day!!!!
I think that we will see a chain of announcements once the E. Texas LOI is completed. It is just a matter of getting that done. I can wait as I think the rewards will be great.
Shermann
I am long and strong for a number of reasons posted over the last year.
A few posters keep referring to BIGN as a POS, the Board of Directors as Corrupt, etc....
There is absolutely no value there. Who would invest in a company and call it that anyways???
Obviously, they are not investors, and do not belong on this board.
Shermann
I will second that!!!!
Nosey and Silver are not adding any value here. I don't mind other opinions, but repetition of the same non-founded doomsday scenario's over and over again is a bridge too far IMO.
Vote for them being removed. They can take their bashing (that is what it is, nothing else) to RB imo.
Me thinks this stock will really move when the shorts try to cover - Small float - Could be real be gains!!!
Shermann
I am back in AMEP after a years layoff - Things are looking a lot better - Great to be rid of the BDC structure - I am only looking for .10 though.
Shermann
I understand - I split it 50/50 between AMEP and DPBL.
Still holding GBDX, YPNT, BIGN, PBLS for the longer haul.
Good Luck on DPBL.
Took my yearly shellacking on SLJB!!!
Shermann
I took my SLJB skinning like a man at .032 a few weeks ago - OOPS.
Picked up some DPBL this AM - Looks like a good play.
AMEP appears to be on a move before the move thing. Finally shedding it BDC structure. Is definitely worth more than .03 a share!!!
Just some thoughts.
Shermann
Count me in for a little fun - I like what I see.

Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone Here. I hope it is a wonderful day for you and your families.
The Native Americans made a great feast for their new found friends on this day.
Go BIGN. We will all be thankful for holding on to this stock some day!!!
Took my scalping like a man on SLJB this week. Got into GBDX, YPNT, and PBLS. Hopefully, I will be thankful of the results!!!

The Pennies are my form of Gambling.
I bought a bunch more SLJB at .033.
The fundamentals have not changed. Just people panicking.
The only risk is that this is a masterful scam!!!
Shermann
I picked up some more SLJB at .033.
I like Buying when people are panicking.
Even if it is only a Dead cat bounce.

Impuning anothers character is not usually a good idea.
I have gotten tips from ASUS, and they have worked out well for me. He is an intelligent person, and has been an assett to me.

If you want to feel really good about being in BIGN, just watch SLJB today!!!
Shermann
Fortunately, SLJB is only my third largest penny stock position behind NNYG and BIGN.
What the hay. This will be an exciting ride!!! Almost worth the price of admission.
Fortunately, my dad always said diversify. Everytime I have broken that rule, I get burned. I have about (10) different pennies right now.
Shermann
Anyone want to bet that SLJB will break 10,000 posts by noon!!!
What to do - What to do!!!
My dad always said never panic when everyone else is. I will wait for the good news.

The university professor challenged his students with this question.
Did God create everything that exists?
A student bravely replied,
"Yes, He did!"
"God created everything?" The professor asked.
"Yes sir," the student replied.
The professor answered, "If God created everything, then God created evil since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are then God is evil."
The student became quiet before such an answer.
The professor was quite pleased with himself and boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.
Another student raised his hand and asked, "May I ask you a question, Professor?"
"Of course," replied the professor.
The student stood up and asked, "Professor does cold exist?"
"What kind of question is this? Of course, it exists. Have you never been cold?"
The students snickered at the young man's question.
The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist.
According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat. Every body or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy.
Absolute zero (- 460 degrees F) is the total absence of heat; all matter becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature.
Cold does not exist.
We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have no heat.
The student continued. "Professor, does darkness exist?"
The professor responded, "Of course it does."
The student replied, "Once again you are wrong sir, darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light.
Light we can study, but not darkness.
In fact we can use Newton's prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct? Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light present."
Finally, the young man asked the professor. "Sir, does evil exist?"
Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course as I have already said. We see it every day. It is in the daily example of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. These manifestations are nothing else but evil."
To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist sir, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not like faith, or love that exist just as does light and heat. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat or the darkness that comes when there is no light.
The professor sat down.

The SLJB audited Financials will show the actual worth of the company. I believe this is the true benefit.
I think that we will find it is much higher than .12 per share.
I also believe that a lot of people are not in the stock because they do not know the true value of the company. Heck, quite a number of people have sold half of their position prior to the financials feeling it is too risky.
My gut tells me that SLJB holders will be rolling in the dough come New Years.

"Anything Different is Good" - Bill Murray - Groundhog Day.
I am just sitting here comfortably - Waiting patiently for what we all know is coming.
It takes a lot of time to buy a much larger company. It will be well worth the wait. And I fully expect a string of News after the LOI is announced.
As for Taking a tax loss. That will be tough here. It requires a 30 day wait to not be a wash sale - Buying back in within that time period eliminates the sale. After all this expectation, I am not missing out on the run past 10 cents!!!

I have had EQBM for a few months now - Nothing like some free shares, and making the shorts scramble!!!!

News on EQBM today - My one Gold Stock Penny.

Todays Lock - Take Indy and give the points. Being a Packers fan, I would like to call that one, but have no idea which way it will go. Green Bay should win, but they commit too many turnovers.
I am waiting for that last big selloff on PBLS, and then will get back in.
