I think we've been above a penny since 9/29
Sure man. You're always correct
No, my understanding comes from experience. But go ahead and ba hah to yourself
Why don't you explain why you think it's so unlikely. I think it's a possibility because it is the easiest way for a private Company to acquire SFOR and screw us shareholders.
Yeah that sounds like exactly what I said. Frustrating how long it's taking.
I would say, generally speaking, to anyone, if you don't have patience, maybe don't follow a company coming out of the grays.
I guess we can change that from 'shady' to 'frustrating when the business at hand takes longer than we hoped it would'.
When did they meet the listing criteria
Obviously the don't need it. But like YOU say, we are all greedy at our core. I'm betting all 3 of them have different ideas as to the worth of SFOR in a buyout or perhaps with regards to settlement amounts and also, compensation.
But it coulda been a 14c and that would have meet the sec requirement.
Why, why the show. Why not just go with 14c. It seems more likely to me there is a disagreement over compensation than a desire to have a shareholder show.
That seems like the least complicated answer.
Yeah, so what. What are they voting on. New compensation right.
I just mean why is it so far fetched that they might not be in agreement with compensation. Like one thinks they deserve X amount and one think they deserve more.
Why is that so far fetched?
Centrify RM with SFOR?
Maybe a stretch, but I think this is what I read.

One of them, can't remember off the top of my head, has publicly stated they wanted to go public like a year or two ago.
As long as we don't close below a penny in the next like 20-25 days (I've lost count how many we had so far) we probably won't be a pink anymore.
Yeah. What brokerage do you use?
A year from each individual purchase.
There used to be dinosaurs on this planet. What's your point.
William of Ockham would say the 11/9 conference won't happen because the cases will be settled.
1. They all know they're about to finish up settlement. Conference on 11/9 won't happen.
Oh man. It was not debt conversions. Did not look like it. Saying it was, was not accurate.
I understand what you have said. I'm saying a logical mind would think that's wrong based on the chart. You can stop telling us about your experience. It's not impressive...
Right. I'm saying it did not "look" like that at all. Not to a "logical" person.
Weren't you insisting there was debt converting yesterday, that's not logical based on the chart.
On pacer
No Bub. You're the one saying it's debt holders converting. Read on and tell us which one.
Snopes. Lol
Which debt holders would that be?
Might not. Depends on how high it goes and how much the settlements are. But .02 is definitely not overpriced.
Demand has been increasing every day. That's what is about Bub.
Correct me if I'm wrong, bill Harmon (one of duo's attorneys) was working for Microsoft when they settled with SFOR.
I believe it's 30 calendar days above a penny for OTCQB

I got in months ago. When's the sell off?
When does that sell off start?
All three things you wrote are false.
A lot of buying at the ask yesterday. That's why it hit the AON orders hidden below it.
Harmon was involved with the Microsoft settlement, no?
The other two are equally versed in DD for acquisitions.
Has Duo expressed a desire to go public. I believe Centrify has.
But wait, the scary thing is NCAR says someone got shares cheap...and they're selling them!
You forgot to say "what shorts"
I dont need hints or to study definition. Tell me what those special rights are.
