In addition to the time they lose and never get back it also takes a toll on ones health to be constantly negative.
Google anything along the lines - Scientific Proof That Negative Beliefs Harm Your Health
Seems like you've already assumed they threw the game.
If I felt like you do, I'd sell every share I own on Monday. I'd only hang on if I thought there was a chance or doubted my gut reaction.
If you think if multi-million BIB contacts were there. Why not start investing in the other company?
All penny stocks have excuses. Plenty of issues. They are all high risk. The odds of any of them being successful is small. It's like betting on a 100 to 1 long shot to win a race and then complaining about the horse for the rest of your life.
Maybe it was the horse, maybe the jockey, maybe the horseshoes, maybe the race was thrown. Got to factor it all into the odds. The money is made by betting against the long shot, but everyone once in awhile, they surprise everyone.
Who's coming to their defense? Just saying endless bashing on a message board is a total waste of time and doesn't move the needle. If someone wants their voice heard and a chance to hold management accountable, go to the SHM.
It's pretty easy to be a Monday morning arm chair quarterback. If the team loses the season, just get a new coach and it's onto the Superbowl next year, Right? Let's check around and see who's available. Maybe we could see Steve Ballmer would be interested.
You seem to think the only way for fans to be heard is to sit in the stands year after year and boo.
Do you think complaining everyday, multiple times a day helps support the share price? The only thing it will get you is a fan base of non-shareholders cheering you on as their puppet.
Go to the shareholder meeting with your concerns and ideas to turn this around.
You just said it did a couple of post ago. That is was the holding company for DAC. Now you say it has nothing to do with DAC.
I don't know when you started investing in the stock so we both have different perspectives which I respect and thanks for not deleting the posts to hear this out.
The majority of small companies go out of business, period.
Factor in what previous management was/did it's a miracle they are still in business. If I was an investor in the last 12 months without knowing the history I guess I would blame it on the CEO. But having been around a bit longer, I appreciate the baggage Glenn has had to sort through to keep the potential alive.
It's easy to throw stones at people and live in the woulda, coulda, shoulda world. But that's not real life. Arm chair quarterbacks are not Peyton Manning as much as they dream to be. If you truly were in the game, running the company on fumes, sacrificing everything you have for this one shot, what would you do?
My only suggestion is with all due respect. If you a truly are shareholder, stop whining. If you have creative ideas, they are more than welcome. If you want to attend the SHM, that would be great. I would love for you to be sitting there asking questions. If you need a place to stay, let me know.
It's a pattern. I've seen on other boards. People whine endlessly, posting literally 1000's of times but ironically have less than $1,000 invested. I get it. That's everything they have and their first "big boy" investment. Their stomach is in knots. They can't sleep. If they need to blow off a little steam, OK. But it would make more sense if he was short like the other bashers here. Who bashes endlessly a stock they own?
Depends on how you define small. Under a billion in the US alone FOR starters. I guess your right then.
Are you implying that if you don't renew your business license by the DAY it expires you are out of business?
Kind of like if you don't pay your property taxes on the date its due you get thrown out of your house the next day. lol
If you were doing a RM, would you pay to have two business licenses?
I tried it on eTrade on a few of my stocks to lock up the shares and they won't allow it. Must have a lot out on loan.
Your GTC sell order for ####### KMAG at a limit price of $1 was rejected. Your order was placed too far away from the current market price.
While I am not thrilled, I'd be more worried if there was massive dumping. Very few people selling which is why all the vultures are out flying around and frustrated. Should know more within a couple of months of what's going on.
$307 of shares trade today.
That doesn't even cover the time non-shareholders have invested today.
I guess the sky isn't falling after all as some would hope to believe.
You point out a very significant problem and that is how to get out of the flipper's paradise we are in right now. It's like swimming against a rip current. I am hoping the "financial engineering" will allow to swim to the left or right and then upwards.
Which would be better? Release the news and then do the road show or do the road show first so the investment community has at least heard of Amarantus? He's doing the roadshow now to set the stage.
He is executing a great strategy and exercising a great deal of self-discipline. Would have been easy to take the first deal and get the quick pop to make the shareholder happy in the short-term.
Means I had to wait an extra 6 months to retire. Winter was cold anyways to now is a good time.

Any particular you saw that's interesting? The latest one of the 150 open positions was posted April 15th.
In my dream were are paid a handsome dividend.
Come on. You said we were like a Tesla or an early apple. These things take time to catch on fire.
If I was JR, I would sue for defamation since the sticky is stated as fact and not opinion.
If I was that poster, I would want it pulled from the sticky.
Lets dream for a second that DAC gets a huge order for BIBs. WSGI doesn't have to do anything. No ramp up, no sourcing, no fulfillment, etc.
It's would be a Mr. Wonderful type of deal in perpetuity . Just collect money.
Ok, back to reality all ready in progress...
Point is, we don't know what's going on. The only thing we know at this point is they are really, really good at keeping secrets.
"There are 3 weaknesses that must be addressed:
1) the negative perception that this company due to prior management - perhaps another holding company should be created to buy this one with a one to one share exchange, and then restructure to enable all clean assets ( both intellectual and physical ) to be separated from the toxic wsgi shell."
Go back and reread your first post (maiden post) on this company. It wasn't too far off nor your suggestion #1. How do you know they didn't listen to you and are acting upon your advice?
Are you saying employees and/or 3rd parties shouldn't post (your opinion) or it's illegal?

I agree. Should be an exciting month and where the focus should be.

Thanks Marla. Now you know who I say I am based on the info I provided and just deleted. Sorry if I ticked off other longs. Just giving a perspective.

You are right on with the numbers. Only reason why this dipped down to the sixes was because AMBS decided to go it alone to maximize profits and increase shareholder value.
The downside was flippers knew they had a nice size window to make some money. That window has closed. This will move back up into the 20 something from here as everything is now in place.
Remember Gerald has never said a RS would be necessary given the catalyst to come and the potential of what they have. His numbers are likely similar to yours.
"With our acquisitions and our recent contract with the Army for our Blimp in a Box™ aerostat systems, we believe that we have a compelling story and we look forward to leveraging DGI's experience, relationships and expertise to increase awareness of the Company both in the industry and in the investment community.
Was she able to raise awareness? NO!

Surprised your post didn't spark any conversations. The study has been going on for awhile with Lympro likely one of the tests.
If so, so what? Are you the scam police. Your logic makes no sense. Why wouldn't you go help the needy if you are so caring. This stock is heavily shorted or there wouldn't be so many bashers. The main reason why I buy more. The more bashing the more buying. I only have .005 cents to lose per share. How much does being short risk.
If there are no shorts. What's all the people doing here that don't own shares. Why are they wasting their time?
The excuses of entertainment, like watching a train wreck, etc are BS. The only excuse I would believe is those folks live in mom's basement, TV is broken, no job and nothing else to do.
If only those Germans could figure out how to short me some more through eTrade.
Thank you. Who's going this year?
