It's a year since they launched UMFun so it looks like the average sign up for the K-12 plan is @ 100k users per month. However they've moved into another province since then as well. We also don't really know how many of those subscribers are now paying members. The introduction of the Speech product may actually swing a subscriber into being a paid up member, so I'm all for it GLTUA @ UMEWF

Point number 2 I wish I had a penny for every CEO who said that they would pay off that debt early and point number 3, no I haven't seen jack since I left because I'm not one of 'those' people who frequent boards when I exit and start negative posting. Yep agreed, consolidation looks to be underway and a chance of a golden cross looming. I need to visit the latest filings that I've missed to see if there's been an improvement on the debt as it seems the recent drop was immediately after the Q2 filing. (It may be just sell the news!)

In my minimal experience, restating of financials is never positive and because of that I think that the conv debt is worse (in all details) than anticipated but I'm obviuosly open to be proved wrong, (and is the reason I haven't entered yet). Hope this works out for you, good luck!
