Great spot, many thanks. Makes a great deal of difference rather than being labelled a 'stinky pinky'. The new exchange gives a feeling of credibility back to ECIG. Fees up front are $2,500 and annual fee is $10k, I would imagine that Phil and Dan have all the necessary disclosures ready to go so I believe it's just a formality before we hit the OTCQB. JMO
