Bring on some contract news Neah. It's time.
Still no shares as of now in my Scottrade account.
Then this is a good deal for NPWZ all the way around. IMO
Hey Spooky, what a ride this has been? lol
Correct me if I am wrong, but they closed the deal with Solcool for a little over 4 milion shares @ .12
This means they have 21,000 shares now.Post split. Of which 11,000 are vested now and could be sold, and 11,000 they must hold for 24 months?
Am I reading this right? Cause 11,000 shares could hurt us, if they dump for csah, but it won't kill us. IMO It seems like a small ammount. And not too much to worry about on top of the obvious.
I wasn't saying it is being shorted. All shares are locked up.
My thought was that, the trades were shorts Having to cover.
Or shares being cleaned up in 1 fashion or another
You don't sound too confident. Why did you wait?
by,
Mr. Bitterman
g/call
Could these sales we are seeing be shorts, or naked shorts covering? Maybe they are just rounding up all the shorts left out there?
Just a thought.
Hey Kuma, How are you? good to see you down here in the slums of IHUB. lol I think that they are very much staying on track.
When they first went after the military, they put a military guy on their board. Then they needed to raise money, and uplist. Boom, Ed Cabrera comes into the picture. Now They bring in Paul Sidlo, who has his own patents in Photovoltaic solar energy, and some serious brains and ambition, Boom again, We close the deal on the solar company.
I see things lining up quite well.
GLTU I am back off to roof.
Chat at ya later.
great points Crosscut. I wonder, and maybe you or someone else can answer this.
How does this change the strike price of the warrant holders?
Before it was .10c If I am not mistaken. Is it $20.00 now?
They sure seem to be pushing it that way.
I am beginning to think this 1/200 was an inteligent move.
The move has given them options and flexability. 2 things they did not have just a few weeks ago, before they had thier successful fuel cell tests.
I am gonna hold on tight here. Still a believer, am I
Time to go roof the house.
Good luck all.
What up Bucks, We just added a Solar company to the revenue stream. Seems coincidental that our newest Board member Paul Sidlo has a backround in Solar. I am feeling better about the situation here now after seeing this deal be completed.
For NPWS, splitting this large, although uncomfortable, virtually gaurantees that they will be able to meet the PPS criteria for an uplist. I think we could see more than 1 foward split in the future. There will be plenty of room to do so.
I believe NPWS is still on track.
Maybe this curveball they just threw ends up right over the outside corner, for called strike 3.
Play ball
I can't help but think that the addition of Paul Sidlo and the completion of the Solcool aquisition have a distinct connection. ??????????
(:
Thanks brother. I just got in. Good trading today. Must be like watching paint dry. lol But up is good. Havn't had a chance to read the PR yet. What do you make of it? Unless you already chimed in, then I will have read it. Looks like there are a few posts to go through today.
Cheers Commander
I am showing 1.7 mil shares outstanding.
How many shares were issued?
Seeking alpha article.
NPWZ and the Shift to the AMEX 0 comments
Jul 28, 2009 03:48 am
Font Size: PrintEmail TweetThis As announced by the company after adding Ed Cabrera to the Board they intend to make a swift move to the AMEX.
"In the last month, NEAH Power has seen significant growth and completion of deliverables. During this time, the company has made two technological breakthroughs in one of the most relevant industries of the future, namely alternate energy," Dr. D'Couto said. "As part of our growth, we anticipate orders and contracts not only in the USA but around the world, and those contracts will lead to a need to finance production. As part of the overall growth and positioning of the company, NEAH will work with Jesup & Lamont to be listed on the American Exchange."
Ed Cabrera is clearly in charge of this move, his history also shows he is the man for the job.
Ed has worked on Wall Street for more than 20 years with investment banks such as Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber and Raymond James & Associates. He has held many positions including investment banker, equity analyst, market strategist and portfolio manager. Since 2003, Ed has focused on providing advisory services and capital market access for emerging growth companies. Ed worked at Merrill Lynch for 11 years as Managing Director and Head of Latin America where he built the top ranked team for the region, according to Greenwich Associates Survey and Latin Finance magazine polls. He was selected for the 2000 Millenium edition of Who's Who In Finance and has been named to the All-America team by Institutional Investor for the quality of work.
Ed has an extensive technical and educational background. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in Engineering and Material Sciences where he graduated with honors. After undergraduate, General Electric hired Ed where he worked in the materials laboratory and in the manufacturing operation. Ed left GE in 1985 and attended Harvard Business School where he graduated with an MBA in 1987.
Now there is a great deal of "positioning" we can all see in relation to the capital structure of the company orchestrated I would imagine by Ed and Jessup & Lamont with the express purpose of relocating the company to the AMEX as fast as possible.
So while a massive 200 to 1 Reverse Split seems a little shocking, surely it must be part of the bigger picture of the move. Perhaps there is a clean up required and an accurate Audit of the share count (horrific task on the OTC) Perhaps there are Investment Funds interested in participating in NPWZ, many of whom have minimum price requirements, Ed and/or Jesup & Lamont might be of the opinion that a certain price point for entry to the AMEX will provide optimum growth for investors.
It maybe a short term structural shift that will be altered post listing on the AMEX, it is always problematic when large numbers of retail investors/day traders enter any stock, and the company wants investors that trade in the $20 range to hold the stock. Paul Allen did an amazing job of growing MSFT by splitting back to the $100 price point for a long time.
I take comfort in the fact that the shares issued for compensation and incentives were all done Pre-Split. Until we see dilution the Reverse Split is simply a price point game, I would be opposed, as would my associates who also hold very large positions, to any unjustified dilution.
I do understand that business can move at a fast pace sometimes, and informing the public can be ignored and not be a priority on any given day. However, being on the "other end" of the position this time, I along with my associates have requested a dedicated Board Member be put in place to properly inform the public of what is happening and protect the interests of the non-insider large holders. (perhaps I will take a little of my own advise at the same time)

I have my reservations, given the way the R/S has been handled so far.
Hopeful suddenly sounds stupid.
The handling of the R/S so far has been a De-boclke
I believe they do. There is also a rumor they are going to do a deal with Walmart.
I'll check out NPWS ... doesnt EXPH have a conference call ?
Morning Tanaka, Weekend was good. looking for NPWS to make a big move this week, Keep a close eye on her. She could go either way, but my gut says up, not down. But then again I am Bias. lol
EXPH, ?????????????? I didn't throw that $100.00 at it. But I should have. I liked the way it traded friday. They are obviously taking it up. But who knows when they will collect on the higher pps. anyones guess.
Best of luck this week.
Morning grafalloy, How you hitting em? Straight and long I hope. lol
So many big weeks in a row in the history of this stock. And here we are again. Maybe the biggest week of them all, with regards to contract speculation, and R/S date. Should be very interesting. I am glad to be holding through this exciting time, and hoping for the best.
GLTU
Fore. lol
Hey Joe, Thanks for the heads up CMTP.
I am of the belief that, NPWS has been doing all the right things. The possibility exists that, they brought Ed Cabrera on to help get rid of old debt. That being the case, He is doing a great job. But I will say thisas I have said before, We have sold well over 25% of the float over the .10c strike price. Someone is buying these shares. Who is buying these shares at this crazy PPS compared to 3 weeks ago? And I can't imagine, that all this buying is comming from the retail investor. We as a whole, would not be able to hold this up with sugnificant selling going on. Yet it holds up day in and day out. And the last couple of PR's appear to be fluff, there was not a ton of selling into them, nor was there a sugnificant drop in the pps.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but from all of the DD I've seen, there is nothing to suggest that NPWS is a scam pump-and-dump stock. Or am I missing something?
I can't. And I don't think your missing anything. My DD tells me the same thing.
Should be an interesting week.
Best of luck to ya
Theres no telling when they will pull the trigger. I would think they would want to have announced a contract, or 2 before.
You still holding?
I'll buy that. Sounds plausable, giving the trading action.
Best of luck to ya
Speaking of Banana's, tonight is biches and hoes night.
Free biches, and free hoes.
Biches and Hoes night.

You have come to the right place for good answers Chainsaw. Although IHUB has a bad reputatuin. It is only a few that were ever the problem. I have found this site to have a better understanding of any particular stock. You could plow through 200 posts on Yahoo, before you get info you can get here by asking a couple of questions.
Slojab has run this board like a true professional, and deserves credtit for that. My hats off to you Slojab. I have the upmost respect for you. Even if I have said different in the past. It is never personal with you, and there in lies your quality, and integrity. And now is a good time to express my thanks.
Cause I might be drunk when I get home tonight, and Lord knows what I might say then. lol
All kidding aside, Thank You Slojab for your dedication here. Very much appreciated.
And for old times sake.
WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Good one. I used to see jesus thumbing all the time.
EXPH little choo-choo
Correct me if I am wrong, When the spread widens here, it apears to me that the shares are getting tighter as well.
But I have also seen times that when the spread increases, folks were selling into it. I am not seeing this as much as we did when it was swinging like crazy.
Anyone else prescribe to this theroy?
Are there any EXPH players here? Big action over there.
Thats a good $100.00 lotto at this level, yes? no?
Could do another spongebob square dance?
