Charts,
Your post tells me that you have been listening very carefully and taking good notes.
Overall, I think you have pieced together the past very well.
So let me ask your opinion:
What do we do at this point?
We have money being sucked out from inside the company.
We have a great amount of assets that could be worked by the right management.
We would probably be cashflow positive if we got rid of some people.
Why do you think we have a chance here? And I am not criticizing. I am honestly trying to get a handle on this as are many others.
Have you seen this type of thing before in other companies?
How did it work out?
Thanks for your input. You are definitely one of the good guys in my book!
OMG.
I really think this guy is retarded.
Honestly.
No joke.
Here's a crazy thought.
Maybe a buyer or suitor of BDGR is trying to keep the price down for purchase AND make everyone want to dump Lanza.
I have to say, I needed and do not need any prodding to dump Lanza.
But, anyone who has been here for a while knows ALL ABOUT LANZA. And to suggest that any of us trust him shows complete ignorance.
For the new readers and/or investors to BDGR:
Lanza in my humble opinion can't go soon enough from the company.
That being said, BDGR has many assets.
There is a lot of potential here with new management in control.
If an offer is tendered, accept nothing less than close to $1.00/share because that is approximately what we are worth. The audit should confirm this.
We could be a $2 $5 $10 or $20+ stock in the months and years to come with new management.
We are in a battle royale for our money right now.
Anyone with sense will understand that Lou is our representative. He will live and die by the same successes or failures that we as investors have since he is one of us.
Anyone stupid enough to listen to the drivel coming from the bashers deserves what they get.
Stick around long enough and you will know who the real voices of reason are here.
Don't ever EVER think that I in any way support you.
You are a paid basher. Your idiocy is legendary.
Lou is doing just fine.
It is you who are going to hell for being a liar and a rat.

Let's see:
Get up,
Listen to some music
Have a good meal
Watch a good movie
Spend other people's money
Sleep at night because you have no conscience. The last time you had any moral fiber you treated it as a tumor and had it cut out!
At least on that much I agree with you. But what are you doing about AB?
"sowhat" is just a paid basher. His/her/its cut and paste opinion means nothing here either way.
"Thank you soso for promoting honesty and transparency,i.e., authenticity."
Yes, thank you both for littering the board with both of your collective B.S.
Hey Jmap, how is Adam Barnett? Can you say that YOU HAVE BEEN HONEST AND TRANSPARENT?
Last I heard Barnett pushed your share count in OMDA up to between 4 and 10 BILLION shares. How do you like owning a stock that is worth .0001?
How do you like owning a stock in a company who's only last desperate hope is a summary judgement against Lanza?
Why haven't you been asking Adam the hard questions?
Why has he been diluting your stock?
Why has he NOT been pumping oil?
Why does he have a reputation as a professional lawsuitor?
You wouldn't happen to think he had an axe to grind with Lanza or BDGR do you? NAH!
Pathetic.
BADRGUY, I mean ACCURATE, I mean AMICUS, I mean SOSO, not only are you VASTLY wrong about a great many things, you cut and paste just like the other fellows and have the same expressions they do.
You are a level 3 basher (the least sophisticated and lowest paid). Funny how you tell everyone they are going to burn in hell when it would most certainly be you who will fry if such an option exists.
The cold hard truth is that there are people who will steal, lie, and rob you without an ounce of regret.
You are one of those people trying to poke your head above the herd. You may think you are running with the bulls, but you are scuttling with the rats.
But you do keep us entertained. I have to admit. It's like watching an episode of "Cops" with a guy staggering down the street with a bottle of Thunderbird in his hand saying, "I'm not as think as you drunk I am officer!"
Any news?
Tbird, how about answering my questions? Care to share? Much appreciated!
Well, what kind of offer are you expecting in an aquisition of BDGR?
Are you aware of any particular suitors?
Are we talking the .70 cents to 1.00 dollar range we keep seeming to come up with?
What is your angle on buyout offers if you wouldn't mind sharing.
I for one couldn't care less about how it happens, just that we get fair value for our shares.
Care to elaborate?
Thanks!
Or maybe Lanza should step down as interim president and we can have Mike Ellis step in.
He will give us credibility, and we will give him an oil company and our support to execute his plan at increasing recovery and initiating new deep well initiatives.
I believe the share holders would be well served and Lanza could go back to being in control of his operator companies.
Win/win/win for all. I would support such a move.
"I believe it would be equitable for you to engage in a bidding process for the potential Operators of Black Dragon’s wells. I strongly suggest you consider this option, and request you do so, in conjunction with the Board of Directors. Doing so, would put to rest any potential conflicts, perceived or existing."
First off, thanks for taking the initiative Mars.
I would like to write and send a certified letter to Mr. Lanza as well addressing potential (even if it is only percieved) conflict of interest of his presidency of Black Dragon AND his ownership of the operators companies.
I believe that if other oil companies are profitable at 1/3 the output of Black Dragon, I would like to put the servicing up to competitive bid and use a (at least by appearance) more efficient operator.
I think it would be a good idea if we joined Mars in his sentiment. Any takers?
I fully agree with your letter Mars and will send the same request if you do not hear from Lanza this week.
Mars, can you post your letter to Lanza?
Hey Charts! Thanks for the support. Much appreciated. Welcome back!
Do you really think I don't know who you are?
What if I was asking just to see if you have come clean?
So let me ask you this:
If an audit is finally under way, but the PR's are not true, then won't that make BDGR look like an underperformer when the audit comes back vs. their PR's.
Why would they do such a thing? Now I ask this because we have seen some crazy PR info coming out over the past couple of years which does not add up.
And why is a guy like Mike Ellis there now if not because of some kind of change at BDGR. Before, they said a lot of things and did not do them. Now they seem to have a real engineer there. Why would they do that if he was not there to increase production?
Even if the PR's are overblown, which I personally think they are, how could they reconcile outright lies in stated PR's about drilling new wells? How does a company benefit from this.
At this point, it's hardly worth shorting the stock. There is so much more upside potential from legitimate work than from lies. So what is going on in your opinion?
Wow, something must be really eating away at you local. You are very touchy lately.
Something you would like to share?
How do you know that is our rig sitting out there?
Are you saying that the information on drilling new wells is a lie? Is that publicly confirmable?
How about the roads? How do they look?
How about telling people you are going to meet up with them when you won't verify your identity with anyone here for fear of some kind of phantom retribution from the oil industry down there?
All very cloak and dagger.
Last week you "confirmed" the audit was indeed being done.
Now are you going on record to confirm that our rig is not drilling? Are you also going to confirm that no drilling is going on with BDGR?
Why all the games?
It would be "dense" of me to trust you in any way, shape, or form.
You have readily admitted in the past that you have your own agenda and that you are not here at 11pm on a Sunday night or for any other of the LARGE amount of time, just out of the goodness of your heart.
I don't recall asking for your help. Others here are happy to talk with you and get your opinion. But if I want your opinion or help, I will ask for it, thank you very much.
And the other things I have asked for from you about what your angle is were not provided. Therefore, your word means as much to me as certain other people here, which is almost nothing.
Ok Sybil,
Which is it today? Trashing BDGR or defending it?
Going to drive out and have me take your word?
No thanks.
Marsinvest,
Did you get a response from Lanza to your certified letter you sent?
Would you be willing to post the letter you sent to Lanza here if he has not responded (or even if he has)?
I agree heartily with your post, likwit.
And to those who are digging in the publicly verifiable arena, they already know that things are changing for BDGR.
For lazy people who just want to complain, they should sell and move on. Or they are bashers hired to keep the price down.
Again, you prove how far you are out of the loop.
Let me quote you an ad for long distance from the late 80's that I think sums things up:
Phone rings next to a woman sleeping in bed with the lights off:
Ring, ring!!!
Woman (very groggy): "Hello?"
Male voice on the phone (very chipper): "Hello? Darene? This is Harry! How are you doin? Hey, I just got this new long distance plan! It's great! As long as I call at these hours, I am saving a TON of money!"
Woman: "Harry?"
Voice: "Yeah, Darlene?"
Woman: "I know how I can save you even more money."
Voice: "REALLY? How's that?"
Woman hangs up the phone turns off the light, rolls over and goes back to sleep.
Click.
"Spunky, here is a thought for you. Dragon began the month with 10,300 barrels in the tank. If they could just bring themselves to ship half of it, that would be 5,150. Now, if they could just pump the same 8,600 they claimed for last month and ship just half of that, that would be 4,300. Combined that gets us to 9,450 barrels for August.
Seems doable!
So tell me, what do you think the excuse will be this month?
Looks to me like BD is trying to pump this thing up for one last run before the court date in September."
Why are you asking me this? I am no more interested in excuses than anyone else here. Excuses don't make money on the stock.
I think I've made it perfectly clear what or who I think is the problem at BDGR.
I wish...
If I had the money, I would buy controlling interest and kick Lanza out on his arse.
Then I would pay subject matter experts like Mike Ellis to do what they do best.
I would put up the servicing of the contracts out to competative bid.
Finally, I would get an audit and PV-10 report done and get financing to do deep horizontal drilling on the properties I had deep rights.
Bang.
Money to be made in spades.
Then we would have a yearly share holder party where we danced on the ashes of Jayne Lanza's restaurant.
3 guesses...
Better a late than never.
To add to your analysis Mav, there is also an unintended side effect going on that I find works in our favor.
Remember that a lot of assets were bought from entities with BDGR stock. And much of it was bought when the stock was much higher.
As the individuals and companies cash their stock in, we, as investors are capturing our own assets by buying said stock at pennies on the dollar!
Assuming that the float does not increase substantially and the recipients of stock have unloaded it, we have gotten in many cases, a 90% discount on our assets (!!!)
I know that was not the plan, but it makes us debt free with a large drilling property base. What other oil company of this size can say that? Even if we overpaid for the properties in the past, the 90% discount has to bring it back to a positive acquisition for the company.
Personally, I believe that July was a month of generating and selling shares for cash, as opposed to people selling stock. If we can arrest that situation, we as a company are debt free and as share holders- in the driver's seat for a merger, buyout, or developing our assets from within.
We are going through a transformation. And like any transformation in a company, you have the "old guard" and the new management. There lies the battle we fight.
Mark my words, you get certain people out of BDGR and you will magically see a profit NOW.
And you will also see an up and coming domestic oil company sitting in the middle of the greatest oil shortage we have ever known on this planet.
Someone said this could be a $20 stock. It could be more than that. This is completely possible. But first things first, we have to clean house.
Another thing that I have been mulling for a long time is that there are two hard cold potential realities about BDGR:
1. Things will never get better for the shareholders and the money sunk into this company will dissipate like a dust devil across a lonely highway. But I console myself with the fact that, in that event there will be other angry and equally motivated people to mount some kind of Hamurabi inspired attack on the principals.
2. This is one of the few times in your life that you will have a serious shot at making literally a MILLION+ dollars off of your shares for a play of $50-$60 thousand/ potential 1 million at our most conservative speculation.
And with the help of other fine, intelligent and honest people, we have a shot at steering this beast in the right direction. There is also the outside chance of making 20x to 30x 40x 50x or MORE on your investment.
That means for every thousand dollars you lay down, you could reap 10-30k conservatively speaking. And we know what the major obstacle is.
Those are good odds. But not for the feint of heart and the languid. I'm all in!
For what it's worth, when MED announces earnings, I am out (of MED)- good or bad.
With those proceeds, I plan to buy more BDGR if I see progress on a removal of Lanza. IMHO if he is gone, we go north like gangbusters for many reasons.
I will probably double my position in BDGR once I get out of MED. The next two weeks will give us a good idea of where things are headed.
This is not a recommendation to buy, but a commitment to what I feel is a SEVERELY undervalued stock right now.
Luck to the longs!
Charts, you are a good guy and you have support here. Let's leave it at that.
Good luck!
Charts and 57tbird,
You are both bullish on BDGR.
What's the problem here?
Save the punches for reorganization of BDGR. We still have work to do here before we all cash in.
Thanks!
Right on Mars.
Now where have we heard that expression before....
Badrguy/Amicus/Accurate?
Did they all just get a nickel for that?
Well, something must be going on to have the hornets nest so active in trying to bash.
I couldn't help but notice the same "coincidence". This guy has to go ----NOW!
"Spunky, why don't you answer my questions instead of trashing me. And I strongly suspect I got more invested in this company than you. "
The VERIFIABLE answer to this question will establish whether you even belong here to ask any questions.
How could you possibly know how much or little I have invested in this company, much less that you have more.
If you have so much invested in this company then where were you over the past year when we put together an action plan that is still in motion to fix our company and make us money?
That is how I know you are full of expelliarmus.
Again, here is your last buck from me in sympathy for your $5.15/hour burger flipping job. But don't fret, minimum wage is going up by about .50 cents soon. You will be able to rent an extra movie a month from Blockbuster now. Have a great weekend shift!
Look up my posts and tell me where it says I EVER trusted Lanza.
My position: If you don't like BDGR, then sell your shares and get out. How is that pumping? How is that protecting Lanza?
jmap, you forget who has been here for a long time. And I saw your posts on the OMDA board. You totally support every known basher here: Here are some of your posts in relation to known bashers:

c'mom omog you can do it! don't count this one out yet ;)
Hey brainiac,
jmap is an OMDA pumper. Every once in a while they come over here to look at the greener pastures and try to litigate a piece of it.
Like I said before, you prove your ignorance (and your basher intentions) with every post.
Let it never be said that I am unmerciful. I must have put a good 3-5 bucks in your pocket by replying to you today.
Also, the fact that you call me a BDGR pumper is pretty hilarious. But then again, why are you here?
I'll ask you this question once more and you will pretend like it was never said, like every other time it has been asked:
How many BDGR shares do you own?
If you want transparency, then give some.
"Who does number 2 work for?"
"WHO DOES NUMBER 2 WORK FOR???"
LOL and yes, I am LOL'ing at you, not with you.
P.S. Charts, I think he's the 1% guy, not the 2% guy.
He doesn't owe you a g*d d*mned thing. He is providing answers as a courtesy.
Go ahead and call Malone & Bailey. Then we will get Lou to get your identity and see if you really are a shareholder or a paid burger flipper.
And if you impersonate someone else, you will be guilty of pretexting which is, of course, illegal.
So go ahead. I for one welcome your attempt. Because you will just dig your own hole, basher.
"Next thing will be the revelation that soso and accurate are disjoined siamese twins."
Disjoined at the head, each only getting half of an already atrophied brain.
Flip on, burger twins, flip on!
I think I may do just that.
It would also be good for others to file as it makes such a complaint harder to ignore.
To all (not you Mars),
You know throwing out untrue written statements about people here is called libel and it can be prosecuted in civil court.
Also, companies have successfully sued people for untrue libelous statements as well. All it takes to begin the process is a complaint to ihub followed by a subpoena for the IP records to backtrack your location and employer.
I'm sure he is joking, millionaire. I mean, who could take those two newbies seriously.
Does it make sense that two people come out of the woodwork and tag team negativity and try to bury meaningful posts with drivel because they ARE shareholders?
How about discrediting Lou, or anyone on this board that sees supports or is helping positive changes to be made.
It makes much more sense that they shorted the stock when it hit eleven or better yet, are employed by third party companies that got BDGR shares to liquidate and they want it to go to zero on their short positions (double dipping as it were).
Old hands here know the game.
New hands should take heart. When these guys show up at this point, it just reaffirms that things are changing for the better and they are scared for their short positions or corporate raiding bosses.
Go longs and go Lou!
Go MARS!
And thank you for sending said letter. The point is taking action to make things better which is what some of us, and especially Lou have been trying to do.
Best regards!
