It has to be news that will bring revenues and gross profits to BKMP anything less than that IMHO wont do. They need Cash FLow!! For Example - Blackout Media signs agreement to acquire 49% of the Boxing which will bring in $500k per month to BKMP . something to that effect.

Dilution is ok as long as its no excessive and as long as it adds value revenue ect ect to the company. Pawson has done well so far with the exception of this 10QSB debacle

I would be upset if they diluted and have nothing to show for it. They diluted and added millions in assets and revenues. this isnt a stock like some of the POS companies you buy into

Let him say what he wants. the only thing he has to use is his usual Dilution story. 116 million O/S is still very low for OTC/Pinks. look at all the companies with billions of shares in the float they dont have the assets that CBAY has. When management gets their act together CBAY will fly no doubt about it.

As I said earlier in the day most of the action came from UBSS and NITE (Retail Investors/traders) that got spooked and or not patient enough. CBAY has Over $100 million in Real Estate assets nuff said :)

Bud dont be surprised if we end up finding out that The TFN clothing line is all being made in a malaysian sweat shop that's run by these guys too.
