Yes, and not only I but many shareholders, after the fact, have a lot of reservations
about KAA and the old BOD and what they did.

If preferred are converted to common I will be happy to have them. Who knows
perhaps the AHCD shares also issued to every shareholder will also start trading.

But if current BOD decides to cancel them, I wont lost any sleep over it.

The legality of their original issue IMO. Just more of the KAA bs to string shareholders along while
taking care of himself.

I will take responsibility of Jacks post about the 10Q. I talked with Gary Mays and according to him it
was released yesterday p.m. I was on the road and passed that information to Jack about its
release. Will visit with Gary today to find out what happened.

Campe No offense intended. Does anyone know what is happening? A lot of people throw a lot
of inuendos and wild thoughts out and profess them to be the gospel. I certainly do not
know. Just curious to know if you or anyone knows whats really going on. I was interested
in the Gibson - Potts thing you recently posted. Any facts or just speculation?

I agree there is no excuse for late filings and delays are usually caused by problems within the company
that are not good. Not only that but another Q is upon the company and they are still working on the
late one.

On Friday, I was advised that the 10Q was completed and was forwarded to the attorney for submission
which they hoped would not take but a day or so.

Dejected - same here - I contacted corporate my sentiment about failing to get the financials out on time
and falling to the pink sheets. The reports are recurring and everyone knows what needs to be done
and when. There is simply no excuse. At least they know what I think about it.
