Thats a great article.. Bill should get with the author and see about getting something written about the Ranch, Estate Grown Weedery.. maybe a good chance at getting some exposure for the company.. Bill is onto something here i think with this Weedery concept.

LiveWire Ergogenics Twitter Update
livewireLVVV
Following Following @livewireLVVV
Just about finished with the LiveWire Shareholders-update letter. Working on many things simultaneously, but all within the focus of building a strong company with revenue, branding and IP. Team is getting stronger. Looking forward to great things to come...
Yah, that marker is definitely off lol... it’s just above that marker though it looks like on that map
Seriously? Clueless comes to mind LOL. address shows on the post...I snapped the photos and sent it to Bill....and Bill said it’s the back entrance to the nursery...look at the photos on Twitter showing the front side...pretty obvious it’s the two buildings to the left from what I see...
Thanks for the validation!

Exactly, thats one thing I got out of visiting the ranch.. LOTS of moving parts here, at some point this is all going to unfold and explode in a good way. Bill has WAY to much at stake for this to fail. Also remember, he has friends and family even invested in this company, holding at .30 per share. I have no doubt in my mind, Bill is a WORK HORSE, doing all he can to make this a successful business.
I am shooting for another mil in shares before end of summer myself.

GREAT NEWS!! LVVV!! As expected, they continue to push forward with the business plan. Distribution Locked & Loaded... LOTS of things are happening in the background here, this is a GREAT entry point at these levels, or average down even.. LOAD & HOLD imo, we know how fast this can move..
Im thinking Shareholder update is coming soon, im sure he drafted something up to be reviewed and submitted here shortly imo.
$LVVV FTW
IF it happened to drop that low, it would be short lived for sure imo..and wouldn’t hinder the UpList.
There WILL be revenue in this next Q, and it will be increasing exponentially every Q there after imo. I will take some 009s as well however lol
Nice catch Romans....getting the name out there.. just noticed, it may have been better suited to state 7 X Pure Certified, vs just “& 7X Pure”
He didn't give me an exact time, neither did Cliff.. But you can call or email either of them and ask as well.
Application for the State License at the Nursery has since been applied for.. its a waiting game.. Likewise, the same will be going thru for the Ranch after it goes thru the Local Permits, which is being worked on ATM.
Again, Bill should be releasing a Shareholder Update of all affairs in the coming weeks.

“CBD for jumping horses and a dope smoking retreat, I haven't figured out yet.”
LOL..really. You can look at it that way, or you could think it may have been needed to do something else...maybe a grant or something similar? Or just as a requirement for the property? It’s part of the Williamson Act, Ag area...There is definitely more to it imo. He was talking about converting all the stables in separate clone rooms...each holding its own strain specific strain etc....Think there were like 20 or more stalls...
Sooo, It don’t seem to me we are gonna be seeing any horses on that ranch..lol... he is looking at getting growers, extractors , everything for a complete turn key operation....with Robles feeding it...
$LVVV
There are a lot of moving parts here, for sure...but one thing I took out of my visit was that in a nut shell...he got all the pieces to the puzzle, he just needs to put it all together now, focusing his energy on getting things moving at the ranch and nursery..
He said Cliff and Kyle are running Coachella, which frees his time for the ranch and nursery. I strongly believe we will be seeing things starting to fall into place at some point here.. this is all new to the city of Robles, so Bill is making sure they work closely with them to do things right...to set an example per say..
They also have secured 60 strains already...it can take upwards of a year to secure one strain ( they have over 150 total strains )..3 PODS in Coachella, of which is also part of the strain vault..when Robles is ready they can transplant many over to the nursery under Kyles supervision...
As I said earlier, I think next Q will be refreshing, and revs should be increasing exponentially every Q after imo.
$LVVV
Part of the reason why Gilbert agreed to sell him that portion of the ranch was to also maintain the lease for the nursery... 25k month for the nursery, and then paying on a 6 million ranch....How do you think he is going to pay for all this? Why do nothing with 400 acres of prime property? There is no way I would believe Gilbert would do this deal with him if he didn’t believe in his business plan.. LOTS of pressure for Bill to perform here imo...
It would make sense too open some of that acreage up to growing hemp....he has water rights that MUST be used...also he mentioned something about the city starting classes for the local farmers in the area on growing hemp.. makes me wonder if Bill could possibly offer up some space for the city to hold these classes for the local farmers.. this could get LVVV a shoe in for hemp grow on the ranch, and maybe they can also buy the hemp from the other growers... grow hemp, buy hemp and convert it all at the ranch...tied into the nursery, it could be a complete turnkey operation there...
Thats what im thinking... We have had ZERO dilution since FEB of this year, the O/S has not changed any at all. Just a release of restricted shares i have noticed is it. So things are moving and operating all this time, funding must be there. Which would make sense if he is flush like that.
The Ranch is REAL, The business is REAL, the State Licenses are REAL, these are facts. We now just need to see all this realized into $$ as an operational business bringing in Revenues.
As I stated earlier, next Q should be refreshing imo, and only continue to grow exponentially quarter after quarter there after.

US lawmakers look to legalize pot in 'historic' marijuana reform hearing
The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security debated marijuana reform.
Reforming weed laws is gaining momentum in Congress.
Some want lawmakers to focus pot law reform on racial and social equity.
U.S. lawmakers weighed reforming pot laws in what advocates called a "historic" hearing Wednesday, with numerous members of Congress saying they wanted to loosen federal laws, even legalize marijuana.
"Marijuana decriminalization may be one of the very few issues upon which bipartisan agreement can still be reached in this session," said Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif., adding "it ought to be crystal clear to everyone that our laws have not accomplished their goals."
Eleven states have legalized adult recreational use and a majority of Americans support legalization. A number of bills are on the table that would reform federal marijuana laws. The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security sought input on how to reform federal laws in a hearing Wednesday titled "Marijuana Laws in America: Racial Justice and the Need for Reform."
"There is a growing consensus in this country that current marijuana laws are not appropriate and we must consider reform," said Rep. Karen Bass, D-Calif. "Today's hearing is a first step in that process."
Despite the optimism, lawmakers did not appear to have a clear consensus on the best approach, such as whether to give states the right to legalize on their own, remove marijuana from schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act, legalize it or include promote social and racial equity in marijuana laws.
The STATES Act is among the most popular cannabis bills. It would amend the Controlled Substances Act and exempts state-approved marijuana activity from federal enforcement.
Proponents say the legislation would eliminate federal concerns in states where marijuana is legal. Yet some say the bill does not go far enough because it does not address any racial or social concerns.
"We need to reinvest in those individuals and those communities that have been disproportionately impacted [by marijuana prohibition]," Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby told the committee. "The STATES Act does not do that, and that's one of the reasons why I'm opposed to it."
Malik Burnett, Chief Operating Officer of multi-state cannabis operator Tribe Companies and former cannabis policy advisor, warned lawmakers that while white people are making money in the growing industry, minorities in other parts of the country are impoverished because of drug policy. Representatives asked for suggestions on policies to combat this.
Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., a co-sponsor of the STATES Act in the House, urged lawmakers to support the bill even though it does not go as far as some would like, saying it could be a first step toward legalization.
"My deep concern is that concerns over how far to go on some of the restorative elements in our policy could divide our movement," he said.
Justin Strekal, political director of the marijuana advocacy group NORML, applauded the subcommittee for holding the hearing.
"Today was a historic day in the fight to end federal marijuana criminalization," he said in a statement. "Members of both political parties demonstrated a desire to reform our nations failed policy of prohibition and the only disagreement was how, not if."
But even if reform gains momentum in the Democratically controlled House, it's likely to face a tougher battle in the Republican-controlled Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell opposes marijuana legalization.
Yes of course, millions upon millions is coming our way...jump in : )

Just that they applied Gosox, Its an annual now they have to get, so im sure it will be addressed however in Bill's upcoming Shareholder letter addressing questions Romans sent him.
duh, there are plenty of photos of the ranch and do you really think im going to post a personal picture of myself at the ranch on this site?? LOL! I was in FACT there, toured the ranch and everything. I flew from NC to CA to do this, and spend time with my wife on Vaca.. We flew into SF, and then drove to Paso Robles from there.. We spent the night at the Paso Robles INN and then head out the next morning..
$LVVV
Bottom line is Bill just isnt big with giving numbers out.. he seems to be against it for some reason, and believe me, I HARPED on him about it.. lol
"this quarter should be refreshing imo, and only continue to grow exponentially quarter after quarter"
Also, they have 3 PODS working in Coachella, they also contain the strain vault, which they are being diligent in securing these genetics..around 60 active strains now. Also New website should be up in a few days from what Cliff said, 7xclones.com
As busy as it sounds there, I am quite sure Cultivators are wanting a higher number of clones as their facilities expand. Who better to accommodate those needs than 7X Pure Clones from LVVV??
$LVVV
After spending time touring the ranch, and driving by the Robles location... yes, absolutely. Its all legit from what i see, and all they are wanting to do. Could it fail? Sure, like anything else.. But i am more than confident they are trying to build something big here.
$LVVV
Maybe if your a flipper, but for a Long Term investor, LVVV is CLEARLY adding up. : )
$LVVV FTW
Yeah, and all it’s profit must also be reported through LVVV as well...not just whatever you want..it doesn’t work that way..once again, discussed many times...not hard to understand
YW, It ended up being a great trip, both on the LVVV front, and just having a good little vaca with the Wife. We spent a night in Robles (Stayed at the Robles INN) just noticed the advertisement on here. lol. Then drove to Morrow Bay for the day, up Hwy 1 to Santa Cruz for the night, then up to the Big Basin Forest, and then last few days in SF.
$LVVV
There will always be grow operations here...Period..and then once it gets legal on a federal level, maybe NC can replace all those tobacco fields with MJ! LoL.
Anyways, it’s all gonna be moot at some point anyways imo.. All we need is for Bill to get the wheels turning on this business, grow it big as he can, and then wait for a big boy too come in and buy them out once things get legal on a federal level.
LOL.. no tastings, but I did go to a dispensary in SF.. I sent Bill the below and told him something was missing from this packaging. 7X PURE??
This is where i can see the programming aspect of it all comes into play.. A BarCode, scan it with your phone and get the entire history.. Soil to Oil. Know what your buying!

Here’s where the big money in marijuana stocks will be made
Published: Jul. 3, 2019, 8:43 a.m. EDT
When the U.S. government legalizes marijuana, national pot brands will sprout
What’s your view on marijuana stocks? My investment-management firm has a great front-row view of the marijuana industry, as Colorado was one of the earlier U.S. states to legalize marijuana. Here’s our opinion: Making money on marijuana (cannabis with high content of intoxicating THC) and hemp (cannabis that contains low content of THC) will be extremely difficult — except perhaps in one specific area.
You don’t want to own growers. There is a good reason why pot is called weed — it is a weed. You cannot name us a single company that is the best and most profitable parsley, basil, or cilantro grower, and for good reason — these are commodities. So is marijuana. Though there are temporary abnormal profits to be captured when growing cannabis, it is restricted and tightly zoned. Once marijuana is more widely legalized and zoning laws are relaxed, capitalism kicks into high gear and excess profits get squeezed out of the system. There is no competitive advantage that can be achieved and then sustained in growing cannabis.
Then there are the medical applications — the stories we hear make you want to consume CBD (hemp extract) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But handicapping winners and losers in this space is difficult — a few listed companies currently trade at astronomical, dot-com-like valuations.
If indeed there are medical benefits from pot or hemp extracts, pharmaceutical companies, which have plenty of experience in conducting clinical trials, marketing, and bringing medicine to consumers, will be the ones to profit. The medical marijuana space right now looks just like dot-coms in the late 1990s: a few companies will succeed, but they’ll only be obvious with the benefit of hindsight. Most of these stocks, simply due to their astronomical valuations, will end up having a date with their maker.
Finally, you have branded recreational products. In fact, this is where the real money is going to be made. There is not much difference between marketing recreational pot and cigarettes. Again, you cannot name a wealthy tobacco grower, because tobacco, just like marijuana or hemp, is a commodity. All the value in cigarettes is captured by branded cigarette companies.
U.S. states that have legalized marijuana are collecting additional tax revenues and to some degree are reaping extra benefits at the expense of the states that have yet to legalize, as they attract marijuana “tourists” from other states where pot is still illegal.
Today recreational marijuana is legal in 10 states and medical use is legal in 23 states. Legalization for medical use has historically been the first baby step to full legalization. In a few years it’s likely that more than two-thirds of the states will have legalized marijuana.
With many states legalizing marijuana, the floodgates are open more widely, and at some point the dam will burst, as people realize the absurdity of law that makes pot legal in this or that state but illegal on the federal level. For example, recreational marijuana is legal in both Nevada and California — adjacent states — but transporting pot between the two is illegal because the federal government controls interstate commerce.
So it is really a question of when, not if, the federal government legalizes marijuana. Then it will be possible to build national pot brands. Cigarette companies are the best-equipped to be major players here. They know how to grow (or at least deal with farmers who grow) and distribute that other “weed” — tobacco. They are also great at manufacturing and marketing. They have enormous capital that they are burning to put to work. Marijuana may give them another lease on life, since their core tobacco business surely looks like a melting ice cube as cigarette smoking in the U.S. and Europe continues to decline.
For the record, he also did in fact say.. There will be NO other acquisitions, etc... Now is time to focus on building everything we have in place, Ranch, Robles, Coachella, etc.. Also there is NO CHANCE of any R/S happening either.
$LVVV
btw, He did say he was going to have a Shareholder update answering all the questions submitted, he didn’t say exactly when other than he will do it shortly..
I will add things as I recall them..lol.. we were there for a good bit and he even cooked us up some grub! : )

Coachella was a ways away from Paso, and we were coming from SF already so my wife wasnt too keen on driving another 3 hours or so to see MJ growing. lol. Bill said that he is letting Cliff and Kyle run things down there and all is moving along well. He said they are still going to Up List but didnt give me any specifics surrounding it..
Overall, I am feeling pretty good.. He was definitely excited about everything, and more than happy to show me around the ranch. He said there is a lot of interest and he has been setting up appointments for 3rd party operators to come out and give their business plans, and to see if they have a fit, I could tell he isnt just taking anyone there, but is wanting to be selective to whomever they allow on the ranch to operate, and is in no rush to do so either, he mentioned the City is new to all this and wants to be sure that whatever they do, is all by the book, and more business like and professional.. vs. what one would typically think of someone is like selling MJ..
In a nutshell, they have all the structures in place, offices, buildings, grow space, etc.. lots of land Even for HEMP.. They have water rights on that land which is HUGE.. But they also MUST use the water.. Its a USE IT OR LOSE IT type deal with the water rights. He pointed out across the way, a section where Gilbert owned, was watering a few hundred acres of some high end type grass apparently just to maintain the water rights.. Similarly they have to do the same with this ranch so various outdoor grows and HEMP even would make sense.
Business is moving along great is what he told me and we should see an increase in revenues in the coming quarters. This is what i am expecting to see forthcoming.
Per the PRs given.. Clone sales and Distribution. I am expecting something on the upcoming Q report to reflect this.
That’s hot, lol...but the humidity is really low too..dry heat.. it can hit a hundred here in Charlotte, but with 70-90% humidity, now THAT is unbearable... instantly sweating soon as u walk outside lol
A bunch I’m thinking due to the requirements needed to be met by having them in the grow areas...placing the offices outside alleviated all those requirements is the way I understood it.
I didn't have time to get out to the nursery..was at the ranch from 5-10 and then we had to leave the next day...I did drive by it though on our way out the next morning and snagged a photo of the back side..gate there and locked... but saw a few work trucks there..some equipment..etc...will post it tomorrow. He said they are building it out but had to change the plans so the offices will be outside the structure instead of inside as originally planned.
Just came back actually..he gave me a tour of the ranch basically...this place is really SWEET and I can definitely see where they are headed with it.. basically everything there is structurally in place and set for the various aspects of the business to take place.. he said they have been and are interviewing potential candidates to set up shop there.. so its looking like this is more of a partnership venture they are looking for with other businesses than one of just LVVV doing on their own.
Also..he did say cliff and Kyle are running Coachella now..so he can focus on getting the nursery and ranch moving along I presume.
