Overall, I am feeling pretty good.. He was definitely excited about everything, and more than happy to show me around the ranch. He said there is a lot of interest and he has been setting up appointments for 3rd party operators to come out and give their business plans, and to see if they have a fit, I could tell he isnt just taking anyone there, but is wanting to be selective to whomever they allow on the ranch to operate, and is in no rush to do so either, he mentioned the City is new to all this and wants to be sure that whatever they do, is all by the book, and more business like and professional.. vs. what one would typically think of someone is like selling MJ..

In a nutshell, they have all the structures in place, offices, buildings, grow space, etc.. lots of land Even for HEMP.. They have water rights on that land which is HUGE.. But they also MUST use the water.. Its a USE IT OR LOSE IT type deal with the water rights. He pointed out across the way, a section where Gilbert owned, was watering a few hundred acres of some high end type grass apparently just to maintain the water rights.. Similarly they have to do the same with this ranch so various outdoor grows and HEMP even would make sense.
