sorry to see ya go poboy...we'll miss having you around.
With all the disappointed flippers and daytraders not getting much out of this stock, I'm surprised the dumping hasn't plummeted the PPS...which shows there is a strong foundation out there. But if you aren't comfortable and have better places to put your money, why spend the time and wait with PBLS?
I, for one, am waiting. The DD still points to this stock being heavily undervalued
Great article posted on the AMEP board that applies directly to PBLS's oil futures:

I'll bet the KY and WY ventures are on the ticket as well!
thanks for the pics Robinhood! A positive look at the small operation perspective is not that it's a small operation, but that it has very low operational cost :)...that might explain the cash being used for acquisitions.
odd that we're seeing a selloff *prior* to the PR, don'cha think?
Welcome Cap'n :) Good to have ya aboard. There is also an off-topic PBLS board at

they also talk alot of football...

nah, not yet...after duelittle2's post I put the caution clothes on and started researching again. So far I'm not leaning in the scam direction, though some of the symptoms appear to be there. The absence of audited financials really hurts, though...
someone help me analyze this:

which ProGas is it? (or is it both?)

Any bets John Burge is a friend of Alonzo?
Can anyone think of a good reason to keep the TA gagged?
Well, if they are buying back it would make sense for them to do that...that way they could continuously buyback at low prices, sell +30%, and re-buyback at original prices.
it takes 90-120 days to get approval from the SEC after filing
holy cow...nearly a million dumped in 2 minutes...what's going on?
Should be an interesting week....I believe we'll hear a proper PR about the ProGas acquisition. I'm a little behind on the ProGas DD....any juicy tidbits out there? -griz
On a side note, I think everyone was too hard on duelittle2. A post like that reminds us that this is a stock and not a magical fantasy land where half-naked angels fly around and pass out pizza and beer. Yes, it was posted on qbid, but it applies to every pink out there, and btw happens to fit the surface pattern of PBLS's moves this past two months.
Why should one apply that post to PBLS? Precisely to find ways to debunk it's application to PBLS! This should generate positive discussion about how PBLS differs from that pattern of behavior one sees in many pinks. If PBLS does not stand up to it than that's proof that we've invested in the wrong stock.
Instead his post generated fear, criticism, and makes me believe that many on this board don't believe in PBLS, and the investing foundation is shaky.
Education is NEVER a bad thing, particularly in such a world as stock investment, and even moreso with the pinks. Let's all try to be friends...
I've been an IT guy for over 7 years...pebblers feel free to PM me on IT issues and I'll be happy to offer advice pro bono...pnew send me a PM and let me know what you are having problems with :)
Guys, I'm as long as anyone...
I could've gone the rest of the day without reading that. Thanks
they can be on the SHO now if they wanted to be...IGTN is a pink and was on there for a long time
I wonder why OTCBB and not AMEX or Nasdaq? If revenue is expected to be in the billions (that's more than 1 Billion), then with an outstanding of approx $350M the share price would be well over the $3 limit, wouldn't it?
confused but not discouraged :)

for the record, and I did this badly obviously, I was making a comparison of PBLS's volume and lack of change to GZFX's volume and lack of change...sorry about any off-topic offense :)
I'll bet the last few days were an MM scam of a high order, and here's how I think it went down:
The MMs knew this filing was coming, and may or may not have bought alot at .04. They rocket the price up, short selling all the way into the wave and raking in a bunch of new buyers, causing the price to go even higher due to demand. And now the news comes out and the world dumps, and the MMs just made a ton of money on the cover.
the price of having new investors? isn't it worth the re-hashing?
you think insider info caused the dip to .04?
As of September 30th they had no revenue, but an exceptional decrease in losses due to reduction in operating expenses. Once the rig is complete, this will obviously change course.
However, to me it's crucial because at its current PPS, and its recent wild price swings, this is a purely speculative stock. Which makes it both dangerous and potentially extremely profitable.
I wonder what affect this will have tomorrow....
okay, ya got me there :)
I'm beginning to think Ingen is buying back common shares. The stock didn't go anywhere this morning and all of a sudden we're at 2M shares. Obviously, that isn't much money ($9900 or so), but it's a far cry from the $110K it would take to buy them back at .05. This would be a heck of a play if they're going to cancel the reverse split....
some DD on Mulshine?
I'm hesitant to start this thread, but it would be nice to be better informed...I'm trying to find some history on Mike, and so far this is what I've come up with. I won't post the PR links, but will list companies that I've seen Mike and Osprey Partners listed as contacts for:
Euroweb International (NasdaqSC:EWEB)
The Project Group (OTCBB: PJTG)
Unity Wireless (OTCBB: UTYW)
GlobalNet (OTCBB: GLBT)
Also, is this the same Mike?
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/profile.aspx?userid=2718279
And Osprey Partners?
http://www.ospreypartners.com
Anyone have any additional info?

still no volume...
also looks like the buyback is in full swing....note the time when a bunch of trades started going through (exactly 10:30)
shakeup time....wringing out the loose investors, and since the pumpers are back somebody is selling
rumor has it VERT is one of them....
Can someone remind me why was a reverse split necessary here?
no volume 1 hour in...perhaps this is the day the R/S goes through?
thanks for asking that....I was wondering when that discussion would come up. My personal take is that the oil companies played the fears, got the amazing profit, and are now cutting prices to 'make amends' with the consumers, and maybe get the Feds off their backs. I'm sure that the money they made more than makes up for the dip they'll be taking this next quarter. But yep, demand always wins...the price of oil will continue to rise.
Furthermore, until we find a replacement for plastics, manufacturing lubricants, military fuel and consumer fuel/lubricants, oil will be around and in heavy demand. At this point I don't see this *ever* happening, unless we develop low-energy synthesis at the atomic level (like Star Trek's replicator, heh heh). I heard Shell is working feverishly on a hydrogen synthesis using grass clippings and some kind of enzyme, and that there's a company in Denmark that is working on a high density hydrogen tablet that only requires an enzyme fluid to generate the gas.
But even these developments, as cool as they are, have to break into the consumer market pretty far to reduce oil demands. It's a shame...
good post coydog...I am starting to lean in that direction, that the best time to get into a penny is in the subpenny range prior to its first run...and get out during the upper half of its first run. But if Phoenix makes another run, is that it for the stock? Can Phoenix really get out of the pinks and get big money investors, despite overwhelming statistics in the rest of the pinkie world stacked against them?
yep, and then Katrina came through and blew everything out of the water....did we forget?
at least we ended even...
if that's the case, and at this point demand really will drive the PPS up, a PR should do the trick.....
OT: Marvell
This has been a hot stock...I bought into it a while back and got out up 10%, then watched it drop to $43/share. Yesterday they announced their profit has doubled this quarter, and the stock price is now at $58.37....highly encourage people to keep an eye on this one. This is one of Cramer's technology picks as well...
interesting to note the trades at 14:12 (minus the 38931) equal exactly 400K. Not that it matters, but I find it interesting that these trades that look like individual investors actually all add up.
well there certainly has been a volume increase!
I'll bite...why 1:03?
