King and Dawg, I for one appreciate the discussion.
We all want the actual facts and if your discussion helps than it is good for all IMO.
Keep digging and you just might be surprised at what you find.
No complaints from me kingman, if thats what you understood.
I was just giving some, what I consider, reasonable time frames for gas. I'm hoping that the place is loaded with gas in several different zones. I bought EDEX on the prospect of gas and gas is where EDEX will make its fortune.
It will just take a while for this to happen. And, I am just fine with this.
No complaints from me if it takes more time!!!
My best guess is if they decide to go for the gas, it would be 3 years for a pipeline. I read that in a past post. My guess would be that they would probably go for oil, even if it wouldn't be near as profitable for the short term and work on the gas later.
They would need several more wells and a pipeline. This will not come cheap and will take some time. Having some cashflow now will help the slow bleed of the release of shares for expenses.
If this guess turns out to be even close to the truth, than this would golden in my book.
Even if we know that we have oil and gas, I wouldn't be surprised to see that it may take considerable more work to get to the point of production.
I am not in this for the quick buck, I am in this for the long haul and view my purchasing EDEX as an investment, not a typical in and out pinky play. The same holds true for Hemi.
I to expect a pr by next week sometime. I again, don't look for what is best for the pps, but what is best for Eldorado and what will help the company for the long haul. This said, if it for whatever reason also requires some more drilling or horiz. drilling, good in my book. As long as it ends up productive.
Mesa is just not about this well, but about establishing a baseline and the need to do this one right so that other wells drilled in Mesa can also be productive. This will take time. Don't short sight yourselves boys.
My guess is a safe PR saying we we have oil and gas in which will require further work to make money, both in the now in the next few years. This would be a good PR in my book.
I wish to thank whomever it was that allowed me to buy those 4,000 shares at .02. I'll be keeping them for a while.
Well done FW. It takes a big person to say what you said.
Facts will always rule.
Thanks for the correction.
This amature doesn't hold a candle to Stabilo. At least his lies had a real effect on the price for a time.
BTW, market manipulation is a criminal offense that is punishable by 5 years in cell block B and a 10K fine. In a perfect world this is what would happen to his ilk.
On a different note, EDEX may hit or not. I've spent enough time with Clayton, Tony and Calvin to place my bet. I am comfortable and sleep well either way.
Bingo!
Nervous wins the prize.
I loathe those who would manipulate others in the way its done here. They are truly shortsighted and fail to realize that what you sow you reap. I feel sorry for hubble as he/she will lead a miserable life.
So I see you still don't have all the shares you want.
Your advice, if its even true is lacking in what would even be considererd "normal" trading wisdom.
If indeed you have a friend with 900K, in at .02, normal market wisdom would be for him to only sell half and ride the rest for free. He dosen't lose, he still can profit by selling lower OR he can still make a small fortune if it hits. This is why this is normal wisdom in the market. At a double, you sell half and ride the rest.
Personally, I doubt everything you say as having even a shred of truth.
So, knock yourself out again today, post your 15 free negative messages and leave.
BTW, I'm not against negative info. Ga. Dawg is excellent in what he has to say, and it's not necessarily pretty. But it is based on research, not innuendo and slime.
Good day.
Thanks Clayjay. I appreciate the update.
Tony has my prayers and best wishes for a total recovery.
Yes, they would have sold by now, agreed. But here is the last chance to unload some cheapies with a profit and ride whatever you wish.
Last thoughts and sure profits can either clear your head or mess you up. Usually, it clears your head. So, IMO, most of the sales are, in no particular order:
1. European dumping who may not even be following the action, just a chart,
2. Final cheapies taking some sure profit,
3. Maybe some by EDEX for operations,
4. Scared ones bailing before the final act, (Its sometimes shocking how many actually do this, when the truth be told)
5. Ghost/matches or MM manipulation to secure some for themselves,
6. Too many other possibililities to mention.
Relax, the weekend is there, but still not here in Belize for 2 more hours.
You will have time maybe next week for glory or shame. Either way, it will be a ride to remember for the remainder of your days!
Nervous, for many who've held over a year, they were able to get in at .02.
Investing 101, when you double up, take half and ride the free shares. I'm not saying who sold, but some could have and by doing so they assure themselves of no loss of capital and riding free shares up if its a hit. This is one way of playing pinks and building wealth.
God's speed for a quick and thorough recovery Tony!
Iblong, sorry for your loss. I really am.
I'm sitting here in an orphanage in Belize and amidst the lack of both hope and humanity here, I still felt a twing of pain in reading about Ginger. Perhaps it was in watching my parents suffer the same loss of a favored pet. They almost divorced as they tried to express the pain. So I wish you the best.
Please ignore the remainder of this post for a year.
In reading about that there will never be another Ginger, I could not help but imagine that you might, someday, get another dog named Marianne. And maybe once and for all, you will be able to end the argument for us all. If this bizarre twist of fate should happen, please let us know in 10 years.
Wishing you the best in your loss,
Top Hat
And while you drive out, make sure to look to the right and left. You will see deer and antelope a plenty. If you are lucky, maybe even a lesser prarie chicken will run across your path.
Yea, it might look like a paint job but the .08 trade for 100 shares happened with like 5 minutes left.
I too placed an order for 25K at .075 10 minutes before close and no fill.
It may have been paint, but usually paint happens in the last minute or even the last 30 seconds.
I have no idea what to make of it.
It was a good day today. I tried all day to buy at .07. Zero, zip, nada.
Well, Gilmore Girls is over and Logan wants to propose, so its off to bed for me.
Everybody take care.
Tis true. I just want to hear it from her in a believable way.
Turn the argument away from verifiable facts, like some points WERE accepted by the Judge.
Dazzle them with footwork Janice.
Why, again, once for the record, since you don't own BCIT, are you investing so much time here?
I haven't bought your response to this question yet, I throw it out. Therefore, just like what you have said: I guess you have no point? Would this be correct?
Very nice Art!
Agreed, they were wrong, but to then draw the conclusion that just because some things were thrown out that he has no point is apples to oranges.
Besides, some things were not thrown out. I guess he has a point after all. Your logic is faulty.
I do understand that this is what you meant. I really do, I just wanted to draw that out.
My response is that it is short sighted, and not the point of the whole circus.
If you can't see this then you (IMO) can't see the forest.
Deny a tree you can, and I wouldn't necessarily disagree that in this one tiny, specific spot there is no tree --- but the forest is still there. What the forest is, is what has made this board the most active for the past week.
And this is what shows that there is soooooooo obviously something else going on.
What it is, I won't speculate, but it is sooooo obvious.
Janice, thanks for the reply.
However, you therefore conclude from this that he has no point at all?
He could still have several points, all which just might not be clear yet. Do you doubt this?
I think she slipped up on that comment.
Janice, you wrote: "But he didn't have any point at all."
I can't believe you actually put this comment in print. No point at all? My God, what an assumption you just made.
Or, what a exposure of your real agenda you just made.
Or, what were you thinking?
Or, are you actually serious?
Or, when nothing else is left, character assignation will work.
Or, .......
In the rare event that he actually sued over 1,200 on a whim, with no point of interest, and the possibility of many countersuits and the possibility of many suits he may have to refund the cost of litigation based of the frivolous factor --- yea, right.
He has no point at all, and did it for no reason. I'm not sure which is dumber, the comment or that he did it for no reason.
What is becoming clearer is (IMO) that there is a method behind the madness. The one thing he has proven is that he is not dumb.
Come on, I thought you were smarter than that.
That would not be likely!
Thanks Poker
Picked up anothe 50K.
Thanks to whomever. Maybe I got lucky and got them from dirt.
He's so negative on this stock anyway.
Wow, great response letter!
My letter to Etrade:
I just received a summons because I have shares of BCIT bought on 10/31/05 in my account. I am named as a defendant along with 1200+ others and am hopping mad!! I bought BCIT in good faith with my hard earned $$ and darn well expect Etrade to make my shares good (new CUSIP#) and able to sell them when the stock does trade. It is Etrades fiduciary responsibility as a representative of my, your client to make sure the shares I purchased were good before they are setttled.
Please inform me as to what to do regarding this lawsuit. If I don't respond shortly, I am to forfeit $10,000.00 due to purchasing shares thru Etrade.
So????,
I got my "letter" today saying that I also "won" the $10,000 lottery!
Perhaps Noah? Took him maybe 100 years to build the ark!, probably while all else made fun of him.
Building an ark on dry ground when there had never been any rain, and "you are saying a flood is coming?" "You heard from God and he said what?"
Yep, my $$$ in on Noah and also WRNW. Both should yield a flood.

Regulators Settle with Goldman Sachs Affiliate
By Aaron Seward
April 5, 2007
For the first time, the SEC and NYSE Regulation have teamed up and settled a suit against a prime broker for allegations of “naked” short selling when Goldman Sachs Execution and Clearing agreed to pay $2 million in civil penalties.
The two regulators accused the Goldman Sachs affiliate of allowing customers to conduct illegal short sales through its direct market access trading system. Naked short selling is the trading practice that involves trading borrowed shares without having first borrowed them.
According to the regulators, between March 2000 to 2002, Goldman carelessly allowed customers to incorrectly mark their sales “long” through the company’s REDI system, an automated, direct access trading system. Goldman didn’t check the customers’ representations against their records, but took them at face value and executed the sales.
The customers didn’t own the securities they were short selling at the settlement date, so Goldman wound up executing “naked” short sales by sending borrowed and proprietary securities to the brokers.
“If there are significant trading disparities indicating that a customer may be lying to the broker, the broker must investigate the customer’s trading and review its trading records to determine whether it can reasonably continue to rely on the customer’s representations,” said David Nelson, Regional Director of the SEC’s Southeast Regional Office in Miami.
Goldman’s records also showed that its customers covered their short positions with securities purchased in follow-on and secondary offerings after executing their sales. Had Goldman put procedures in place to detect trading disparities it could have discovered the pattern of unlawful trades by its customers, the regulators said.
The SEC also said, that other firms need to show additional vigilance in dealing with direct access trading systems, which allow brokers to execute larger volumes of trades.
“As this case makes clear, direct access does not obviate a broker’s own responsibilities under the Commission’s short sale rules, and it certainly does not allow a broker to ignore apparent discrepancies indicating illegal trading by its customers,” said Linda Chatman Thomsen, director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement.
The regulators found that Goldman violated the Commission’s short sale rules directly by allowing its customers to mark their orders “long” and lending them borrowed and proprietary securities to settle their sales without adequately investigating the transactions. They also blamed Goldman for their customers’ violations of the short sale rules. The NYSE took a step further, claiming that Goldman failed to reasonably supervise its business activities.
In addition to the fine, Goldman consented to the Commission’s cease and desist order, agreeing to take steps to avoid future violations of the securities laws. Goldman neither admitted nor denied the regulators’ allegations in making the settlement.
The case was initiated after two Goldman customers who allegedly engaged in illegal short sales settled charges with the SEC. Ethan Weitz and Robert Altman agreed to pay $1 million in disgorgement and civil penalties for short selling in advance of 15 stock sales.
Federal securities laws prohibit such trading on the basis that it can manipulate stock prices.
mpsna1, now that is a good question.
Any insights Geo?
