In the rare event that he actually sued over 1,200 on a whim, with no point of interest, and the possibility of many countersuits and the possibility of many suits he may have to refund the cost of litigation based of the frivolous factor --- yea, right.
He has no point at all, and did it for no reason. I'm not sure which is dumber, the comment or that he did it for no reason.
What is becoming clearer is (IMO) that there is a method behind the madness. The one thing he has proven is that he is not dumb.
