Thanks bigly.... really appreciate your expertise...(-:
Hey BB!
Glad the MM's threw those million shares, for 2 reasons:
1- longs got to feast on 1,000,000 shares at </=$0.63 and
2. More incentive for LP to put the smackdown on those SOB's when the time comes!!! NWBO still holding those Series C shares???? Thought so... (-:
If, after MHRA approval, some BP gives NWBO $14 billion for 10 million Series C shares, that's $1,400 per Series C, or $56 per common... what are the shorts gonna do then, besides go bankrupt???
Is this just a twisted need to feel like you made the correct decision, or are you 'secretly' accumulating...???
Sorry Sir Pump... one day you will regret your decision re NWBO.... May 10th showed us that they HAVE the goods.... and they HAVE to take this path to be successful... you'll see in the coming months.... I wish you had been more patient.
Yep... ole scotty plans to sell at top of wave after peer reviewed journal comes out, then buy back at bottom after bear raid...

Hypocrite!!!!
I'm not bitter, or despairing.
One narrative (by longs) was that Series C shares were created to sell to a partner at much higher than 25x current market price, which would instantly increase nwbo pps. When a respected poster said that he was offered all he wanted for a 5% discount, it shot that theory in the head, and after holding nwbo for over 7 years, I'm ready for a dramatic return on my investment... Maybe you can understand my disappointment. No, I haven't sold, and no, I'm not jumping off the nearest cliff. I will continue to hold and accumulate....

This is starting to ruin my day.... if true, it kinda blows the "the Series C shares are being saved for a partnership" out of the water....)-:
Wowza!!!
I agree C/O.... so many here are worried about the value of their shares, but they forget that the board members of NWBO hold, or are promised, more shares than 99 percent of the people who post on this board. It seems reasonable to assume that the board members care as much about their shares as we do about ours...

Question: how many shares does Advent get, does Advent they buy them or are they given to Advent by NWBO, and how do you think this relates to the Series C shares...???
Geez... I represent all 3 investors, plus bought around $1.50 on May 10th just before the shorts took over.... so I guess I'm smart AND stupid...
Perhaps the Series C will be used to both bring in a partner AND sell at a price which would move the common into a range which would qualify NWBO for a major index, like NASDAQ...???
How many Series C shares did they create???
Appreciate you brother...
"Sure there are paid drs that will say wherever they are paid to say..."
Without question we agree on this point...(-:
Totally agree... W.E.A.K...!!!
Agreed... why would institutional buyers buy stock that required the company's permission to sell...???
Punchbowl News: House Democrats plan to announce a proposal next month to ban lawmakers, their spouses and senior staff from trading stocks, according to multiple sources close to the issue.

I am completely ignorant when it comes to business, stocks, and finance, but if that quote IS from NWBO's 8-k, it sounds a LOT like the Series C shares are going to be used for a PARTNERSHIP and not sold to everyday shareholders....
So.... tomorrow.... up or down????
Pretty good case for either way....
My bet is down because of the perception of dilution.... could be way down if shorters decide to use this situation to run a bear raid and take out a stop-loss or two....
What say you...???
I sold this morning at $0.65 and bought back at $0.6251, the low of the day, I think, till now.... it's why I think it will break negatively this evening... picked up another 755 shares, but I feel creepy about getting back in... I've NEVER bought at the low of the day.... also opened higher than I was wanting for my shares and I got the higher value... never happened to me before... creepy.
Price has been sitting on $0.6274 for a few hours now... not really typical for this stock.... I find it odd there is no ups and downs... I expect it to break towards the negative at the end of the day, but I don't know anything.... just guessing. (-:
Seems like we had resistance at $0.70 today.... I just assumed the increase in share price was due to Merck's failed trial and the inference that it was more likely that they'd have to buy us out...
Sojo... what stock price tomorrow would say to you (ie... your OPINION) that the stock had broken out... if you please a value showing a breakout to both the upside and the downside...??? For rubes like me...
I admire your optimism, but I think we don't gap and never look back until one of two things happen: either RA approval or some type of deal with a BP (either licensing agreement, JV, partnership, etc) that gives NWBO their own significant income stream.... BP will not let go and defund the shorters until then imho...
$%#/×!*>@#$
Good one...(-:
I didn't get the news PM, both you and NWBO, if a PR other than the manufacturing news Wednesday. Are you ok???
From the article: "Such a manufacturing license is separate from any regulatory decision about approval of DCVax-L itself. The Company has not to date submitted an application for commercial approval of DCVax-L."
This means Regulatory Approval is a while off, and gives everyone an opportunity to accumulate more shares if you choose.
Maybe Liaudencel to honor someone...???
I am embarrassed to say that I totally missed the reason we are doing this.... can anyone help a brutha out...???
The question becomes how much money are they getting per warrant, so how much revenue has been accumulated during that time frame??? As I understand it, different warrants pay different amounts to the company...
So well said IWAD.... I hope everyone reads your post...

This has been my opinion since May 11th....
We have a 1 acre lot on Nevins Lake, about 40 minutes east of Munising... the lot is secluded and sits on the Eastern shore, so you get to see all the great sunsets.....
Looks like you're north of Traverse City in the Lower Peninsula.... we are about 20 minutes south of Lake Superior....
Our master plan is to go from one big house, in the country, to two small lake houses, one in Alabama (check), and one in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan... we have the U.P. property, now all we have to do is build the cabin. We plan on being snow birds and spend the summer in MI and the winter in AL.... AFTER NWBO hits, of course...(-:
Antihama: I make my coffee just the opposite of yours... I start off with a 1/2 mug of heated milk, then add 2 shots of espresso.... sounds like we have similar drinks though...(-:
My daughter in law tried to tell me all I was drinking was flavored milk, but that isn't justified because I am using 2x the ground beans of a standard cup of coffee in each cup...All I know is that I love my coffee in the morning. So much that I give thanks for every cup...!!!
Hope so... after I pick up a few early this morning... (-:
I am a total coffee hound. My wife got me an $800 coffee maker for Christmas that grinds the beans before every cup... I buy the Intelligentcia Brand coffee (Frequency blend), and make latte's every morning with a huge cup plus 2 shots of espresso.... a little Truvia and hazelnut creamer and ...mmmmmmm...... (-:
She always says she will hide my dead body on my ex-wife's property...(-;
Well... our place is very humble (small- downsizing as retired folks do).... but everything we have is paid for... my only big risk now is NWBO (and by extension my wife's itchy trigger finger)...
