Tough to make the industry change from a restaurant owner/executive chef on the east coast to the west coast with no professional experience and no network. Also the pay is a whole other thing. But from a business stand point I have the management and admin skills. As I do everything in a small business from book keeping to tax filing to management/training, PnL, orders/inventory etc on top of cooking. But it’s something I have looked into and thought about. I definitely want a change and get a job I can learn, enjoy, and have room to grow (within the business as well as contribute to growing the business). I felt as though the businesses would be over crowded with applicants. I did actually look into an edible chef position but I don’t think it’s a big enough change, although the pay is definitely better compared to other jobs I have found. But for now I will continue to look and explore jobs and areas to live until the right opportunity in the right place presents it self. I’d PM you but don’t have it on here. Thanks for the info and looking forward to exploring Oregon!
Thanks and will do!
When I went to Denver, Colorado I drove by their lab there but didn’t stop in. I’m actually going for Dave Matthews concert. I plan my vacations around his touring. Did Texas a few years back, Toronto, Saratoga NY, wherever I feel like going or visiting family/old friends. This year it’s Oregon. Renting an RV going up to Hoh Rainforest in Washington then Cannon beach, Portland, and planned alil route and ending the week in bend with Dave Matthews! But will definitely check into Evio. Not for legitimacy, as I have been following for well over a year but more because I am a believer and supporter of the business. As well as I am pretty well invested for myself. I’d like to check it out coming from a state that doesn’t even have medicinal. If I was able to get into the cannabis industry I would. Heard Oregon was beautiful and there is a ton of outdoorsy stuff and waterfalls etc. I’m looking forward to this vacation. I think the lady and I planned it good.
I’m going to Bend and Portland end of August I will try to stop by one of the locations
I was thinking the same thing.

rehash of the 18 labs by 2018 and stating we have 9 now. so double by end of year.

We all know you are new here. I’ve been here since Sept 16 and many have been here before me. Welcome to the board and the truth seekers are who we like and those that back up their comments with situations. But like I said you’ll see that this board is different than most the others.
How’s that sang go, know what you hold.
I think you’ll find that this is the most in-tune and genuine board. The regulars here are more realistic than other boards as most here are investors rather than pump and dumpers. Although there is a strategic flipper here who I feel is long but is the most bear here is his realism. There may be disagreements and mis understandings but for the most part the DD here is real and the group here (even though not always with same opinion and not always right) is here for the same reasons and count on and use each other here for verifiable due diligence. Basically the regulars here have been riding together for over a year and it’s a tight group with educational discussion for the most part.
Did you ask if financials will be timely in the next week or so?
Broth for CEO!
Ticker would possibly make Canadian expansion easier?
That sounds nice. But no plans to expand to Canada with this funding. Do you think a Canadian ticker without business in Canada will positively affect PPS or will only be used to cash in for Dominick? And also Dominick has offices in US so interesting they used Canada.
Maybe an email to WW to clarify for us common folks. lol
I’m just not sure. Only taking stabs at trying to figure it out myself. Hoping they have to wait 3 years but I feel that is too risky for a lender to make a deal with 6 million dollars and a start up company to must hold for 3 years. Seems unlikely. Not sure that’s a loan I’d be willing to lend. Not that I think Trump admin can shut it down but it can deff slow things down tremendously and a guaranteed 3 years hold seems super risky and unlikely. Wish I had more experience with reading these. When using the word full maturity leads me to believe they have value now as well. That’s all that I can guess.
“Convertible Debentures have a maturity date of 36 months from issuance.”
Meaning what compared to ..
“The principal amount of the Debentures and any accrued interest thereon will be convertible at the option of the Investor into common shares of the Offeror (the "Conversion Shares") at any time at a conversion price (the "Conversion Price") of US$0.60 per Conversion Share.”
Doesn’t mature to $0.60 (350%) for 36 months but worth $0.80 (250%) now?
Hope $6 million can be used ASAP and will be bringing in revenue ASAP.
Any guesses on how many labs this will find?
Nice find! That’s the deal we were looking for from Dominick and almost twice the money requested. I stand corrected on my previous post. Still a lot of dilution but with are these able to be paid off before converting? Because $0.60 + 8% quarterly is steep. Nice it waits 3 years to convert, many here won’t be affected. Still think it’s a bit weird that a Canadian Capitalist is funding California expansion.
I’m assuming that they were looking for $3 million through Dominick’s resources but Dominick only secured $450,000 through Quansam. I would assume the remainder is still being asked for through Dominick and maybe more will be raised through another lender? But honestly not sure. Even holding for 3 years I don’t like the deal and don’t think it was enough money either. Where it gets spent will tell more of the story. If it buys or fits 2 labs (basically impossible) but then maybe it’s not as bad of a deal. So I think we need to see how the money is spent. Hope it’s not for testing vans or only one machine. Overall still not happy about it.

I was under the assumption Quansam Capital was a different deal from what I read and understood. I do not remember seeing this financier in any filings. But now that I look further Dominick Capital is a lead agent. So now I assume it is the same? And Quansam is working through Dominick?
Do you live in CA?
Also per 8k they have 27% thc Banana Kush.
My estimates were for 32,000 sq ft grow space which was recently acquired (from previous poster) and I estimated with $400 a sq foot which were numbers SIGO provided (as well as from my experience in a 4x4 tent about 2+ pounds per 16 sq feet) getting 12.8 mill a quarter = 48 mill annually. If lower I’m fine with that too. Was honest in my prediction/estimates with information provided and personal experience. Although I never grew in a large scale greenhouse.
Agree and thought same thing when I read it.
Based on my estimate calculations that’s about 5,000 pounds every three months (in the simplest formula) so 20,000 pounds a year at $1,500 a pound? = $30 million revenue a year. Does that sound about right? Not sure how to figure market cap and share price from there. Any helpers?
...
Here you go.
$30,000,000 x .40= $12,000,000 net earnings
$12,000,000/5,371,771 shares= $2.23 EPS
$2.23 x 20 P/E= $44.60 share price
$44.60 x 5,371,771 shares= $239,580,987 market cap
And the calculation was done with a very low P/E for an OTC stock.
That would be per harvest-about quarterly. But I believe the numbers are higher than that. I estimated 30 million in revenue annually and another posters fixed in share structure for an estimated share price of $40 off my revenue projections.
Getting alcohol license is same in NC you get a temp first.

Are you insinuating that more volume/trades/flipping will increase price and attract more. Maybe longs (buy and hold) limit stock growth/fluctuation?
