ESG it’s not directed at mines in North America. The only way we can be competitive around the world and still be worthy of calling planet earth home. No I’m not a tree hugger I’ve done my share of pollution, but when you’re consistently watching others succeed while taking advantage of society at large, where do you draw the line?
And how do you keep track of that line?
Example may be a Gold miner in Canada may pay his miners $70 an hour compared to a gold miner in Uganda who pays children $.70 a day. I don’t know if either of those two dollar amounts is even close, I’m just making an example of how I feel about it.
If a miner in Canada gets hurt he will go to the hospital
LCP77 T&T Tedro
That would make for a great novel, you guys should collaborate with WalterC on his new best seller book.
Of course it would be fiction due to the fact that he is all pump and you are all dump.
But what else is new?
Sad part is, I don’t have any reason to doubt any of you on the pump side or the dump side.
Familiarity
If the clown-shoe fits, wear it.
Yikes this will take forever lol
Poor Scott
I assume the EXIM Experts, NioCorp is paying for will be helping garner the info needed to finish the ESIA.

Yes I think so.
I just don't like what was taken from me, for no apparent reason.
And I'm not just talking 90% of share count, as VisionTrader eluded to.
But mostly, the REE/ CSP results presented, and still having those shares to sell to the Institutions!.
Several weeks ago!
(Huge Sigh here)
Everyone who voted yes?
Fernanda Fenga?
Kim Smith?
PutzMueler?
LoL
I wonder if Mark‘s wife still has her boatload of shares or if she sold them all before the SPAC
You may very well be right but I commented on what EXIM states in their website on their requirements.
They also state on their website that it’s about US jobs and exports
They even have a calculation to figure out what the $$$ value of a loan would be, considering those two points.
They do mention feasibility study but they also say “or“
LCP said they require an up-to-date feasibility study.
And that was not true
Perhaps I was assuming too much, but my assumption is there would be a lot of companies bidding top dollar for our nine minerals.
I don’t know what top dollar would be but I’m anxious to find out so I can get away from Mark Smith lol
Takeover bid for NioCorp immediately upon FS, Equity and debt financing would be my choice
That’s not at all what EXIM says
Thanks pal. I appreciate the visit haha eom
An hour and a half and not one board lot sold
On TSX
I can only assume the 2 cent trend is in play.
Make it or break it.
Shrug
Reasoning is always motivated, Left Coast Peter eom
Except MP Materials eom
With the money TH has he could put in a hostile bid for NioCorp and get this ball rolling.
Of course he wouldn’t win ultimately, due to his inability to offer more than the last guy, because the seller has to come to him.
shrug
But at least if he tendered a small bid, the ball will start steamrolling.
Taking a financial Equity position in a target company is based on the perceived value of the company.
“Your” perceived value can not be of interest even though GMan did specify his post was pointed for the most part, to bashers in his intro.
The perceived value for an equity position would be one that both parties can agree on.
And the negotiations start from there.
What added value does the company offer in owning an equity portion and what affect does that added value have in the negotiations for both / all parties. (Competitive tension)
Just because Stellantis gave us a reason for a PR, Doesn’t mean they’re the only possible equity competitor, which in and of itself would drive the price in negotiations higher.
Even another mining company or two, would have reason to take a large equity position. If they had future ideas about owning the company.
Too much to ponder this early in the morning
you know darn well equity stake negotiations don’t work that way.
It’s not a private placement
It’s a good thing you’re not the CEO
In one of Mark's remarks, he stated he was the companies largest shareholder, and emphasized, Today
So when the sponsors and friends start exercising, (as the saying goes),The Worm Turns.
Some warrants are performance enabled of course, but I'm not sure of time factors.
***************
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/the%20worm%20turns
NioCorp should be suing GXII sponsors for lack of performance.
Our team and minerals got us EXIM and Stellantis attention. (assumed)
So unless Mark is going to belittle himself by suggesting Dean or Michael are the Catalysts for the UK University partnership or NioCorp Technologies, and Alloys, or the Financial wiz-kids NioCorp needed to close the ranks of the entities in the UK we have been working with, for years? ??
What have they done to validate the Contract? (or is that a secret also?) We pay the price for Nasdaq.
Sue them and get them out!
******************
Or Mark should leave.
Use private placements, until someone pulls the Critical Mineral, Net Zero string.
How do we even keep our project partners at bay for this long?
Are you asking me, If there is a price in which a lie turns into the truth?
I, as well as everyone else, was led to believe we would have Commercial Scale and REE results, in several weeks, a year and a half ago.
There was anticipation and the SP was rising!
We were at $1 pre merger which is C$10.00 post merger
So to answer the insinuation, that I can be bought out of my principals, I shall give you some fodder.
Regardless of the reverse split, If our share price is @ $10.00 post-merger, prior to the commercial scale plant results baring fruit (FS)
I will be happy enough.
But my principals, remain intact. Trust can't be bought.
*****************
BTW "and the price spikes" is a bit vague.
From where we are now C$.50 is a Spike (just had one)
2 months ago we had a $2.00 Spike
A Spike from C$10.00 is a Spike I would consider relevant
****************
You did not answer my question AO
Question
Because I thought I was the only idiot, and I was being told in the strongest of terms as much, by those I thought knew better.
But my mistakes are not the issue.
The question you should be trying to figure out is…
Why was our management team telling us several weeks for the commercial scale plant results Pre-meger, when they knew goddamn well in a few weeks they were gonna dump a SPAC and 1/10 reverse split on us?
Don’t you think telling your shareholders what they have been looking for is about to happen, in Several Weeks, and then management dumping on them what they thought the company would never want to do.
And now, over a year and a half later we’re still waiting for the same commercial scale plant results.
That is blatant, purposeful misrepresentation of the facts.
Don’t you think so?
90% of clout, and 1/3 the share-price.
(What's that Question?)

Although the likes of him being far too agentive to my face, I have more distain for those who I listened to with respect and kept holding onto something I wanted to sell, at the beginning. (and realized I should have!)
Too late! (come another day) nope Fail again!
lol
*************
But the real monolith I have before me is my own thinking, in that, the amount of followers one has, denotes trust, which was all in my own mind!
*************
Mark is someone's god.
Not mine!

I'm 10 years too late to the Party (my bad)
Like I say below.....
Look at the bright side.
We are on a C$.02 per 13 trading days, uptrend since Dec 14th/23.
(fist pump here)
2 cent increase in the yearly chart also.
I love Long Term solid up-trends. haha
in just 6 short trading days C$3.96 makes it an even stronger trend! hahaha

It is my opinion only that you can change the future by changing the past.
Get rid of past failure an insert past successes.
It’s kind of like El Niño’s effect on the tradewinds
The tradewinds of last year pretty much followed the tradewinds previous years, and then along comes El Niño for a major shake up.
Hahaha. I suppose there is an argument that can be made for that.(economic benefit)
I didn’t say that at all
I said the price needs to at least triple from where it is right now before they will exercise the warrants.
And I also said after they exercise the warrants they’re certainly not gonna sell it below that price.
So who cares if they sell.
Sorry you misunderstood my English
(Not a surprise)
So which part of what I said is not correct?
The at least three times the share price that it is now part? LoL.
I didn’t say much more than that in my post
And that part seems correct to me.
Shrug
Well before they can exercise them the price has to triple at least and who gives a damn if they sell them because you’re not gonna sell them for less than they exercise them for.
Because that would be delusional now wouldn’t it?
You don’t happen to have a bridge I can buy do you?
I’m in the market today.
But it must be an atrocious bridge, or no deal.
My Hero
Thanks for accidentally stumbling on our 100m market cap stock, while you were searching for 10b market cap and further more accidentally knowing everything and everyone invested.
Thanks for being you.
LoL
In what manner was the loan settled?
I don't ever recall a PR
But I'm not as young as I was 10 years ago. lol
12, 14....

interesting all the goodies you find online.
I found one document.
SEC and Mark S, back and forth questions about the SPAC and GX
I just don't want to post Historical data. (not sure why)
Go NioCorp Technologies Go

Turd boy will always be an ass-hat.
I don’t get your-logic. You are assuming failure
What makes you think the alloy that we produced was of a quality that Brunel was looking for in a partnership?
Try doing some DD on Brunel University.

Hey ZIANIMO, I did some DD on Brunel, and they have been delving into recycling and metallurgy for quite a while.
Sounds to me, with scandium added, recycling is made easy, per Brunel.

A bit of trivia.
I was just watching that replay again earlier and heard Mark state at the 6 minute mark, NioCorp was informed by EXIM, they got past the first hurdle TRC1 in early October 2023 which is the same timeframe our share price surged $2.00 per TMX link in an earlier post.
