The Decline in PPS today on RSDS is due to MASSIVE DILUTION by Mr.Berman.......its what he has always done and will continue to do.........first he is mining in "MAY" now he has a new PR saying 45-60 days etc.............LOL!! just continues to dangle Carrots but never produces the prize..........Heck his PR's dont even hit yahoo anymore.....just on pinksheets? whats up with that?

The indicator is already there........the History of the company and the current O/S and A/S is all you need to look at to see where this is headed.......its pretty simple actually..

uhm no not really.......FRPC which is now FRPT was an awesome investment.............SQUM is very similar........very quietly gaining partenerships and will do well..........Noteable partnerships are with the NRA, Black and Decker, Fujitsu,KwikSet..etc....there are good ones out there and just because a High percentage dont do what they say does not make it right...........

No short position, ZERO position in RSDS now....or ever........have never owned one share in RSDS and I dont even know anyone who owns shares either........they are too smart for that and this stock is too risky.........I do congratulate those who bought at the lows and profited, they gambled and played it perfectly.........but reality is the O/S is approaching the A/S in a hurry........last reported O/S is almost 1.5 Billion shares....

the A/S is 2 Billion shares.......and with this larger than normal volume you can bet the O/S is real close to that A/S now....just look at the history of the O/S increases over the last two months.......that will show the trend and you will see that I am dead on right about this.......

The O/S was increasing like a 100 Million shares a WEEK.......I think your statement is innacurate....last I heard the O/S was tipping the scales near 1.5 Billion shares and that was over a week ago.....and the volume has been much Higher that last few days........I am guessing the O/S is at 1.8 Billion or higher now......

I disagree, Look at the O/S and A/S .0019 was your high......the PUMP is over and now the selling along with continued dilution is going to drive this down HARD........all gains will be erased in a matter of minutes leaving bagholders at every level.......
