That's easy to answer, my DD and what the company has been communicating to the public that you seem to hate so much.
I also add that I've been here in BYOC for 3 plus years, so I know what and how the company has been communicating these past years... and they've been quiet up until recently.
Also my experience and DD in the otc tells me that once the pps pops again, we wont hear from you about it... but you'll reappear when pps gets to low again. We'll see won't we?
Too funny!! Apparently nobody really cares on all these other plays/scams/ etc... because the pps still goes up after the phase is over with, which is what everybody cares about anyway, duh.
However there is a distinct difference I have seen, as well as, others have seen here... usually when there's dilution the pps goes down big time huge. There's a few tickers that have diluted from multiple dollars!!! Then once done, pps goes up.
With BYOC, the dilution is constant and somebody or something keeps snatching shares...and pps doesn't go down... wonder why that is?
Gosh, you sure are opinionated with your opinions, imo.
It's not always about the pps rising. If I wanted to load up as a long term investors, I would want the pps to be low and attractive, to limit my risk. And to make a killing.
I'd rather buy a good company at an attractive price, rather than a good company at a fair price... or something like that, lol.
Huh?? Misleading?? Outdated??
Umm, that is none of that!!
Its all quite relevant actually. But keep trying.
As usual, great analysis. I didn't notice the timeframe on the drawdowns.
Based on the exuberance of the company on the news front and more vocal than they ever have before, it will be curious if that timeframe holds up on future pullbacks.
Thank you for your posts and analysis, pretty spot on and glad to have you here.
Have a great rest of the weekend!
Not if they want more attractive shares at this price.
I always love your posts, as they always make me laugh out loud, as you're always so polite and nice while being wrong at the same time and 180 degrees from what truly is taking place.
I thought they've had great prs and foreshadowing for raising shareholder value.
Have you seen that company now that did a 150:1 RS a year ago, that I've mentioned previously. You are correct about having better access to capital after an RS, so i'll actually give you that one...mark it on your calendar.
Nice post!
However you failed to mention that the company must be confident that if they continuously pummel the price downward, that some entity(s) will be there to pick up those shares that they're using to drive the price down.
As you say, the company is very much in control of thier stock price.
Ultimately, the pps down here must be very attractive with minimal risk, in order to snatch up the continuous dilution taking place. And this has been going on for awhile, coming up on at least a year now.
And the very few retail like us can see this plain as day, while others are selling cause they'r just so damn focused on the pps and the need to sell to buy into the next runner...while if they had patience just for a few more minutes, they would be quite amazed. Oh well.
But there is buying, and A LOT of it! Remember, it's not always about the pps rising... eventually yes, but not at the moment.
I will contend that it is actually easy to get the pps to rise, when it or they are ready.
A small company(or penny stock) can buy a bigger company if it has a way to pay for it, why is that hard to understand?
If you read the PR, they state the institutional funder will be able to provide the capital in order to complete the transaction.
I highly doubt reverse splitting the stock would be a major part of deal initially as it doesn't make sense to do it down here, but we'll have to see. But let's think here logically, that even if they decide to go that route and shoot themselves in the foot down here at this pps, either way the value of the acquisition will add to the value of the stock, so maybe temporarily idiots will freak out and sell, but shortly after that, pps will go up, and prolly spike real good.
The value of your shares is the same before/after any split!
A slow pps rise would be ideal imo, but the way it's been sounding from the company, thier moving faster with executing growth plans, so maybe pps will follow suit to that. Have to wait and see, and not promote negatively until it happens. If you're looking long term, it shouldn't matter... so I'm excited!
You're not? Omg, that's the funniest thing you've said all week!!
They could have dumped it back down to trips, like where it went to last summer... but they haven't... why do you think they haven't?
What do you think all the dilution is for?.... if ya been reading the financials, you'd understand what it's been used for and can answer that. The curious part is besides retail, then who has been accumulating the dilution?
I'm buying and yes i'm happy as hell i'm getting shares at this level as easily as this.
Well, if we're keeping it real, then let's not forget that we're over 600% from the low that it hit in trips. Actually it's more than 600%, because it hit .0002... but I don't count that because no retail actually got any shares at that price.
Many did, including myself, at .0003 and above... and are sitting pretty happy right now.
So whatever the company is doing... they can keep up the good work!
This is behaving exactly the same way it did in trips... and look where we are now.
All it takes is some....Patience
I know you have a hard time seeing the forest for the trees... but they did this exactly the same way when it was it trips last year.
Interestingly enough, it has about the same volume as it did in trips.
Imo, they're making this so obvious now what's going to happen, its laughable and blatant.
Scaling up quicker seems to be the theme in prs and communication, along with foreshadowing. Its staring you in the face.
When we're much higher, there will "still" be those that wished they would have bought more down here... and didn't. Would've, should've, could've... but didn't!
New video by CEO Geordan.... https://twitter.com/incbyoc/status/1389611510926913536?s=24
We've discussed this many times, yet YOU forget!
The NOL is a GOOD thing, especially when they start using it to minimize their tax burden to near zero.
And the reason the pps is where it's at is because it's STILL being loaded.
Gosh, that really sucks... at least for some people selling... but not for me!
The thing about this company that gives me confidence in the latter is the management. They are making an effort to be informative and transparent. That's very unusual for a sub ticker.
OK, thanks for your view and explanations given.
Just giving an opinion of what I'm seeing, that many others here agree with on the posts on BYOC and the interaction.
Jeesh, calm down buddy, don't take opinions so seriously. Again, it has ZERO affect on pps as Warfare has been saying, which you agree with, but then do a complete 180 and disagree with everybody else on.
See ya at a much higher pps, when news and what they have been working on is made public knowledge. I won't have any problem waiting for that, been here many years. I can bag hold for a LONG time!
Lol, no rebuttal???
Didn't I say dilution is the same as accumulation down here? Multple times too. Oh well, I enjoyed our conversations either way
Then based on that, then you should provide a link like I have, to the source where the correct information is located.
Yep, there's dilution, and it's being accumulated nicely. Next.
Just hit the ask buddy, no need to scare.
Yep, and remember... none of our posts(mine included) are going to have any significance over the pps, and where the pps is going, WHICH IS UP.
I'm just here to help anybody on where to look up the correct information, so they can review and make their own decisions.

I don't see a "new" update? The last update was over 10 days ago.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BYOC/security
Plus didn't we just go over this, since we know somebody is accumulating this dilution?
Plus huge OSs haven't stopped a ton of runners this year, many bigger than BYOCs, others are very similar... so why should anyone worry about OSs other than for scare tactics.
+800% at current pps from trip 3s is pretty exciting, along with +3,500% when it hit recently to .0109. A lot of room to grow from .0109 considering market caps in the SAAS industry, imo.
Plus an institutional investor is ok with getting shares valued at .01 for its 1 million dollars worth, which is a 300% premium from current pps.
Not sure where you're from, but I call that excitement. Especially when they have acquisition targets in the range of 5 to 50 million in revenue. So I wonder, just wonder, how many acquisition targets could it be? Sounds like multiple. I'll speculate here, but what if the multple targets adds to 100 million or more in annual revenue and the acqs's are growing themselves? Wow
I'm dieing of EXCITEMENT to know! Anybody selling now is especially really really super stupid. Let the loading of dilution continue until whomever is full, gives a loud "burp"... then WE MOVE.
We own this stock and are excited, no harm in expressing that. I also have a lot of experience and honestly enjoy helping others who may not.
No, its NOT! Just hit the ask buddy!
So essentially your saying BYOC and every other company in the universe that posts filings, news, prs; is pumping their own stock, whether negative or positive? Plus Gumz, Starling, Vjoe, and others who have been here long before you, we're all pumpers? If so, then we and the company have done a piss poor job these past few years.
And because we post here due to actually being long investors, as opposed to others, that are trying scare everyone in order to pick up cheap shares and then sell on a quick flip, we are pumpers, makes sense.
What anyone including myself posts here has ZERO affect on pps short or long term, but keep posting... I actually like to help people make wise choices.
Sorry, but trying to understand the thinking here, as your posts make no sense and are quite confusing. You guys running out of things to attack and make it appear negative.
Actually, come to think of it, this is the first time I have posted that, so where have I posted it over and over again?
In any case, appears institutional ownership is coming into the stock, in exchange for shares... this is a very good thing, don't ya think?
Here's a good article:
https://www.learningmarkets.com/understanding-institutional-ownership/
Same thing I could ask you guys?
Why do I post?
For new people that are looking for information, I'd rather post the facts instead of opinions. I'd rather point people where to look for the current information, so if they are new to investing, they can draw their own conclusions.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BYOC/news/story?e&id=1872045
I'm all for posting opinions, but not when it's all one sided, that being negative to scare people away for whatever purpose.
Why post something that they AREN'T doing, that they said in the past? We all know why.
Yes, they could do an RS at some point, but if they do, it's NOT going to be down here. And if they do that at a price well above 10 cents, who cares, that's well above current pps.
They have organic growth and making acquisitions... why does anybody with a brain think they would do that now, makes zero sense?
Anyway, all of our posts have ZERO affect on where this is going, which is much higher than current pps.
"OUTLOOK FOR 2021": Geordan Pursglove, Beyond Commerce's Chief Executive Officer, commented,....
"We are actively engaged in discussions with acquisition targets that range from $5 million to more than $50 million in annual revenues, are cash flow positive, growing revenues 20%+ annually and require minimal operational capital. We have the ability to receive funds from an institutional investor that gives us the ability to expand and do so at a rapid pace." Mr. Pursglove continues, "We believe we can achieve 20% organic revenue growth based on existing clients and current contracts... In addition, we are focused on improving our balance sheet and moving to a listed exchange as soon as possible."
It's not always about "just" the pps going up. Eventually yes, of course, but for now... no.
When the pps goes up, that will be easy and fun to watch. And its not if, rather when pps rises.
And I know somebody been here that long or more, who doesn't have an ihub account.
It's neither here nor there at this point.
How long one holds from is most interesting. I'll be a shareholder for a very long time, maybe forever. Obviously, any and all sells will be in very small increments as I see fit and all be long term.
I'll say it will be glad to see some familiar faces on the other side, at some point.
Yeah, if that doesn't spell corruption when every single decent stock looks exactly the same, only at different price points, than I don't know what to say if you can't see that... its staring you right in da face.
But it's the same on big boards, I remember awhile back FAANG and many other stocks all looked the same exact way, prolly still do.
This corruption is more common than most people think, lol.
This feels like it did in trips. Just continued accumulation and refilled bids. Then they cap it on the ask side or hedging another way of putting it.
Could it go down, sure, but it will be short lived.
This is definitely not that type of stock, plus Geordan wouldn't look good in orange(the very few of us from way back would like this comment!)
