The thing about this company that gives me confidence in the latter is the management. They are making an effort to be informative and transparent. That's very unusual for a sub ticker.

That's because this is a real company doing real business, executing a business plan, and as such, will not be on this filthy exchange much longer. That's why it's very unusual. Maybe it was the CEO and BODs goal to make this the cheapest OTC stock on the exchange and make it attractive to the right long term investors that they are looking for. Hmmm
