Bioheart is on Life Support!
This is an artificial inflation of the stock price and it will fall again. There is no new news and the only recent change in Bioheart is that they actually spent $20,000 to have this stock falsely promoted and in the end, someone will be left holding the bag with a big loss. Anyone that researches this company will see that they have huge debt ($13mil), no cash, no more patents and no employees. This company is 6-10 years away from an FDA approval (at best) and that’s after they receive funding, hire a qualified scientific team and spend a year restarting their clinical trials. Bioheart has a long history of failed relationships with investors and reputable companies that refuse to ever do business with them again.

Can you be more specific? What reputable companies?...Is Bioheart's long list of reputable names on their scientific board a sham? Have you written or called the company headquarters to talk to one of their non-existent employees? This seems a very negative take. If you don't own any stock and you are trying to warn off potential investors it is helpful to site a few sources. A lot of investors may be waiting for the report this week from Vancouver. Maybe they are waiting for Guffman...

I am not disagreeing with a general uneasiness about the stock Bioheart and sold off my shares last week, unable to find any real info. As I said last week, everyone seems to have been duly warned on Bioheart and with the big volume on Friday, plenty of time to get out of the stock. If it crashes on monday then real gamblers might lose a few bucks, anyone paying attention to some basic rules of investing, should not. If for some crazy reason there is news, real news about a partner coming in, whatever, the gamblers will make out. However I think that if a partner was in the wings, this pr gambit would be unnecessary, the news would skyrocket the shares... So again, I sold.

And by the way, if it is such a scam, what is it doing on this board of stem cell companies?
