Me too, very deep in this one, much more then I would normally allow myself, however I have less worry about this one, then all other companes, I have been invested in, I will probably take 10-20% of the table, when JBII goes above $10, the rest I will hold for the next 5 Years min, we are inches away from the commercial stage, this is when the fun will really start, can't wait to see the desparation on the other board, when the Rock Tenn sites starts to roll out, I will make sure to remind each basher a long time out in the future, chase them on other boards, reminding them of JBII, LOL

A.H
Couldn't agree more, the more deparate they become, the more confident I become in JBII, I just love their attacks and the cheap prices they bring, just gobbling them up and loving it.

Billions!
Correct, however he is not a CPA.

Looks like the SEC should be going after Gately and associates instead of JB.

Print Email this page Regulatory, Corporate Compliance and Internal Investigations
In an enhanced federal enforcement and regulatory environment, Pryor Cashman routinely represents clients in investigations and proceedings being conducted by a wide variety of government entities, including:
* The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ)
* The U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (SDNY & EDNY) and District of New Jersey
* The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
* The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
* The Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
* The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
* The Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
* The Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP)
* Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
The newspaper headlines have shown that the business regulatory environment is no longer the exclusive province of the federal government. Over the past decade, the Attorney Generals of many states, including New York, have initiated wide-ranging corporate investigations, reaching into areas previously occupied by the SEC, FTC, DOJ and FCC. Moreover, and as many businesses have unfortunately learned, these regulatory investigations have become much more aggressive and extremely public, threatening the very survival of the companies under investigation. Pryor Cashman attorneys have been deeply involved representing clients in a series of such enforcement and regulatory investigations over the past decade.
Consistent with our long-standing securities practice, Pryor Cashman attorneys have represented senior corporate officers and directors in SEC and FDIC enforcement proceedings. For example, in the past few years, we have represented:
* The former chief executive and chief financial officers of a major appliance company in an SEC enforcement investigation and litigation
* A broker in an SEC enforcement proceeding involving market timing
* The former chief executive officer of an Irish pharmaceutical company in SEC depositions after which we successfully persuaded the SEC that there was no basis for pursuing any claims against him
* A collateral manager in the UBS collateralized debt obligation (CDO) subprime SEC investigation
* Senior banking officers in an SEC investigation
* A bank and its senior officers and directors in a SDNY criminal investigation and subsequently in an FDIC enforcement proceeding, as well as conducting an internal investigation on the bank’s behalf
* A high-profile media figure and his manager as witnesses in an SEC insider trading investigation
* A former employee of Galleon in a SDNY and SEC insider trading investigation
In addition, Pryor Cashman attorneys represented the court-appointed independent monitor in the global Wall Street settlement arising out of the investment banking/research analyst investigations by the SEC and the N.Y. State Attorney General's Office, one of the most significant SEC enforcement actions in recent years. Pryor Cashman assisted the independent monitor in conducting over 50 interviews of investment bankers and research analysts on both coasts, culminating in the preparation of a comprehensive report filed with the SEC, New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) detailing the independent monitor's findings and conclusions and compliance with the terms of the settlement.
During the past decade, Pryor Cashman attorneys have successfully represented several major music industry clients in a series of investigations initiated by the N.Y State Attorney General and Inspector General, the DOJ and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Using advanced electronic document management tools to handle massive discovery requests, our litigators have reviewed, organized, indexed and produced hundreds of thousands of pages of documents demanded by the SEC, TARP, the SDNY and New York State Attorney General and Inspector General.
In addition, consistent with the new legal landscape created by recent high-profile investigations, we have applied flexible approaches to each investigation and within each investigation at differing points in time. Such approaches, including cooperation rather than taking a purely adversarial stance, coupled with establishing a relationship of trust with the investigators that our attorneys would deliver what they commit to deliver, have secured extremely successful results for our clients.

GWMAN
He has 5,273,000 shares left out of his original 40 mil shares, see form 4 from 6th of Dec 2011.
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?param=&ipage=7940997&DSEQ=1&SEQ=&SQDESC=SECTION_INSIDER&exp=
So he has given 35 mil shares back, and if we add these shares to the OS with the same MC, then we get a share price of (1.45 x approx 72 mil) devided by (72 mil + 35 mil) = $0.97, so he has given back around $34 mil to the company, now how is that for a crook LOL.
GLTA.

Does anybody have a link to the PP prospectus from May 2010? the one where they sold shares at $4 each.
GLTA.
A.H
Yes but after JBII bought them, so you are saying that JB should have looked at DoMarks filing, after he is done doing business with them!
GLTA.
A.H
Again for the masses, when was this report filed? yes after JBII bought the media credits, please show me a financial report for DoMark filed before Aug 24th 2009, that shows the media credits at less then $10 mil.
GLTA.
A.H
And when was that filed? before or after JBII took over Javaco and purchaced the media credits, well I will save you the trouble, it was filed after JBII bought them, please prove otherwise with links, if you don't agree.
GLTA.
A.H
LOL, too funny.
GLTA.
A.H
I see it as a disclaimer, and as such I don't believe this suit will amount to much, IMO.
Still, thanks for posting it.

Well found a form 5 listing all of them, it was filed in jan 2011, thats why it was so hard to fine, in this filing he states all the returns of shares done from inception until Jan 2011.
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?param=&ipage=7342252&DSEQ=1&SEQ=&SQDESC=SECTION_INSIDER&exp=
When you look at that, which with fridays closing price, these 32 mil shares would be worth around $45 mil, then it is hard to grasp how the SEC can claim that John is out to fraud investors, just crazy IMO.
GLTA.
A.H
Already doing that, thanks anyway,

Raw.
I have seen this one before, actually I already had that filing open in the browser window, it doesn't state how much he paid for the shares though, will have another look, I am sure I saw it somewhere.

JBII.
I have been doing some digging through the SEC files over the last 3 days, due to this SEC issue, however I cannot seem to find the 4K or 8K about John returning around 20 mil shares for 1 mil shares with 100/1 voting rights, I have looked at both Nasdaq. com and EDGAR, if anybody have a link at hand, then it would be very much appreciated,
Also I am quite sure that I read in some filing that John paid $80,000.00 for the 40 mil shares of 310 holdings, can anybody confirm that? or have a link, as I can't for the life of me find it again.
TIA.
A.H
Quarter.
she signs the article with Beth Healy, not Healey, do you have a link showing otherwise.
GLTA.
A.H
Yes what about those shareholders, if they really thought that they had been scammed, then I am sure we would have seen a lot of them signing up for the CA suits, however that didn't happened did it.

This statement of yours about John Bordynuik
"He's a very controlling person. And an extremely erratic one"
I am assuming that that is just your opinion, or do you have any proof to back that up, if so, then please post it here, before making speculations like that.

JBII, so the SEC claims that the $10 mil in media credits were used to inflate the share price, so that the company could raise $8.4 mil in PIPE's, however in the period where the PIPE's were executed the company had about 50 mil OS at an average share price of $5-6 per share, this gives a market cap of around $250-300 mil, I fail to see how the $10 mil media credits fooled investors and inflated the value of the company, when they were less than 3,5% of the market cap,
just my 2 cents.
Any thoughts on this?

Nice catch, I am assuming Beth Healy is the wife or Sister of Martin Healy, amazing that they come out with the story so quick for a small company in Niagara Falls, very smelly indeed, cannot see how that should interest readers in the Boston area.

Come on IPMN, we are due to hear about the sale of the oil properties, anticipated before years end, with oil prices at over $102 per barrel, it shouldn't be to hard.

$10 by June 2012.
$27 by Dec 2012
LOL, thank you very much, don't really feel that I have earned that honor yet though.
Happy JBII year.

No worries, I knew that, you guys are at each other all the time for fun, please don't take my comment seriously either.

I know he isen't to shabby, he is excellent, just thought I would cool the cheerleading a bit, Probably because I am down quite a bit on IPMN.
Happy New Year.
