He has 5,273,000 shares left out of his original 40 mil shares, see form 4 from 6th of Dec 2011.

So he has given 35 mil shares back, and if we add these shares to the OS with the same MC, then we get a share price of (1.45 x approx 72 mil) devided by (72 mil + 35 mil) = $0.97, so he has given back around $34 mil to the company, now how is that for a crook LOL.
