"Champs Trade Show, Las Vegas, from February 7th-9th. As has occurred before, the Company has had many national distributors come to its booth. The Company reports significant interest in wholesale pre-order placements for Easy Grinder™. Delivery of Easy Grinder is planned for March. Retail pre-orders remain strong on the Company’s new web." BOOM
Float initially less then 10m coupled with positive news will make this a winner IMO. Can't go much lower then it is. I'll play it out.
Per their PR of 6/29:
"Rocky Mountain High Brands will offer hemp-infused 2oz. Mango Energy Shots and Mixed Berry Energy Shots in the near future"
I wonder if HEMP knows that PZOO is just a "scam". If they do why would they associate with them. Curious
........and what impact to PPS to you feel the impending merger with RXNB which would
be the next step in qualifying for up listing to oh say NSAQ
"Well you're certainly entitled to your opinion. Here's mine: Building gets inspected followed by a license shortly after, pps goes up to .35 area. Bill has seeds planted within a month. Followed by an audited financials that drives the stock further to finally close at years end with a pps of .65 and a coming spring of $1 with the following year to bring $2.25 and then a buyback program is mentioned after the increasing revenues build up. This gets coupled with the federal election in Canada which likely will result in cannabis becoming not only medicinally legal, but also recreationally. Stock goes to $5. And somewhere in there, Vegas might get tapped to boost revenue and pps even higher. 5 year outlook? $5 - $20 pps IMO. Thanks for posting your opinion, just as relevant as everyone else's :)"
Never say never mr rich
So what you are saying is that there is still a chance. ......good enough for me.
Your team confirmed it ?? Too funny. Pictures are posted on FB showing the
steel being delivered, off loaded and stacked. Go team !
Open will be .0255
Long and holding strong on 2.1M AEGY$ and 150K of SKTO, can't wait till the merge as they will make one monster company. There are so many short term milestones that once achieved will send this into dollar land at the end of the emerald roan GLTA
Any insight or concern as to why half of the products on the PharmaJanes website are out of stock and have been since the oscars ?
What happens to the 230+ mil $PHOT shares that are due to €FITX once certain milestones are completed? Do they go into the companies coffers or are they distributed to shareholders as a dividend ?
Holding a 2mil position for the long term. I check the website almost daily for changes and updates. I have noticed that since the oscar's almost half of all the products listed are out of stock. it could be seen as a good sign that demand is so strong that they can't keep the items on the shelf. Concerned that they can't seem to replenish stock and perhaps we are expanding too quickly. Anyone with any insight?
Great info USM. Don't see any smoking gun issue here besides not filing in Alberta. I heard they were also suspended on the Timbuktu market as well.
I emailed god and all is good
Once the merge completes does it mean that we are gong to have to play nice with the kids on the SKTO board? I assume that the boards will have to merge as we'll.
My but what a difference a day makes. Yesterday the board was very quiet dominated by the doom and gloom crowd forecasting a continuing drop in PPS screaming scam, sell and run for the hills. Where are they all today? What great news about the pending merger, this just keeps getting better and better. As I've posted before AEGY has more legs then a centipede. Just starting out, launch less then a month old. Just wait until we start getting reports of revenues and number of members signed up and served. The merger with STKO is a match made in heaven and completely makes sense. So much for the arm chair quarter backs that continuously post over and over again like they know more and better then the management of these companies. Thank god we won't have to read through the incessant never ending posts that we need a ticker change and oh why haven't they changed the ticker and oh how will anyone know who we are and everyone thinks we are just a mining company. We'll I guess that issue has been finally put to rest and apparently you didn't know squat. I've been building my MMJ portfolio for a year now and AEGY is one of the best looking plays I've invested in. Please note that, I am an investor and not a flipper or trader. On Monday, with the dip, I reduced another position I had and doubled down on AEGY and am soooo glad I did. I am now holding 2mil of AEGY and 110k of SKTO. From my vantage point I'm sitting in the cat bird seat. NASDAQ listing, how sweet will that be. I' m hold for nothing less then folding money. Congrats to those that share my vision, this is a once in a life time opportunity. Join me on the emerald road to riches.
Hydro, appreciate your input. Please post the links to all those "other websites that are delivering weed with a better selection". Where did you hear that they can't keep weed in stock. Wouldn't that indicate a huge demand and that they must be doing really well, or do you think they ran throu that lid bag that they had. Join me on the emerald road
Thanks really interesting ......it is so funny that I was hoping that you might actually remember the company and exchange so that I can research the similarities. I really appreciate your advise.
Great news ahead, this keeps getting better and better. Many trading types here and so many sounding like experts that know more then the team leading this company. If you've done your own DD and followed FITX for any length of time it's quickly obvious how ignorant and ill informed they are and what their true intentions here are. Why is Bill heading over seas ?? Well it has been mentioned multiple times that exporting is part of the business plan, as reflected in the type of license they are applying for. Israel has also been mentioned several times as a potential export market and one that is a trading partner with Canada. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Bills trip involves working on contracts with global customers. Patience will be rewarded, building a world class business takes time. Join me on the emerald road.
$AEGY with a potential national market, if not international , has more legs then a centapeid. Only launched a couple of weeks ago and it just gets better and better. While I could always get in the car and drive down to pizza pallor to pick up my pie personally , I rarely do as I would much rather be able to order on line from the privacy of my own home and have it delivered to my door. In California $AEGY is only selling to those with a MMJ card just imagine the volume in a state where recreational is legal. Walking down the emerald road
That tube clip was freakin awesome
Nice job Vuk !!! Those pics should take some of the wind out of the Debbie Doubters sails. Hey, man, like don't bogart that monarch dude, pass it over you mellow AEGY'er. Continued to add to my position today, at these prices such a bargain . Been investing in the MMJ market since last March and this is by far one of the best and most solid plays going. Marching down the emerald road to riches.
Okay so just a day or so ago I read a post or two here that there was nothing on site but a pile of rebar and a backhoe moving back and forth. Then I remember reading post after post of someone who had personally visited the site and swore that nothing was going on. Then yet another about a gentlemen that claimed to live near by and swore there was no one there but some guy in a black jeep. I also remember several posts a few days back making definitive statements that it was impossible to pour concrete footings in the winter. Why it just must be a miracle or Bill is pulling off a huge hoax as I saw two videos on the Facebook page showing cement trucks and other heavy equipment busy pouring footings and foundations. Why it must either be miracle or some of those who post that aren't exactly being truthful. Long and strong. Looking good, can't wait for the next week to roll out. Join me on the emerald road to riches. .
I wouldn't be surprised to see AEGY trade sideways tomorrow as you suggest while consolidation continues waiting for the next development to propel this forward. Medbox was one of the initial players launching early last year and has become the darling of the MMJ investors. While we didn't start where they did I'm sure we won't end up where they are today being investigated for fraud. See their PR's that came out on Tuesday. AEGY has something tangible while the other doesn't . In the long run AEGY will be national and the PPS will reflect that. Join me on the emerald road.
Nicely done 0001!! Cashing out on a couple of other positions to increase my AEGY holdings at the open on Tuesday. This is going to be huge. Not too many MMJ plays have potential national and even international markets to expand into. Talk about getting in at the bottom! Join me on the emerald road

Lawmakers Push Obama to Soften Marijuana Rules
Obama's recent comments saying pot is less dangerous than alcohol look like an opportunity to advocates for relaxed marijuana laws
More than a dozen members of Congress called on President Barack Obama on Wednesday to remove marijuana from the federal government’s list of hard drugs, seizing upon his own comments in a recent interview that pot is no more dangerous than alcohol.
“We were encouraged by your recent comments,” the letter from 17 Democrats and one Republican said. “We request that you take action to help alleviate the harms to society caused by the federal Schedule I classification of marijuana. … You said that you don’t believe marijuana is any more dangerous than alcohol: a fully legalized substance. …. Marijuana, however, remains listed in the federal Controlled Substances Act at Schedule I, the strictest classification.
“This makes no sense,” the lawmakers added.
Obama recently told the New Yorker that marijuana isn’t more harmful than alcohol when it comes to “its impact on the individual consumer.” Legalization advocates quickly jumped on those remarks and started a petition on Change.org, saying Obama should put his money where his mouth is and remove pot from Schedule I list of drugs, where it currently resides alongside substances like heroin, LSD and ecstasy.
The lone Republican signing the letter is California Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, who told TIME last year that, “If it was a secret ballot, the majority of Republicans would have voted to legalize marijuana a long time ago.” Most lawmakers signing the letter are from the West, and nearly half are from California, one of the 20 states where medical marijuana is already allowed and where advocates believe a successful legalization referendum could tip the scales in many other states.
The lawmakers said law enforcement resources are “wasted” on enforcing “harsh, unrealistic, and unfair marijuana laws” and that such laws disproportionately affect minorities. Even if the drug is not decriminalized they asked that it “at the very least [be eliminated] from Schedule I or II.” Schedule I drugs are viewed by the federal government as having “no currently accepted medical use in the United States,” while Schedule II are classified as having “a high potential for abuse which may lead to severe psychological or physical dependence.”
Among the signers of the letter is Oregon Democratic Rep. Earl Blumenauer, who has pushed for tax reform that would treat legal marijuana businesses like other businesses and for federal legislation that would clarify states’ rights to legalize medical marijuana.
In his recent interview, Obama acknowledged his use of marijuana as a young man and said “it’s a bad idea, a waste of time, not very healthy.” He said that the legalization experiments taking place in Colorado and Washington should “go forward” and that it’s a problem that poor people are disproportionately affected by drug enforcement. “We should not be locking up kids or individual users for long stretches of jail time when some of the folks who are writing those laws have probably done the same thing,” Obama said.
But what might sound like music to legalization advocates’ ears is still a far cry from saying he will declassify the drug, much less support the federal legalization of marijuana. In a recent interview with TIME, Vice President Joe Biden emphasized that the administration does not back legalization, even if there is room for change when it comes to enforcement.

Joint venture hurt us? More then likely will do the complete opposite . Just speculating but a joint venture could possible an additional supplier of products to be carried on PharmaJanes.com, or perhaps a new market to cover, can only see upside to this possible venture. Well then that's easy to prove your point and end the tax debate .........post a receipt

Once they beat the huge date issue to death perhaps we can debate the type of font they used in their invoice as that must also be wrong and clearly shows what a scam this must be. Talk about grasping for anything to make an issue about. Too funny. Emerald road to retirement
I certainly see your point. Let's see how many dispensaries are in California alone, hundreds, thousand? According to your post they all have their own website so why would a patient need to use paramajanes, so your saying that there are hundreds if not thousands of individual websites. Can you please post a few links to these individual website, I would love to see them, Having owned an internet commerce business building and maintaining a quality website is a significant investment and cost. Really appreciate you input and insight. Join me on the emerald road to wealth and happiness.
By golly mr Howell I think you've hit the nail on the head. When all else fails blame everything on poor ole George .......too freakin funny!! Best post of the night. Good luck on the emerald road yo riches

Love it or loathe it, marijuana as medicine is not a trend likely to disappear soon. Its use – and sale – is not going unnoticed by the legitimate business world.
Michigan-based nutritional supplement company, Creative Edge Nutrition, is on course to becoming the first U.S. company to be allowed to distribute medicinal marijuana in Canada, says CEO Bill Chaaban. In November the company was notified by Canada’s federal health department, Health Canada, that it has been issued a ‘ready to build’ letter for a facility* to grow, distribute, import and export medicinal marijuana and plant seeds through its Canadian subsidiary CEN Biotech. Once finished, Health Canada will inspect the site and decide whether to issue a permit to begin operation.
Creative Edge, which sells health supplements and trades for fractions of a penny on OTC Markets, reported less than $2 million in the first half of 2013 but Chaaban – an attorney licensed to practice in both the U.S. and Canada – says this latest play could catapult the company’s earnings into the stratosphere. “By the end of year five we’ll be doing $100 million in sales, with a margin of 80 percent.”
Currently, for medicinal users in Canada, marijuana costs between $5 and $6 CAD per gram (that’s between $4.70 and $5.60 in U.S. dollars). CEN Biotech’s cost to produce runs between 80 cents and $1 CAD per gram. Chaaban predicts the operation will be up and running and ready to begin shipping within seven months.
CEN Biotech’s new 58,000 square foot facility – still under construction in Lakeshore, Ontario, across the Detroit River from Michigan – has cost the company about $16 million CAD. Chaaban claims capital was raised from a pool of, ahem, ‘seed’ investors that includes companies that deal in alcohol and tobacco, entertainment industry players and professional sports figures. He would not provide specific names. Chaaban estimates that he owns roughly 4% of the company.
The level of oversight mandated by Health Canada has demanded CEN Biotech design their new facility like a high security penitentiary, says Chaaban, including night vision cameras, laser sensors, 24-hour security staff and tagging technology that will allow the organization to monitor the movement of every single plant. “There will be RF-ID (radio frequency ID) tags on every single seed.”
Also, no purchase of product by registered patients can be conducted in cash and CEN Biotech’s leadership team – made up of four lawyers, two doctors of pharmacy, two former law enforcement officers, an agricultural engineer and an executive of a drug company – has been vetted by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Cannabis is used to treat the effects of glaucoma, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, nerve pain and chemotherapy, among other ailments. Health Canada had previously allowed individuals to apply for licenses to produce marijuana for medicinal use but increases in fire hazards, home invasions and crime have led the organization to push for a more regulated co-op system that requires fire and police approval, tracking and taxation, says Chaaban. Also, with so many producers, the organization had a hard time overseeing quality. “Too many people were applying to grow their own.”
Health Canada predicts that there will be half a million medicinal users in Canada within ten years but Chaaban feels that with the ease of access and assurance of consistency, that figure could be reached in two.
Not that Canada is CEN Biotech’s only market—the company’s 24 strains of plants could be exported to sources in Uruguay, Israel, The Netherlands, Mexico, Colombia, Iran and North Korea, said Chaaban. (update: Canada has trade restrictions in place for Iran and North Korea). Seeds from prime sources can be imported for use in the production facility.

As far as the United States market is concerned, Chaaban is betting that as more states adopt laws embracing medicinal marijuana, state governments will look for taxable product sources they feel have trustworthy tracking procedures and he wants CEN Biotech to be among them. “Once the feds come on board we’ll definitely enter the U.S. market.”
Chaaban’s confidence that the U.S. will come around to enacting more lax cannabis legislation is not unfounded. Most recently, Colorado residents are able to purchase marijuana thanks to a law allowing the sale (no prescription required) and regulated production of marijuana which went into effect this week. At present, the state has 24 open shops selling the product with hundreds of pending applications from entrepreneurs interested in providing some service in the new industr.,
Other publicly traded firms work in the medicinal marijuana space, including Cannabis Science, Inc.; Endocan Corporation; GW Pharmaceuticals and Medical Marijuana, Inc. Should medical marijuana continue to be embraced by states and federal governments, more players are likely to enter the market as growers, distributors and investors.
*Correction: The company has been issued permission to build its cannabis facility. Upon completion it will be inspected by Health Canada for a permit to begin operation. An earlier version of this post stated the company had already been approved to begin operation.
Jesus Martin, relax, you sound surprisingly like one of their doubt casting team either that or a constant whiner. The sky is not falling, the dream is real. Stay long and become wealthy beyond your dreams with the rest of us. This is just the beginning. Our baby has just learned to crawl and I'm holding until she gets her masters degree.
Meg, I'm all for heathy knowledgable debate. When the CEO publicly states in an interview less then three days old that he expects a yield of up to 4 lbs per plant and certain individuals insist repetitively that is impossible it sounds to me that he he saying that Bill is either a lair or doesn't know what he is talking about.
Wholly crepe only a 1,975% gain sine the beginning of the year. .......that really sucks, why am I bothering to hold with such awful gains. The website has been launched for a whole week one would think we would of had at least 7 or 8 PR's by now. What are they thinking. Perhaps I should sell at the open. Actually I'm glad it's holding back until I finish accumulating.
Impossible my friend only means one hasn't figured out how to do it. At one time the popular opinion that it was impossible to fly and look where we are now. We would all still be taking the train had the wright brothers listened.. The four lbs yield wasn't my idea listen to the interview and hear if yourself.I've learned through the years that nothing is impossible. Follow the emerald road.
Apparently the Map ignores the fact that Massachusetts IPAs already approves med Mj and initiatives are in play to decriminalize and legalize. Having grown up in the 60's and 70's this is all a life long dream coming true.
