This stock isn't going to move with OTC traders, this is a "swing for the fences" stock. We are all in here at the beginning. What's going to make this stock move is if some big money player(s) like Brad Parscale and want to take a chance on what he is trying to do within CloudCommerce. I believe at some point this is going to happen and when it does, it's going to come out of nowhere. We will get a good picture of what's going on here sometime this month when CLWD release their 10Q. Until then it's a waiting game. IMO
I'm sure other Hollywood studios will use Brad to advertise their movies in middle America. He's definitely got alot of things going on, probably more than we'd believe.
CloudCommerce has always been measured when it comes to promoting their stock. They could have easily used Parscale-Glies and Sony in a press release, but they didn't. At some point, when people catch on, CLWD will be on fire. IMO
They've got their foot in the door, in the film industry. If Parscale Strategy can perform it will lead to more work like this. These studios throw money around like nothing and it would be good to see some of that money land at Parscale-Giles. EOM
Here's some pretty good news:
http://variety.com/2017/film/news/only-the-brave-trump-brad-parscale-1202594267/
Parscale-Giles is expanding into and hiring in Florida. It will make it easier for Brad to be involved in both operations. His goal was to bring what he's done for the Trump campaign and bring it to Corporate America. He's doing that with CloudCommerce. It's easy to walk and chew bubble gum at the same time. I know that's hard for some to understand, but, hey, not everyone can make money here. Sorry. eom
From the latest CloudCommerce news release:
"To learn more about “the Parscale Effect” and how brands can use data analytics and digital marketing to reach highly targeted audiences, please visit a special CloudCommerce website at www.theparscaleeffect.com."
If you've ever contacted CloudCommerce in the past you would know they are very diligent about protecting their brand. I'll make sure fraudulent posts like that, designed to damage their name, will be brought to their attention.
My money is on Brad Parscale one day being a billionaire. He's got the traits, the motivation, and the story. We are here early to ride this train with him. I'd be happy with just being a millionare. It's going to hit out of nowhere and won't stop rising. IMO EOM
The suspense is thick. I've got this feeling that CLWD is going to move up big, out of nowhere, and the move will beyond what we've expected....Or it could just be gas.
Read the transcript of the interview, think of the implications, and connect the dots. We have Brad Parscales knowledge, now working for CloudCommerce. The ability to reach rural people with advertising in a way that's never been done before. Advertising had always been focused around mass media markets, but that's changing with social media and targeted advertising to smaller populations "a town of 15 people that they wouldn't have purchased a commercial for". He did this with a Presidetial campaign and to great effect. He worked with Facebook and Google to learn all the secrets and that knowledge is now working for CloudCommerce to be used for regular businesses commercially. What might we have here? Wow!
Revenues in 10K only indicate Indaba revenues, not Parscale, but does mention CloudCommerce employees including Parscale employees. We'll know soon enough what the picture looks like Parcsale revs. eom
Looks like Brad Parscale will be on 60 minutes Sunday night in a pre-recorded interview. eom
10K out...
Nice revenue growth Yoy. Indaba Group is solid and it gives us a little picture into Parscale. CLWD went from 27 employees to over 60. It will be interesting to see those Parscale numbers out next week and maybe an announcement or two. eom
He decided to not take any future money from the shyster, crook OTC financiers and mocked them in the process. Do you think these unethical people will let that fly? That's why you have some of the posters on this board that weren't here in the past. Rossi is going to have overcome this by getting money from outside the OTC in this. I think he will do it.
This stock is at .03...
What the hell do you guys expect. If those on this board whining had their demands met in the past you wouldn't have been able to buy at this price. Everyone knows this is a gamble and the CEO isn't perfect, but at least you have a CEO and a product. Compare that to all the other scams companies out there that are double this stock's price. Rossi is young, ambitious, and is learning. For .03, I'll take it.
If he comes through many here will be rich, it may take more time than you like, but at least you'll be paying capital gains instead of income tax. At a million shares, if this goes to .30, you'll save a ton of money. Meanwhile, put some money in some other quality plays down in this price range. EOM
Hopefully we see some major news this week.
Impressive as that is we CLWD could be in for something better. From their last new release:
"The opportunities in the commercial market segment dwarf the opportunities in the political market segment and Brad is the key to helping us penetrate this larger market."
If you go to the Parscale website, they are hiring for positions in Florida. Guess who is in Florida...
I love the potential here but...
I've been here longer than most and have damn near a millions shares of CLWD and want this to go up, but I can't figure a few things out.
I truly hope Brad Parscale is a digital marketing prodigy, but if he is and is widely known, why aren't people breaking down the door to get in on the ground level of this investment?
Secondly, for a marketing company, they sure don't say much or am I missing something? Perhaps I'm being a bit impatient it being only a month since the merger, but I was hoping we would here more about current clients an more about the role of Jill Giles. She seems extremely talented and doesn't seem to be getting her share of top billing here.
Like I said, I've been here for well over a year and half. Maybe I'm just being impatient.
Read Jason's new blog post and then read his previous posts. This guy is one intelligent cat. They are building something here. I know the dilution sucks, and it might even go lower. This stock will, however have it's day. I just made a ton of money off of FRZT and that stock was left for dead, just like this one. Read my previous posts and you will see what I'm talking about. Freezetag is no IP Risk Control, IP is in an emerging sector with huge potential growth and with their new acquisition they access to big name partners we don't really know about. I'm accumulating down here until I can get just under 5% of OS. ALL IMO.
Look at Google Play. Other Garfield Apps have millions of downloads. FRZT's Garfield Trivia game is a little rinky dink app that has between 10,000-50,000 downloads since December. Garfield fans will get this game if only to see what it's about, and it has prizes too!? This app will have 10's of thousands of downloads by the end of the week. The only thing I worry about is how well the game functions. FRZT will be over .01 by release date easily.
I'm glad I got those millys instead of going to Choctaw. I think now I'm going to Vegas to stay at the Wynn.
HIGH FADE, good to see someone here from the beginning. We endured this one didn't we?
Nice! Read the update and feel much better about future prospects and less concerned about recent actions. I'm convinced they are listening and do care about the shareholders. XYZ, if you are out there, you should get a lot of credit for this and I hope you buy back in at these low prices to reap the benefits.
I loaded a ton down here, more than any other OTC I've ever owned. I know it's still a crap shoot, but this is a legitimate company, with great technology, in a hot space right now. After this letter to the shareholders, I'm much more confident in this speculation. ALL IMO. Thanx
APHD is definitely in the right space at the right time. There is so much potential here, but it all boils down to whether or not those running the show give a damn about the shareholders as stated by xyz.
The latest cyber attack could bring some attention this way. Let's hope. All IMO.
What a key post.
If you watch the RedChip interview with Jason Remillard, you are watching a similar presentation that they bring to their clients. I guess it's up to each individual here to decide how competent he seems, but I've made my decision. Especially after researching ClassiDocs. IMO
A lot of buyers in the .0011-.002 range decided to take their over 100% gains. Can't blame them, and now the stock is consolidating. The next move will bring APHD to .008-.01 and beyond. Many here that have researched Appiphany, ClassiDocs, and Jason Remillard know what the potential is and are probably holding millions of shares. I'm waiting to buy another million if this comes back down to .0032-.0035 area.
My belief is that they are positioning themselves to be bought out between 100m-200m at some point down the road. How long it will take to get there I don't know, but Mr. Remillard seems to be aggressive and they have the structure in place to attain that goal. All IMO.
I believe that's the ultimate goal of Jason Remillard. This company is not just about brand protection, but also about data organization. Research ClassiDocs a little more and you'll see that their platform as been in research for months and has under gone hundreds of tests. ClassiDocs was like a reverse merger that added even more value to what Appiphany had originally. This is millions of dollars worth of Proprietary Technology here.
I believe that the reason for the RW was to relieve Appiphany of the stigma that comes with dealing with the likes of GHS. They want to be viewed as a legitimate company and not some penny pump scam. I wouldn't be surprised to see some near term financing from a reputable source that recognizes the value what Mr. Remillard is doing here. This at the least a .05 stock near term. All IMO
Not for the faint of heart.
Know what you have here. Watch the presentation, view the websites, read the recent news. I'll say it again, the acquisition of ClassiDocs and the addition of Jason Remillard was a game changer, a reverse merger of sorts. By this time next week this stock will be much higher. IMO
People trading here on charts alone are near sighted. This is a rare circumstance developing here and money from outside the OTC sphere will come in. These are top notch IT Professionals and they have Proprietary Technology worth millions. I believe the are aiming for a big money buyout 200-300 million at some point. All IMO.
This isn't the same company. They have Proprietary Technology which has a value. What that value is I'm not sure, you would have to consult an IT expert. I'll say it again the acquisition of ClassiDocs was a big game changer. The risk-reward at this price is off the charts. I mean, if a stock like DOLV, which is a scam IMO, can push to almost .10, then are you telling me a legitimate company, yet fledgling like this at .002, can't push to a few pennies or more. I don't believe it. All IMO.
I agree. However, this ain't some damn diaper stock, it's an IT, product security stock. Much sexier and much more potential, were talking multi-billion sector within ecommerce. If this catches fire it sees a nickle. IMO
They must have found a more respectable way of raising capital. The acquisition of ClassiDocs and the addition of Jason Remillard was definitely a game changer. I recommend anyone interested in taking a position here watch the interview with Mr. Remillard which is located on the company's website blog.
Like the news today. I Especially like the part that states:
"Riding a wave of recent organic growth, Indaba has garnered significant attention from various industry influencers."
Something big is going on here and not many investors know about it.
The clock is ticking. These 40 million share dumps are a bi-monthly thing and are no good. Their games are making some money and I believe Kitty Pawp has a small following from what I can see. It looks like 70 thousand in revs last quarter, but its going to take more than that. I'm looking for .001-.002, but may have to pull the plug if we top 1.5B shares. Tick Tock.
My analysis is a bit different on this one.
Appiphany Technologies is based out of Salt Lake City which tells me there is a good chance the guy running the company is Mormon. My wife has some Mormon relatives that way and they are hard working, resourceful, honest people that would rather be put put to death than be thought of as a fraud.
I had a good experience some years back with a Solar Company start up SLTD that ran from under a penny to over .30 at one point. They also took the toxic financing in the beginning and overcame it. The CEO of that company was Mormon. Mitt Romney, successful businessman, also a Mormon. Strange analysis, yes, but definitely something to consider. IMO
There's not to much out there about Wireless Industry Corporation, but it does look to be a legitimate company out of Puerto Rico. Here it is:
http://listings.findthecompany.com/l/20563090/Wireless-Industry-Corp-in-Guaynabo-PR
Gotta break .0021 and it off to the races. IMO
This volume is going to get some eyeballs for sure. IMO
Any whiff of new contracts and this is in the pennies. IMO
This one is getting ready to move. Nobody likes the 80 million dumped here but I think it's at the tail end of that. Probably coordinated to end near the little presentation the CEO is giving today. Time to get in. IMO
Anyone see this from yesterday?
