Have u ever seen a startup R&D company with money on the books? Find something new to point out.
I read it I said it could have been, but since Jim just releaseda PR about it tya isba moot point. It ismstill, subject to approval on the 30th. If you have ever dealynwith tye govermentmyou know not to hold your breath.
IMO, we should all be real careful when it comes to Fresno information! Making trades based on information thet may or may not be available to the public can still potentially be insider trading.
While It is believe that the information was provided by the city of Fresno project team, there is no proof that it wasn't a spoof piece to manipulate the market now. It could have been posted by a city employee holding stock in SLTD.
SO i think until it is a done deal it is better to have some distance from it, talk wise. The proceedings seen in this deal are not what you would see in most goverment contracts of this size. Typically there is not this much information available to the, public prior to a final vote. Just be careful. Some contracts here in FL operate under code names until the final vote is taken. Not saying this is the case in CA but why take chances?
Not likly. Jim will stay conservative and we can all be happily surprised we exceeded guidance. Imo
Please remember it's not done until the council votes yea on it. Most likely will happen, however this is goverment we are talking about here. Chances are good that legal has already said yes so we should be good.
Just saying though.
Good find. Now we wait a week, for the council, vote.
Better look again. It was 1 million, not 3.
Actually he doesn't. He has told me and others that he doesn't have any use for boards.
More than double the daily average now. Expect 1mil by 10AM.
Hey Northpeak! What's your Bro doing. He's going to have to pay up one of these days when the final numbers come out. TANAKIA, my friend!

Solar3D’s SUNworks Division Contracted by Several California-Based Agricultural Companies for Solar System Installation
Company continues to diversify its agricultural client portfolio with unique project installation requests
SANTA BARBARA, CA – (July 17, 2015) - Solar3D, Inc. (NASDAQ:SLTD), a leading provider of solar power solutions and the developer of a proprietary high efficiency solar cell, announced today that its operating division SUNworks has been contracted by multiple California-based agricultural organizations to implement over 700 kilowatts in solar power. The contracts total approximately $1,500,000 in sales and are designed to achieve over $9 million in cost savings for the customers over the next 25 years.
Danamark Walnut, a prominent farming organization in Central California since 1930, produces high-quality walnuts from two locations, Stockton and Linden. The company prides itself on being environmentally friendly, as their orchards cleanse the planet’s air of over 10,000 tons of carbon dioxide each year. Danamark Walnut’s request for a rooftop 368.2kW Huller system and rooftop 111.6kw office system reflects their commitment to sustainability within the region, while the projects are expected to provide the farm approximately $4.5 million in energy cost-savings over the next 25 years.
Established in 1958, Bear River Supply serves its clients in the agricultural, turf and ornamental industries with crop nutrients, crop protection products and services. In order to reduce long-term and short-term energy costs, the company requested SUNworks install a 46.4kW roof panel for their supply house in Rio Oso, CA.
Family-owned and operation COE Orchard Equipment has been depended on by farms in the region as a leading manufacturer of top-of-the-line orchard equipment. SUNworks will be tasked with the installation of a 192.3kW DC Roof Mount designed to achieve more than $4.2M in cost savings over the next 25 years.
“The strongest indication of our agricultural success throughout the California region is the volume of incoming and organic leads we are generating,” said Abe Emard, CEO of SUNworks. “Farmers are a very intelligent demographic with equal emphasis on being cost-minded and ensuring sustainability throughout their region. Our team understands the needs and motivations of those within the industry, especially in California and Nevada, which has resulted in a strong relationship between our brand and the high-growth agricultural sector.”

No doubt a crystal skull would come in handy.
Fortunatly it will never get to his level of low.
Yeah solar energy will certainly help the world. However the real problem is not CO 2. The real danger is CH4 by a factor of 25. It is scond only to CO2 in our atmosphere yet can capture and retain 25 times the amount of heat as compared to CO2. And every single creature from one cell to millions of cells create this daily. No amount of solar usage will ever eliminate this chemical.
Methane (CH4) is the second most prevalent greenhouse gas emitted in the United States from human activities. In 2013, CH4 accounted for about 10% of all U.S. greenhouse gas emissions from human activities. Methane is emitted by natural sources such as wetlands, as well as human activities such as leakage from natural gas systems and the raising of livestock. Natural processes in soil and chemical reactions in the atmosphere help remove CH4 from the atmosphere. Methane's lifetime in the atmosphere is much shorter than carbon dioxide (CO2), but CH4 is more efficient at trapping radiation than CO2. Pound for pound, the comparative impact of CH4 on climate change is 25 times greater than CO2 over a 100-year period.
OMG! Where is the Gore when U least need him. He is probably trying to find a convenient truth.
All this proves is that nobody, nowhere, nohow knows the truth of why today is what it is and why tomorrow will be what it was. Let the master explaine it.
Philosophically, the works of Aristotle reflect his gradual departure from the teachings of Plato and his adoption of a new approach. Unlike Plato, who delighted in abstract thought about a supra-sensible realm of forms, Aristotle was intensely concrete and practical, relying heavily upon sensory observation as a starting-point for philosophical reflection. Interested in every area of human knowledge about the world, Aristotle aimed to unify all of them in a coherent system of thought by developing a common methodology that would serve equally well as the procedure for learning about any discipline.
For Aristotle, then, logic is the instrument (the "organon") by means of which we come to know anything. He proposed as formal rules for correct reasoning the basic principles of the categorical logic that was universally accepted by Western philosophers until the nineteenth century. This system of thought regards assertions of the subject-predicate form as the primary expressions of truth, in which features or properties are shown to inhere in individual substances. In every discipline of human knowledge, then, we seek to establish the things of some sort have features of a certain kind.
Aristotle further supposed that this logical scheme accurately represents the true nature of reality. Thought, language, and reality are all isomorphic, so careful consideration of what we say can help us to understand the way things really are. Beginning with simple descriptions of particular things, we can eventually assemble our information in order to achieve a comprehensive view of the world.
BTW, DID i mention theproof was in the pudding.
No. Quite frankly I have had a good day up until now.
Wasn't me. i still can't spell warrents.
No way! I'm looking for 3.90+ And I will get it.
There in is the problem my friend. Say hi to mom. The market doesn't think, it reacts! Unfortunately there is absolutely no intelligence involved with it's reaction. OMG, one of THE DONALDS hair got out of place. OMG, the SOS fell off his bike and broke a bone. Fortunately it wasn't anything of importance, much like all the rest of him but still the market reacted. Just saying!
I'm trying in all the ways u can count. It has now been two weeks, and a week and half to go since I was able to hug my wife. My temperment is suffering from that. Just spreading it around.
I did. But that doesn't make it smart to sell @ 2.00! I will take advantage of that stupidity but it doesn't change that it was a stupid move! Warrents are money in the bank just waiting to explode. If someone doesn't get that they have no business being in the stock market!
And u should. But I was referring to the idiot that sold @ 2.00. Why why why would u take that kind of hit? No matter how much u might own right now the value is way in the future when u convert. Absolutly stupid to give away money like that.
Selling warrent at a loss is not the answer. These things are like money in the bank for the future. Someone just SOLD THEIR FUTURE! Stupid stupid stupid. Leave the f'ing warrents alone.

I have decided that last week never happened, never existed, and is now completely wipe from memory. We are now on a new day, a new deal a new tomorrow! Let the good times roll we have a winner. Long and strong. Some bleeding, many bumps and bruises, but damn it we are GOING TO WIN!!
1. I don't know why Jim does what he does.
2. I will never know why, nor would I have the audacity to ask him why, nor should anyone else other than the SEC and his lawyer ask him.
3. Jim follows SEC guidelines. End of story. If he wants to do otherwise he consults his lawyer. If she says don't do it, end of story.
4. He has no obligation to share company info with ANY SHAREHOLDER. Don't believe that go read the company charter. Fortunately, unlike many CEO's , he does share information, but not because he has to, but because he wants to. However it will be on his timeline and not ours.
5. And a good bloody monday morning to all.
Perhaps there is hope after all that shorts can't stick it to u everytime. This week is officially over. Long live the week ahead.
Always glad to help out confused investors. Was not aware up to that point that they had compensated anyone. Question now of course is, does it invalidate the information contained in the report? And if so shouldn't you or someone report them to the SEC for false advertizing, or is that misleading investors. Whatever so glad I could help you get your mind around that trickey finacial thing.
However black phosphorous exceeds graphenes abilities. But unless we are going into high frequence transitor field nither is worth anything for SLTD.
I looked at this months ago. I think it has potential, however it really hasn't moved as much as one would expect in light of constant news.
For those who think this is a POS.

Just a reminder in case some have forgotten. Most of the big houses will not touch us as long as we stay below 5 PPS. When we finally get up at or above that magic number I believe we will take off. Until then it is going to be bounce up drop down.
BTW, at this level I still do not feel that any charting is going to be of any use. Our history bears that out. No one, And I do mean no one has been able to do so for the last two years. And until this starts behaving like a mature stock nobody will be successfully charting it. IMO
Right now I am just happy to see upward movement. At least I was able to add on at a fairly decent price. That really is a catch 22 though.
Well damn! Just when I thought it was safe to go out again I get an email from Seeking Alpha telling me that solar stocks are down again! Do those idiots think we are all asleep? That we can't tell that solar isn't doing well. I do enjoy the morning world news they provide, but after that it is all self serving crap.
Think I'm done here for today. Off to post where intellegence is still in control.
Hey Alex! I'm expecting 50 mil for Q2 alone. Think that is as realistic as NONE?
I'm sorry. Was there some relevance to your post, or were you crowing? I fail to see why you think insider buying has anything to do with what is currently occuring. You have apparently, being generous here, not really done any real DD on Sltd. If u had you would be aware of the 11 mil in the bank, the millions of dollars involved in backlog bss reported in Q1 and should be realized in Q2 reports. The absence of debt. The almost 5 millions of new bss announced in the past few weeks. The company guidance that tells us 40 to 50 mil in bss by EOY. And BTW if You are not aware of it, misleading guidance by company CEO's is frowned upon by serious, not to mention SEC, investors. So, just exactly what is your point? If u think you are being mislead you should sell and move on. Instead u claim u are buying. Please provide us with some factual clarification here. It's hard to determine exactly where u line up with SLTD.
Carl u are giving him way to much credit. At best he had to borrow a hammer to raid his piggy bank with. The "tradrers" are pulling up stakes and moving on. The "investors" and we know who we are, are hunkering down for the rough ride. There are just so many positives here that even if the market were to collapse tomorrow this one would carry on. Q never had it so good!
Yes sir re Bob. The ones of us that were here at the start will be the ones here to collect the rewards for hanging in! As for nay sayers, well I really could care less. This company will make the rebirth of the Phoenix pale in comparison.
